At present, an ultra-low temperature refrigerator has lower temperature in the refrigerator (the temperature range is-86 ℃ to-20 ℃) and is used for storing vaccines, biological samples, heat-sensitive medicines and the like. Because the traditional refrigerator adopting the compressor has the problems of high noise, low refrigeration efficiency and high power consumption, the ultralow temperature refrigerator usually adopts the Stirling refrigerator to replace the compressor to realize refrigeration.
As shown in fig. 1, the refrigerator includes a housing 11, a stirling cooler 12, a cold head temperature sensor 13, and an in-box temperature sensor 14. A storage space is provided in the case 11 for refrigerating the stored goods. The stirling cooler 12 is disposed in the housing 11 and has a cold head 121, and the cold head 121 is located in the storage space. The cold head temperature sensor 13 is disposed on the cold head 121 and is configured to detect a temperature of the cold head. The in-box temperature sensor 14 is provided in the storage space for detecting the in-box temperature. Because the refrigerator is in the state of opening the refrigerator door in starting and low-temperature work, the difference between the temperature in the refrigerator and the target temperature set by a user is large. When the input voltage of the stirling cooler 12 is controlled only based on the in-tank temperature, the problem of cylinder collision occurs because the power of the stirling cooler 12 is loaded too quickly and the change in cold head temperature is small.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for controlling a temperature of a refrigerator, including:
and S210, detecting the cold head temperature of the Stirling refrigerator by the refrigerator.
And S220, detecting the current temperature in the refrigerator by the refrigerator.
And S230, controlling the running power of the Stirling refrigerator according to the cold head temperature by the refrigerator under the condition that the current temperature in the refrigerator is greater than the first temperature threshold value.
By adopting the method for controlling the temperature of the refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the temperature of the cold head of the Stirling refrigerator is detected. And detecting the current temperature in the box, and determining the difference degree between the temperature in the box and the target temperature. Under the condition that the current temperature in the box is greater than the first temperature threshold value, the difference between the temperature in the box and the target temperature is large, and the Stirling refrigerator possibly has the problem of cylinder collision. And controlling the operating power of the Stirling refrigerator according to the temperature of the cold head, so that the operating power is matched with the temperature of the cold head. The running power of the Stirling refrigerator is controlled according to the cold head temperature, so that the possibility of cylinder collision of the Stirling refrigerator is reduced under the condition that the difference between the temperature in the refrigerator and the target temperature is large.
The first temperature threshold is the sum of the target temperature and the set temperature. The target temperature is a temperature in the refrigerator set by a user and expected to be stably operated.
Optionally, the set temperature is in a range of [1,5] ° c. Preferably, the set temperature is 2 ℃, 3 ℃ or 4 ℃. Therefore, when the value of the set temperature is in the range, the rapid cooling process and the stable operation process of the refrigerator can be distinguished, so that the possibility of cylinder collision of the Stirling refrigerator is reduced, and the accuracy of temperature adjustment in the refrigerator is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, another method for controlling the temperature of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes:
and S210, detecting the cold head temperature of the Stirling refrigerator by the refrigerator.
And S220, detecting the current temperature in the refrigerator by the refrigerator.
And S230, controlling the running power of the Stirling refrigerator according to the cold head temperature by the refrigerator under the condition that the current temperature in the refrigerator is greater than the first temperature threshold value.
And S240, controlling the running power of the Stirling refrigerator according to the current temperature in the refrigerator under the condition that the current temperature in the refrigerator is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold.
By adopting the method for controlling the temperature of the refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the difference between the current temperature in the refrigerator and the target temperature is large under the state that the door of the refrigerator is opened in the starting and low-temperature work of the refrigerator. If the operating power of the Stirling refrigerator is controlled at the current temperature in the refrigerator, the operating power is kept at the maximum value, resulting in cylinder collision of the Stirling refrigerator. At the moment, the operating power of the Stirling refrigerator is adjusted according to the cold head temperature, so that the power of the Stirling refrigerator is gradually increased to be matched with the cold head temperature, and the possibility of cylinder collision of the Stirling refrigerator is reduced. In the stable operation process of the refrigerator, the difference between the current temperature in the refrigerator and the target temperature is small. If the operating power of the Stirling refrigerator is controlled by the cold head temperature, the temperature in the refrigerator cannot reach the target temperature due to the deviation between the cold head temperature and the temperature in the refrigerator. At the moment, the operating power of the Stirling refrigerator is adjusted according to the current temperature in the refrigerator, so that the current temperature in the refrigerator gradually reaches and is stabilized at the target temperature, and the accuracy of temperature adjustment in the refrigerator is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, another method for controlling a temperature of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes:
and S210, detecting the cold head temperature of the Stirling refrigerator by the refrigerator.
And S220, detecting the current temperature in the refrigerator by the refrigerator.
And S231, when the current temperature in the refrigerator is greater than the first temperature threshold value, the refrigerator obtains the voltage threshold value of the Stirling refrigerator.
