9. A cement plug process using the cement plug ball-throwing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s1: installing the ball throwing pipe (1) at the inlet end of the drill rod to enable the ball throwing pipe (1) to be communicated with an internal channel of the drill rod, lowering the drill rod to the bottom of a designed cement plug position, opening a passage of the third pipeline assembly (13), and communicating the third pipeline assembly (13) with the interior of the offshore deep well;
s2: pumping a certain amount of pad fluid from the third pipeline assembly (13), and then closing the passage of the third pipeline assembly (13);
s3: moving the second baffle assembly (3) to enable the lower part of the second pipe scraping plug (5) not to be blocked;
s4: opening a passage of a second pipeline assembly (12), pumping a certain amount of cement slurry from the second pipeline assembly (12), pushing a second pipe scraping plug (5) to move downwards by the cement slurry, cleaning the inner wall of a drill pipe in the downward process, preventing water slurry pollution, and then closing the passage of the second pipeline assembly (12);
s5: moving the first baffle plate component (2) to enable the lower part of the first pipe scraping plug (4) not to be blocked;
s6: opening a passage of the first pipeline assembly (11), pumping a certain amount of post fluid from the first pipeline assembly (11), pushing the first pipe scraping plug (4) to move downwards by the post fluid, scraping cement slurry adhered to the inner wall of the drill pipe in the moving downwards process, simultaneously isolating the post fluid from the cement slurry, and pushing the cement slurry to a designed position by the post fluid;
s7: and (4) tripping the drill rod to the surface of the designed cement plug position, and then circularly cleaning the excess cement slurry in the drill rod to finish the operation of the cement plug.
10. The cementing process of claim 9, wherein the pad fluid and the post fluid are the same fluid.
