The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, chinese torreya raw materials are put into the frying pan body 2, then the frying pan body 2 is used for heating and frying, in the frying process, a fan 21 is started, smoke in the frying pan body 2 enters the fan 21 through an air suction cover 19 and a hose 20, then is discharged into a conveying pipe 22 from the fan 21 and enters the treatment barrel 3, a one-way valve 23 is used for preventing solution in the treatment barrel 3 from entering the conveying pipe 22, meanwhile, a second motor 242 is started, a stirring rod 244 is driven by a rotating rod 243 to stir the aqueous solution in the treatment barrel 3, so that the smoke entering the treatment barrel 3 is fully contacted with the aqueous solution, salt in the smoke is dissolved in water, meanwhile, the smoke passes through the aqueous solution and is discharged from an exhaust duct 26, after the frying is finished, a second hydraulic rod 123 is started to enable a blocking plate 124 to release the sealing of a discharge window 13, meanwhile, the first hydraulic rod 111 is opened to enable the supporting block 112 to release the support of the frying pan body 2, then the first motor 92 is opened to drive the rotating column 8 to rotate through the first gear 93 and the second gear 94, then the rotating column 8 drives the frying pan body 2 to rotate through the connecting plate 6 and the fixing rod 7, so that the frying pan body 2 inclines, chinese torreya is discharged from the discharging window 13 and falls on the surface of the discharging slope 14 through the discharging hopper 10, meanwhile, the second motor 242 transmits power to the shaking mechanism 16 through the power transmission mechanism 25, the shaking mechanism 16 drives the discharging slope 14 to shake back and forth, then the Chinese torreya moves on the surface of the discharging slope 14, and when the Chinese torreya passes through the screen 15, impurities such as broken shells, broken fruits and the like pass through the screen 15 to enter the second collecting box 18, and the finished Chinese torreya falls in the first collecting box 17.
