s4, judging the potential risk level possibly caused by the facilities within the range of the disaster early warning information according to the type and the degree of the disaster early warning information and by combining the potential safety hazard information of the facilities in the safety production system;
and S5, generating risk potential warning information of the facilities within the disaster warning information range according to the warning grade and duration of the disaster warning information and the judgment result of the step 4, and issuing the risk potential warning information to the facilities within the longitude and latitude range of the disaster warning information.
2. The disaster early warning analysis method based on location based service of claim 1, wherein the disaster early warning information is obtained in step S1 by actively pushing with a professional organization subscribed to the service or collecting data from a public network, and the disaster early warning information comprises latitude and longitude range of the disaster early warning information, early warning level, and duration.
3. The disaster early warning analysis method based on location-based service according to claim 1, wherein the step S2 specifically comprises the following steps:
s21, a maintainer of system basic information inputs basic information of the facility in the system;
s22, communicating a data interface with the public network map, and automatically acquiring the basic information of the updated facilities on the public network map;

The disaster early warning analysis method based on location-based service as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step 4, according to the type and degree of the disaster early warning information, and in combination with the safety hazard information of the facility in the safety production system, it is determined whether each facility within the latitude and longitude range of the disaster early warning information has the possibility of aggravating the risk hazard; the judgment standard is one or more of visual experience method, basic analysis method, work safety analysis method, safety check table and safety standardization method.

s41, acquiring the potential safety hazard information of each facility within the latitude and longitude range of the disaster early warning information one by one according to the judgment result of the step S33; carrying out disaster early warning analysis on the potential risks possibly caused by each facility in the latitude and longitude range of the disaster early warning information, and further judging whether each facility in the latitude and longitude range of the disaster early warning information has the possibility of aggravating the potential risks;
step S42, generating risk potential warning information of each facility within the latitude and longitude range of the disaster warning information according to the warning grade and duration of the disaster warning information and the judgment result in the step S41; the risk potential warning information comprises four types of effective warning information, degradation warning information, upgrade warning information and cancellation warning information.
7. The disaster early warning analysis method based on location based services as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step 5, the risk potential early warning is sent to the facilities within the disaster early warning range by one or more of the following modes:
s51, the method is carried out in a short message, mail or office OA mode;
s52, communicating with an interface of a communication object, automatically assembling alarm information, and automatically sending by a system;
s53, receiving the message receipt sent by the opposite side;

the second judging module is used for receiving the first judging result sent by the first judging module, judging whether facilities in the disaster early warning information range have the possibility of aggravating the risk hidden danger or not, obtaining a second judging result and sending the second judging result to the releasing module;
the release module is used for receiving the disaster early warning information sent by the first acquisition module and the second judgment result sent by the second judgment module, generating the risk potential warning information of the facilities within the disaster early warning information range and releasing the risk potential warning information to the facilities within the longitude and latitude range of the disaster early warning information.

The disaster early warning analysis system of claim 8, wherein the first obtaining module obtains disaster early warning information by one or a combination of two of the following methods: the first mode is as follows: the first acquisition module is in communication connection with the national authority early warning system and receives disaster early warning information actively pushed by the national authority early warning system in real time; the second mode is as follows: the first acquisition module is in communication connection with a public network and acquires disaster early warning information from the public network in real time; the disaster early warning information comprises newly added early warning information, eliminated early warning information and changed early warning information; the disaster early warning information comprises longitude and latitude ranges, early warning grades and duration time of the disaster early warning information.

The disaster early warning analysis system according to claim 8, wherein the second obtaining module is configured to enter basic information of a facility by a user and automatically obtain basic information of the facility updated on a public network map; the basic information of the facility comprises longitude and latitude data of the facility; and the second acquisition module automatically acquires the basic information of the updated facilities on the public network map by communicating a data interface with the public network map.

The disaster early warning analysis system according to claim 8, wherein the first judgment module receives disaster early warning information sent by the first acquisition module and longitude and latitude data of the facility sent by the second acquisition module in real time; displaying the position and range of the disaster on a map according to the latitude and longitude range of the disaster early warning information; and comparing the longitude and latitude data of the facilities with the longitude and latitude range of the disaster early warning information, judging whether the facilities are in the longitude and latitude range of the disaster early warning information one by one to obtain a first judgment result, and sending the first judgment result to a second judgment module.

The disaster early warning analysis system according to claim 8, wherein the issuing module is configured to receive disaster early warning information sent by the first obtaining module and a second judgment result sent by the second judging module; according to the early warning grade and the duration of the disaster early warning information and the second judgment result, risk potential warning information of each facility in the latitude and longitude range of the disaster early warning information is generated and issued to each facility in the latitude and longitude range of the disaster early warning information; the risk potential warning information comprises four types of effective warning information, degradation warning information, upgrade warning information and cancellation warning information.
14. The disaster early warning analysis system of claim 8, wherein the issuing module issues the risk potential early warning information to the facilities within latitude and longitude of the disaster early warning information by one or more of the following combinations:
mode 1: through short message, mail or office OA mode;
mode 2: the risk potential warning information is automatically assembled through the communication object interface, and the system automatically sends the risk potential warning information;
mode 3: receiving the message receipt sent by the opposite side;
mode 4: messages to and from are stored in the system for later review.
