The decorative cover 150 engages with the upper frame portion 141 and the lower frame portion 142, and the floating effect of the lower frame portion 142 is further improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the water intake device 100 further comprises a reset device 160, and the reset device 160 is used for causing the pressing frame 140 to reset. The return device 160 is a torsion spring.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a rotation shaft 171 is connected to an upper side of an upper end frame of the upper frame portion 141. A bracket 172 and a fixing cover 173 are coupled to an upper side of the base 120, and the bracket 172 and the fixing cover 173 define a hinge mounting hole. The upper end of the bracket 172 has a first groove with an upward opening, and the fixing cover 173 has a second groove with a downward opening, the first groove and the second groove being disposed opposite to each other and forming a shaft mounting hole. The rotating shaft 171 is mounted in the rotating shaft mounting hole, the torsion spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft 171, one end of the torsion spring is connected to the rotating shaft 171, and the other end of the torsion spring abuts against or is connected to the fixing cover 173. When the lower frame portion 142 is pressed, the lower frame portion 142 rotates backward against the elastic force of the torsion spring, and after the force is removed, the lower frame portion 142 drives the lower frame portion 142 to rotate forward under the elastic force of the torsion spring until the upper frame portion 141 abuts against the protrusions on the two sides of the base, so that the pressing frame 140 is reset. In this embodiment, the bracket 172 and the fixing cover 173 may constitute a mounting bracket. Further, the mounting frame may also adopt other structures, such as an integrally formed frame.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the fixing cover 173 includes a front plate, a rear plate, an upper plate and two mounting plates, the front plate and the rear plate being spaced apart, the upper plate being connected to an upper end of the front plate and an upper end of the rear plate. Two mounting plates extend rearwardly from the lower end of the rear plate. A groove is formed in the front plate, and a protrusion is formed at the front end of the bracket 172 and inserted into the groove. Each mounting plate is provided with a mounting hole, and the fixing cover 173 is mounted on the bracket 172 through the mounting hole and a fastener.
Since the installation space of the water getting apparatus 100 in the front-rear direction to be installed in the refrigerator is limited, the distance between the rear surface of the base 120 and the front surface of the upper frame portion 141 is preferably not more than 15mm. The distance between the center of the rotation shaft 171 and the front surface of the upper frame portion 141 is 11mm to 12mm, preferably 11.5mm.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the water intake device 100 further comprises a limiting structure. The position limiting structure includes protrusions located on two sides of the base 120 to prevent the upper frame 141 from rotating forward. The reset device 160 causes the pressing frame 140 to rotate forward, and when the upper frame moves to the protrusion on the base 120, the protrusion prevents the upper frame from moving forward, so that the pressing frame 140 stops rotating, and the pressing frame 140 is reset to the initial position.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the water intake device 100 further includes a housing case 180 with a forward opening. The base 120 is disposed at an upper portion inside the receiving case 180. A supporting leg 174 protruding backward is provided on a lower end frame of the lower frame portion 142, and a distance from the supporting leg 174 to a rear wall of the accommodating case 180 is 1.5mm to 3mm. Preferably 2mm. The arrangement enables the installation of the pressing frame 140 to have a tolerance of 2mm, and avoids the pressing frame 140 from rotating and further pressing the water outlet switch 130 due to installation errors or structural deformation of the pressing frame 140. In some embodiments, a decorative rear plate is further disposed on the rear wall of the accommodating case 180, and the decorative rear plate makes the water outlet device more beautiful.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the housing case 180 is formed with a first card slot opening upward and a second card slot opening upward and below the first card slot. The rear portion of base 120 is provided with first buckle and second buckle, and first buckle is installed in first draw-in groove, and the second buckle is installed in the second draw-in groove to make base 120 joint in holding shell 180. This arrangement facilitates the mounting of the base 120.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a water receiving groove 181 is provided on the bottom wall of the accommodating case 180, and the water receiving groove 181 extends in a transverse direction. When the water taking device 100 is used for receiving water, water is difficult to spill, and the water receiving tank can be used for receiving the spilled water and preventing the water from spilling to the outside of the water taking device 100.
In some embodiments of the invention, the water intake device further comprises a pipe installation device, a first socket portion. The pipe mounting means, the first socket portion, is used for mounting of the water outlet section 110. The pipeline installation device comprises a coating sleeve, a stop block and a positioning block. The stopping block is arranged at one end of the peripheral wall of the cladding sleeve, and the projection of the cladding sleeve on a reference surface along the direction perpendicular to the axis of the cladding sleeve is positioned on the inner side of the projection of the stopping block on the reference surface. The locating piece sets up on the peripheral wall of cladding sleeve, and connects in the backstop piece.