And S232, under the condition that the input voltage is smaller than the voltage threshold, the refrigerator adjusts the input voltage of the Stirling refrigerator according to the cold head temperature.
And S233, in the case that the input voltage is greater than or equal to the voltage threshold, controlling the Stirling refrigerator to operate at the input voltage for a set time period.
By adopting the method for controlling the temperature of the refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the operating power of the Stirling refrigerator is controlled according to the temperature of the cold head, the operating power is controlled in a mode of controlling the input voltage, and whether the input voltage is higher than the voltage threshold value is determined. Under the condition that the input voltage is smaller than the voltage threshold, the input voltage is gradually adjusted according to the cold head temperature, so that the input voltage reaches the voltage threshold, and the possibility of cylinder collision of the Stirling refrigerator is reduced. In the case where the input voltage is greater than or equal to the voltage threshold, the operating power has reached a maximum during the current temperature control phase. The continuous increase of the operation power by adjusting the input voltage can increase the cooling speed of the refrigerator, but can cause the possibility of cylinder collision. The temperature in the refrigerator is gradually reduced by keeping the input voltage unchanged and operating for a set time, so that the operating state of the Stirling refrigerator is adjusted. After the operating power of the Stirling refrigerator is matched with the operating state, the input voltage is continuously adjusted to reduce the temperature in the refrigerator, and the possibility of cylinder collision of the Stirling refrigerator is reduced.
Optionally, the value range of the set duration is [4,6] min. Preferably, the set time period is 4.5min, 5min or 5.5min. Therefore, when the value of the set duration is in the range, the gradual reduction of the temperature in the refrigerator can enable the power of the Stirling refrigerator to be matched with the running state, and the possibility of cylinder collision caused by large change of the running power is reduced.
Alternatively, the refrigerator in step S231 obtains the voltage threshold of the stirling cooler, including: the refrigerator determines a first temperature difference between a cold head temperature and a target temperature. And the refrigerator determines a voltage threshold corresponding to the first temperature difference according to the first temperature difference. Thus, the Stirling cooler is operated at maximum power (i.e., corresponding to a voltage threshold) without hitting the cylinder due to different cold head temperatures. The voltage threshold is determined according to the first temperature difference value between the cold head temperature and the target temperature, so that the input voltage is equal to or slightly higher than the voltage threshold in the current temperature control process, and the possibility of cylinder collision of the Stirling refrigerator is reduced.
The corresponding relationship between the first temperature difference and the voltage threshold is shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
T 1 (℃) T 1 ≤10℃ 10℃<T 1 ≤30℃ 30℃<T 1 ≤50℃ 50℃<T 1 ≤80℃ 80℃<T 1
U t (V) U n 0.9U n 0.7U n 0.4U n 0.1U n
Wherein, T 1 Is a first temperature difference, U t As voltage threshold, U n Is a rated voltage.
Alternatively, the refrigerator adjusting the input voltage of the stirling cooler according to the cold head temperature in step S232 includes: and the refrigerator determines an adjusting voltage corresponding to the first temperature difference according to the first temperature difference. The refrigerator determines a sum of the input voltage and the adjustment voltage as a first target voltage. The refrigerator adjusts an input voltage of the stirling cooler to a first target voltage. In this way, the current adjustment voltage is determined at different current in-box temperatures. By gradually adjusting the input voltage, the operating power of the Stirling refrigerator gradually reaches the maximum power value of the current stage, and the possibility of cylinder collision of the Stirling refrigerator is reduced.
Optionally, the determining, by the refrigerator, an adjustment voltage corresponding to the first temperature difference according to the first temperature difference includes: the refrigerator determines a second temperature difference between the current in-box temperature and the previous in-box temperature. And under the condition that the second temperature difference is smaller than or equal to the second temperature threshold, the refrigerator determines the adjusting voltage corresponding to the first temperature difference according to the first preset corresponding relation. And under the condition that the second temperature difference is larger than the second temperature threshold, the refrigerator determines the adjusting voltage corresponding to the first temperature difference according to a second preset corresponding relation. Under the condition that the second temperature difference value is constant, the adjusting voltage determined according to the first preset corresponding relation is larger than the adjusting voltage determined according to the second preset corresponding relation. And after the preset corresponding relation is determined, determining the adjusting voltage according to the preset corresponding relation all the time until the current temperature in the box is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value. Therefore, the temperature in the refrigerator is greatly different from the target temperature when the refrigerator is started and the door of the refrigerator is opened in low-temperature work. However, during start-up, the input voltage to the stirling cooler is low. When the box door is opened in the operation process, the Stirling refrigerator has certain input voltage. If the same corresponding relation is adopted, the problem that the cylinder is collided when the refrigerating speed is slow in the starting process or the power is adjusted quickly in the running process can be caused by adjusting the input voltage of the Stirling refrigerating machine. At this time, the state in which the temperature control of the refrigerator is performed is determined by the relationship between the second temperature difference value and the second temperature threshold value. And when the second temperature difference is smaller than or equal to the second temperature threshold, gradually changing the temperature in the box, and determining the adjustment voltage according to the first preset corresponding relation in the starting process. And when the second temperature difference is larger than the second temperature threshold, the temperature in the box is suddenly changed, and the adjustment voltage is determined by opening the box door in the running process and using a second preset corresponding relation. Since different regulated voltages are determined under different conditions, the possibility of cylinder collision of the Stirling refrigerator is reduced.
