when the baffle plate 8 pushes and recovers impurities at the discharge groove 10, the baffle plate 8 is gradually pressed into the sliding sleeve 7 by the side wall of the drainage channel 2, and accumulated water in the drainage channel can be sprayed out from the flow channel 13 to one side of the filter groove, so that the impurities accumulated at the filter groove can conveniently flow into the collection box 9, and the recovery effect of the impurities is improved; when the push plate and the water flow exert certain acting force on the impurities, the rotating plate 14 can be pushed open, so that the discharge groove 10 can effectively recover the impurities, and after the impurities are completely recovered, the rotating plate 14 can be automatically closed under the action of the torsion spring, so that the condition that the impurities collected at the discharge groove 10 are overflowed and lost is reduced; by arranging the direction of the liquid leakage groove 17, when water flows from the filter screen 6, a part of the water flows can flow out of the liquid leakage groove 17 of the partition plate 8 at the upper left corner and flow towards the direction of the discharge groove 10, so that impurities are promoted to flow into the discharge groove 10, and the recovery of the impurities is further promoted, and by arranging the liquid leakage groove 17 on the partition plate 8, the flow path of the water flow is also increased, so that the water discharge channel 2 can discharge water more efficiently; the elastic plate 18 can protect the filter screen 6, so that the situation that the filter screen 6 is damaged or is blocked when the filter screen 6 is rotated due to the falling of large impurities (such as stones) onto the filter screen 6 is reduced, the water drain holes 19 in the elastic plate 18 can allow water flow and small impurities to pass through, meanwhile, when the large impurities fall onto the elastic plate 18, the filter screen 6 can be rotated, the end part of the partition plate 8 on the filter screen 6 can extrude the middle part of the elastic plate 18 which is sunken downwards, so that the elastic plate 18 is raised upwards gradually, when the elastic plate 18 is extruded to be in a horizontal state and is compressed again, the middle part of the elastic plate 18 can be raised upwards instantly, so that the impurities on the surface of the elastic plate can be separated, the adverse effect of the large impurities on the drainage of the elastic plate 18 is reduced, when a pedestrian walks on the road surface 1, the raised elastic plate 18 is stepped on, so that the elastic plate 18 is compressed and continuously returns to the sunken state, and the work of the elastic plate 18 can be carried out repeatedly;