The first socket portion is mounted to the receiving case 180. The first receptacle portion includes a first cylinder and a second cylinder. The diameter of the through hole of the first barrel is larger than that of the outer peripheral wall of the water outlet section, and one end of the first barrel is provided with a positioning notch or a positioning groove. The coating sleeve is coated on the water outlet section of the water outlet section, and the water outlet section penetrates through the through hole of the first cylinder. The coating sleeve is inserted into the through hole of the first barrel from one end of the first barrel, the coating sleeve is in contact with the hole wall of the through hole of the first barrel and is abutted against the hole wall, the positioning block is inserted into the positioning notch or the positioning groove, and the stop block is located outside the first barrel and is in contact with one end of the first barrel and abutted against the end of the first barrel. Along the direction from one end of first barrel to the other end, the diameter of the through-hole of first barrel diminishes gradually, sets up like this and is convenient for go out the inserting of water section.
The second cylinder is connected to the other end of the first cylinder, and the first cylinder is coaxial with the second cylinder. The diameter of the through hole of the first cylinder body is larger than that of the through hole of the second cylinder body, the water outlet section penetrates through the through hole of the second cylinder body, and the water outlet section is in contact with or abutted to the hole wall of the through hole of the second cylinder body. The arrangement makes the water outlet section more firmly installed and fixed. In some other embodiments, the diameter of the through hole of the second cylinder is larger than that of the peripheral wall of the pipeline, a plurality of convex strips extending along the axial direction of the second cylinder are arranged between the water outlet section and the hole wall of the through hole of the second cylinder, and each convex strip is connected to the hole wall of the through hole of the second cylinder. The plurality of ribs may also serve to secure the outlet section 110.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the water intake device further comprises a second socket portion, the second socket portion being mounted on the base 120. The second jack portion and the first jack portion are arranged at intervals. The second socket portion includes a mounting portion having a through hole for insertion or passage of the water outlet section. The peripheral wall of the through hole is provided with a rib, one end of the rib is close to one end of the through hole, the other end of the rib is close to the other end of the through hole, and the rib is contacted or contacted with the water outlet section to be abutted against.
When the water outlet device works, the pipeline mounting device and the water outlet section are inserted into the first insertion hole part, and the water outlet section continuously penetrates through the through hole of the mounting part of the second insertion hole part. The ribs which are contacted or abutted with the water outlet section are arranged on the peripheral wall of the through hole, so that the water outlet section can be further installed and fixed, and the water outlet section is more firmly installed. The number of ribs may be plural. The number of ribs in this embodiment is two.
In some embodiments of the invention, the second socket portion further comprises a guide portion connected to the mounting portion for guiding the water outlet section to be inserted into the through hole. The guide part is provided with a guide surface which is a part or the whole of a cylindrical surface with the diameter gradually reduced along the guide direction. The guide part can guide the insertion of the water outlet section, so that the water outlet section is more convenient to install.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a first through hole is formed in an upper cavity wall of the installation cavity, and two second through holes are formed in two sides of a lower cavity wall of the installation cavity. The upper end of the rear wall of the trim cover 150 is provided with a third buckle, the third buckle comprises a first connecting column and a first protrusion located at the rear end of the first connecting column, and the first protrusion is located on the upper surface of the first connecting column. Two fourth buckles are arranged on two sides of the lower end of the rear wall of the trim cover plate 150, each fourth buckle comprises a second connecting column and a second protrusion located at the rear end of the second connecting column, and the second protrusion is located on the lower surface of the second connecting column. During installation, the first protrusion of the third buckle is inserted into the first jack, and then the lower end of the decorative cover plate 150 is rotated backwards until the second protrusion of the fourth buckle is inserted into the second jack, so that the decorative cover plate 150 is installed.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a refrigerator 200, as shown in fig. 8, including a door 210, a box body, and the water getting apparatus 100 in any of the above embodiments, where a base of the water getting apparatus 100 is disposed on the door 210 or the box body. For example, the base may be disposed on an outer surface or an inner surface of the door 210, or may be disposed on an outer surface or an inner surface of the cabinet. Preferably, the base is disposed on an outer surface of the door body 210 so that water can be taken without opening the door body 210. The valve is arranged in a hinge box of the hinge assembly or on the box body, so that the structure is compact, and more space is not occupied. The tank body is also provided with a water storage tank which can be used as a water source of the water taking device 100.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.

