Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a training pad, in particular to a swing training pad and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of training instruments.
Background
When a swing exercise of baseball or golf is performed on the ground, the sole of the foot is liable to slip, and the feeling of turning around the waist is hardly controlled. Therefore, although the swing exercise can be performed in a state where the sole of the foot is not easily slipped with a rubber pad (exercise pad), the toe exercise cannot be effectively promoted with such a rubber pad.
The home base world record keeping device Wang Zhenzhi is named after the fact that the player himself/herself has put his/her bare foot on the tatami to play a ball. The new terminology of 'a foot playing method' is also completed on the tatami, and according to the posture of putting out the bare feet on the tatami, the toes can be effectively trained, particularly, the toes can feel that the toes grasp the mat surface to store torsion force when twisting the waist, and the feasibility of putting out the posture is fully realized according to the feeling that the torsion force is slowly released according to the strength of the toe grasping the mat surface; in addition to Wang Zhenzhi, the practice of putting on the tatami has a long island majordomo and a pine show, and in recent years, the northeast band is also put on the coordination room for putting on the posture training.
The effectiveness of posing on tatami is well recognized; however, since the surface of the tatami is easily damaged and the tatami is frequently replaced when the swing training is performed on the tatami, the problem can be solved by designing a training mat capable of performing the swing training on the tatami.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the surface layer material is formed according to the room tatami (mat made of rush), so the swing training pad can store torsion force when the toes and the mat surface are tightly gripped during swing training and waist twisting, and people can easily and slowly release the torsion force according to the force of the toes gripping the mat surface, thereby the toe part can be effectively trained;
2. according to the swing training pad, the plurality of straw mats forming the base material can be stacked in the same direction according to the grain direction of the straw mats, and the swing training pad is optimally stacked in opposite directions. That is, in the direction of the lines of the mat forming the base material, when it overlaps with the upper and lower mats, the lines of the mat surface are crossed at right angles, so that the rush of knitting each mat surface is mutually contacted tightly, the mat is not easy to move between the layers, and the swing training mat is easy to fold due to the elasticity, thereby further improving the safety of the swing training mat.
3. In order to enable professional baseball players and other strength type players to swing on the swing training pad, the surface layer is easy to damage when the special baseball players and other strength type players move on the surface layer in the horizontal direction, and a layer of non-woven fabric is added between the surface layer and the base layer so as to prevent the surface layer from moving in the horizontal direction, so that the service life of the swing training pad is prolonged.
4. The invention is sewn and fixed by the edge wrapping cloth around the surface layer and the base material thereof, thereby not only achieving beautiful appearance by swinging the training pad, but also strengthening the firmness of the edge wrapping parts around; and the anti-slip patch is arranged below the base material, so that the swing training pad is portable and can be used for realizing the feasibility of not moving between the swing training pad and the setting surface.
5. The invention is designed to be transverse in a given direction of the base material, and the cut edge is used as a folding line to realize integral folding. Therefore, the utility model is convenient to be folded and stored when not in use, or more convenient to be carried; and the reinforced fabric is used along the cutting edge end, so that the damage of the cutting edge part caused by concentrated load is avoided, and the durability of the swing training pad is maintained.
