Background
Currently, in the production and manufacturing process of bean products, bean paste is a filling made of beans (such as red beans, mung beans, white beans and the like). The bean paste can be made into various delicious foods, and the bean paste is often used as stuffing of snacks, such as bean paste moon cake, bean paste walnut cake, and the like.
In the related technology, in the process of making the bean product sandy filling, beans are generally subjected to stirring and cleaning, centrifugal impurity removal, cooking and peeling, bean liquid and bean paste separation, filtration and dehydration, grinding and stir-frying, blanking and bagging, disinfection and detection, boxing and warehousing, so that the production process flow of the bean product sandy filling is completed. In the related technology, when the sweetened bean paste is stir-fried, additives such as oil, granulated sugar and the like are generally added for mixing and stir-frying, edible sandy stuffing can be obtained after mixing and stir-frying, the taste of the sandy stuffing can be directly influenced by the mixing and stir-frying effect of the sweetened bean paste and the additives, and the sweetened bean paste is generally stir-fried manually.
Chinese patent with reference to publication No. CN204070406U in the related art discloses a red bean stir pan, which relates to the technical field of food processing, in particular to a stir pan used in the deep processing process of red beans, and comprises a frame, a stir pan, a smoke exhaust pipe and an air pipe, wherein the frame is internally provided with a furnace chamber, the smoke exhaust pipe is communicated with the furnace chamber, the stir pan is obliquely placed at the top of the furnace chamber, and an included angle between the stir pan and the horizontal plane is 20-35 degrees; the air pipe consists of a U-shaped air pipe and an air inlet pipe, the U-shaped air pipe is tightly attached to the edge position of the frying pan, the air inlet pipe is communicated with the middle position of the U-shaped air pipe, and air holes are formed in the inner side surface of the U-shaped air pipe and the corresponding position of the frying pan; in the stir-frying process, workers can operate the stir-frying machine by sitting, and the problem that the traditional standing operation is easy to fatigue is solved.
To the correlation technique among the above-mentioned, the inventor thinks that, above-mentioned red bean turns over the frying pan and turns over the stir-fry through artifical manual when turning over the fried sweetened bean paste, the sweetened bean paste has certain viscosity and weight, and the manual work is turning over the stir-fry in-process, and the sweetened bean paste that easily makes in the frying pan mixes with the additive is even inadequately, mixes the effect not good, and then influences the taste and the quality of husky filling material.

In order to improve the mixing effect of sweetened bean paste and additives and ensure the taste and quality of sandy stuffing, the application provides a sandy stuffing mixing preparation device and a use method thereof.

Optionally, a protective cover is arranged between the discharging hopper and the fixed seat, the fixed seat is fixedly provided with a discharging barrel right opposite to the discharging port, the outer wall of the fixed seat is fixedly provided with a blower, the blower is connected with a plurality of air outlet pipes, the air outlet pipes are provided with air blowing heads, and the air blowing heads penetrate through the discharging barrel.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the protection casing is convenient for ensure the normal transmission of first gear and second gear, and wind blows off from blowing head and bloies to a lower feed cylinder, and supplementary husky filling material carries out the unloading, is favorable to accelerating unloading speed, improves production efficiency.
Optionally, a second box groove matched with the conveying box is formed in the chassis, the conveying box is connected with the second box groove in a sliding mode, the chassis is hinged with a baffle matched with the conveying box, and supporting legs are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the baffle.

The embodiment of the application also discloses a using method of the sand stuffing mixing preparation equipment. The method comprises the following steps:
step 1: grinding the bean paste by a grinder to obtain the bean paste with smaller particle size, and adding the mixed material of the bean paste and the additives into a frying pan 5;