The first preset corresponding relationship between the first temperature difference and the adjustment voltage is shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
T 1 (℃) T 1 ≤10℃ 10℃<T 1 ≤30℃ 30℃<T 1 ≤50℃ 50℃<T 1 ≤80℃ 80℃<T 1
U a (V) 2%U n 3%U n 4%U n 5%U n 2%U n
The second preset corresponding relationship between the first temperature difference and the adjustment voltage is shown in table 3:
TABLE 3
T 1 (℃) T 1 ≤10℃ 10℃<T 1 ≤30℃ 30℃<T 1 ≤50℃ 50℃<T 1 ≤80℃ 80℃<T 1
U a (V) 1%U n 2%U n 3%U n 4%U n 1%U n
Wherein, T 1 Is a first temperature difference, U a For adjusting the voltage (adjustment per minute), U n Is a rated voltage.
Optionally, the value range of the second temperature threshold is [5,9] ° c. Preferably, the second temperature threshold is 6 ℃, 7 ℃ or 8 ℃. Therefore, when the value of the second temperature threshold is in the range, the refrigerator can be distinguished from the state that the refrigerator is started or the door of the refrigerator is opened in low-temperature work, so that the possibility that the Stirling refrigerator collides with the cylinder is reduced, and the accuracy of temperature adjustment in the refrigerator is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, another method for controlling a temperature of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes:
and S210, detecting the cold head temperature of the Stirling refrigerator by the refrigerator.
And S220, detecting the current temperature in the refrigerator by the refrigerator.
And S231, under the condition that the current temperature in the refrigerator is greater than the first temperature threshold value, the refrigerator obtains the voltage threshold value of the Stirling refrigerator.
And S234, under the condition that the input voltage is smaller than the voltage threshold, the refrigerator determines an adjusting voltage corresponding to the first temperature difference according to the first temperature difference.
S235, the refrigerator determines the sum of the input voltage and the adjustment voltage as a first target voltage.
And S236, determining a correction voltage corresponding to the current temperature in the refrigerator according to the current temperature in the refrigerator.
And S237, the refrigerator corrects the first target voltage according to the correction voltage.
S238, the refrigerator adjusts the input voltage of the stirling cooler to a first target voltage.
By adopting the method for controlling the temperature of the refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the operation power of the Stirling refrigerator is adjusted according to the temperature of the cold head, the current temperature in the refrigerator is added to correct the operation power. The operation power is adjusted and increased through the correction voltage determined according to the current temperature in the refrigerator, and the speed of temperature adjustment in the refrigerator is increased under the condition that the Stirling refrigerator is reduced from colliding with the cylinder.
The second preset corresponding relationship between the current in-box temperature and the correction voltage is shown in table 4:
TABLE 4
T 3 (℃) T 3 ≤10℃ 10℃<T 3 ≤30℃ 30℃<T 3 ≤50℃ 50℃<T 3 ≤80℃ 80℃<T 3
U (V) 0 0.1%U n 0.3%U n 0.5%U n 0
Wherein, T 3 Is a third temperature difference between the current in-box temperature and the target temperature, U To correct the voltage (adjustment per minute), U n Is a rated voltage.
Referring to fig. 6, another method for controlling a temperature of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes:
and S210, detecting the cold head temperature of the Stirling refrigerator by the refrigerator.
And S220, detecting the current temperature in the refrigerator by the refrigerator.
And S230, controlling the running power of the Stirling refrigerator according to the cold head temperature by the refrigerator under the condition that the current temperature in the refrigerator is greater than the first temperature threshold value.
And S241, under the condition that the current temperature in the refrigerator is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold, the refrigerator determines a third temperature difference value between the current temperature in the refrigerator and the target temperature.
And S242, determining a second target voltage by the refrigerator through proportional integral derivative operation according to the third temperature difference value.
S243, the refrigerator adjusts the input voltage of the stirling cooler to a second target voltage.
By adopting the method for controlling the temperature of the refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that the current temperature in the refrigerator is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value, the current temperature in the refrigerator is close to the target temperature, and the problem that the Stirling refrigerator collides with a cylinder is avoided. At the moment, the second target voltage is determined through proportional-integral-derivative operation, so that the current temperature in the box gradually reaches the target temperature, and the overshoot and the stabilization time of the temperature in the box are reduced.