Claims (10)

1. A water taking device is characterized by comprising a water outlet pipe and a base for mounting the water outlet pipe, wherein the base is provided with a mounting cavity with a forward opening;
the water outlet pipe comprises a water outlet section with one higher end and the other lower end, and the water outlet section penetrates through the mounting cavity;
a control panel is arranged on one side in the mounting cavity and connected with a first electric connecting wire; the other side in the mounting cavity is provided with a wiring terminal electrically connected with the first electric connection wire, and the control panel and the wiring terminal are respectively positioned on two sides of the water outlet section; or, one side in the installation cavity is provided with the control panel, the control panel is connected with the second electricity and connects the line, the part of second electricity is connected the line and is located the opposite side in the installation cavity, so that the second electricity is connected the line and is followed the opposite side in the installation cavity is worn out the installation cavity, just the control panel with the part of second electricity is connected the line and is located respectively the both sides of play water section.
2. The water intake apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a terminal mounting structure disposed on a rear chamber wall of the mounting chamber, the wiring terminal being mounted to the terminal mounting structure.
3. The water intake device according to claim 2, wherein the terminal mounting structure includes two vertically disposed clamping plates perpendicular to a rear cavity wall of the mounting cavity, and a rib plate located on a lower side of the two clamping plates and extending in a transverse direction;
each clamping plate comprises a connecting plate and a hook part positioned at the front end of the connecting plate;
the rib plate is provided with a threading notch;
the connecting terminal is inserted between the two clamping plates,
the first electric connecting wire or the second electric connecting wire penetrates through the threading notch; the first electric connection wire or the second electric connection wire is connected to the lower end of the control board, and the connection wire passes through the bottom of the mounting cavity.
4. The water intake device of claim 1, further comprising a wire pressing structure for fixing the first electrical connection wire or the second electrical connection wire, wherein the wire pressing structure is arranged on the rear cavity wall of the installation cavity.
5. The water intake apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the wire pressing structure includes:
the wire pressing plate comprises a vertical plate vertical to the rear cavity wall of the installation cavity and a forward arched arc plate connected to the front end of the vertical plate, and the arc plate and the rear cavity wall of the installation cavity are arranged at intervals;
the backstop board, the backstop board perpendicular to the back cavity wall of installation cavity, just the circular arc board is in the backstop board with between the riser, just the backstop board with the circular arc board interval sets up.
6. The water intake apparatus according to claim 1,
the wiring terminal is connected with an external terminal, the external terminal is connected with a third electric connecting wire, and a hole for the water outlet section and/or the third electric connecting wire to pass through is formed in the rear cavity wall of the mounting cavity; or a hole for the water outlet section and/or the second electric connection line to pass through is formed in the rear cavity wall of the mounting cavity.
7. A water intake apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that
The ribbed plates are positioned at the preset distance of the lower sides of the two clamping plates; the mounting cavity is characterized in that a hole between the two clamping plates is formed in the rear cavity wall of the mounting cavity, the height of the hole is equal to the length of the clamping plate connected to the edge of the rear cavity wall, and the width of the hole is equal to the distance between the two clamping plates.
8. The water intake apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
the water outlet switch is arranged on the control panel;
the pressing frame is provided with an upper frame part and a lower frame part which are connected, and the lower frame part is positioned on the lower side of the upper frame part; the front end of the base is inserted into the upper frame part;
the upper end of the upper frame part is rotatably arranged on the base, and the upper end of the upper frame part is positioned on the upper side of the water outlet switch; the lower end of the lower frame part is positioned at the lower side of the water outlet; the upper frame portion is provided with a pressing portion, the pressing portion is located on the front side of the water outlet switch, and when the lower frame portion rotates backwards under stress, the pressing portion is driven by the pressing frame to press the water outlet switch.
9. The water intake apparatus according to claim 8,
the front surface of the upper frame part is vertically arranged; the front surface of the lower frame portion is obliquely arranged, and the upper end of the front surface of the lower frame portion is positioned on the front side of the lower end of the front surface of the lower frame portion; an upper end of a front surface of the lower frame portion is located on a rear side of a front surface of the upper frame portion;
the upper surface of the lower end frame of the lower frame part is a pressing surface which is arranged in a manner of inclining from front to back;
the projection of the lower end of the lower frame portion on the horizontal plane is positioned on the rear side of the projection of the water outlet on the horizontal plane, and the projection of the lower end of the lower frame portion on the horizontal plane is in contact with or spaced from the projection of the water outlet on the horizontal plane.
10. A refrigerator, comprising a door body and a refrigerator body, characterized by further comprising the water taking device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein a base of the water taking device is arranged on the door body or the refrigerator body.
