Abstract

本发明涉及一种精密设备主动气磁隔振与主动阻尼转运装置,属于转运设备技术领域,其技术方案包括车架、隔振平台、气浮隔振单元、高度检测与控制装置和处理器,所述隔振平台支撑被转运设备,还包括主动阻尼单元、限位单元和电磁负刚度隔振单元,所述气浮隔振单元、主动阻尼单元、限位单元、高度检测与控制装置和电磁负刚度隔振单元分别在车架的上底面和四个内侧面与所述隔振平台间并联间隔设置若干个。通过隔振单元的三向布置实现了三向隔振,采用正负刚度并联的形式降低了起始隔振频率,添加主动阻尼单元和限位单元提高了隔振性能,实现了强冲击作用下的安全防护,解决了现有技术不能在精密设备转运过程中实现三向精密隔振与冲击防护的问题。
