Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automobile tail wing, in particular to an automobile tail wing structure.
Background
The automobile tail wing plate is also called as a tail spoiler, and is an auxiliary accessory product for an automobile, and the aim and the function of the automobile tail wing plate at present are that the wind power directly generates downward pressure on the automobile by using the inclination of the tail wing plate so as to reduce the lifting force of the automobile running at high speed and improve the wheel grip. Therefore, the tail vane must be arranged to withstand the wind resistance generated by the high-speed running of the automobile, and the vibration, loosening or deformation of the tail vane caused by the large wind pressure of the automobile is avoided.
At present, the tail wing plate is mounted by adhering it to the upper surface of the tail wing by a double-sided adhesive tape. Then, the tail fin is fixed on the rear compartment cover of the automobile by using adhesive or a fixing piece. The biggest disadvantage of this installation method is that the tail wing plate is adhered to the tail wing by the double-sided adhesive tape, and the tail wing plate is required to be installed again after being used for a long time or being blown by wind resistance generated when the automobile is frequently driven to fall off and lose, which causes loss and inconvenience for the automobile driver.
Therefore, the conventional structure and installation method of the tail wing panel and the tail wing panel still have their disadvantages and drawbacks, and need to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the disadvantages and drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides an automobile tail wing structure, which includes a tail wing plate and a tail wing. Wherein, this tail wing board contains: a hook part in a hook shape for hooking the front end of the tail wing so that the tail wing plate can be firmly fixed on the tail wing without falling off due to wind resistance generated when an automobile runs; the main body part is connected and fixed to the tail wing and is in a plane shape, and one end of the main body part is used for being connected and fixed to the clamping hook part; and a protrusion portion, which is in a shape of being tilted upward (i.e., tilted upward along the upper surface of the tail wing), connected and fixed to a rear end of the main body portion (i.e., the other end of the main body portion connected to the hook portion), and which generates wind resistance when the vehicle travels. Wherein, the hook part, the main body part and the protrusion part are sequentially connected or integrally formed into a tail wing plate.
According to an aspect of the present invention, the tail wing plate hooks the front end of the tail wing through the hook portion, and is adhered to the upper surface of the tail wing near the rear edge by using the main body portion of the double-sided tape. In the embodiment, a double-sided adhesive tape is arranged on the surface of the main body part, which is flatly attached to the upper surface of the tail wing, close to the protruding part; the main body part and the tail wing are more tightly fixed through the double-sided adhesive tape.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the clamping angle of the hook 10 is less than 90 degrees.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the tail panel is formed by hot pressing using acryl.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the tail wing plate is formed by male and female molding using carbon fiber.
According to one aspect of the invention, the fin is fastened to a rear deck lid
According to another aspect of the present invention, the rear wing structure of a vehicle further includes a plurality of connecting fixtures for connecting and fixing the wing to the rear deck lid.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention; it should be noted that, in the present embodiment, a detailed implementation manner and a specific operation process are provided on the premise of the technical solution, and it is obvious that the described embodiment is only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments, so that the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any creative effort based on the embodiments in the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides a tail structure 300 for a vehicle, which includes a tail panel 100 and a tail 200. Wherein, this tail vane 100 contains: a hooking part 10 in a hook shape for hooking the front end of the rear wing 200 so that the tail wing panel 100 can be firmly fixed to the rear wing 200 without falling off due to wind resistance generated when an automobile is driven; a main body 20 connected and fixed to the tail wing, having a planar shape, one end of the main body 20 being connected and fixed to the hook 10; and a protrusion 30, which is in an upward-tilted shape (i.e., tilted upward along the upper surface of the rear wing 200), connected and fixed to a rear end of the main body 20 (i.e., the other end of the main body 20 connected to the hook 10), and which generates wind resistance when the vehicle travels. The hooking portion 10, the main body portion 20 and the protrusion portion 30 are connected in sequence or integrally formed as a tail vane 100.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tail wing panel 100 hooks the front end of the tail wing 200 through the hook portion 10, and is adhered to the upper surface of the tail wing 200 near the rear edge by the main body portion 20 having the double-sided adhesive tape. In this embodiment, a double-sided tape is provided on a surface of the main body portion 20 which is flush with the upper surface of the tail fin 200, near the protruding portion 30; the main body 20 and the rear wing 200 are further fastened by a double-sided tape.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the clamping angle of the hook 10 is less than 90 degrees.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tail wing panel 100 is formed by hot pressing using acryl.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tail vane 100 is formed by male and female molding using carbon fiber (carbon fiber).
According to a first embodiment of the invention, the tail 200 is fastened to a rear deck lid 60.
According to a second embodiment of the present invention, the rear wing structure 300 of the vehicle further includes a plurality of coupling fixtures 50 for coupling and fixing the rear wing 200 to the rear deck lid 60.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention is installed in such a manner that the rear wing 200 is first cleaned and then the rear wing 200 is hooked and fastened from the front end of the rear wing 200 using the tail wing panel 100 (the tail wing panel 100 is not provided with a double-sided tape at this point); after the fastening, the release paper of the double-sided tape disposed on the main body 20 is removed, and the tail panel 100 is bonded to the tail wing 200. In the design of the present invention, the tail wing panel 100 is fastened to the front end of the tail wing panel 200 by the hook 10 to generate a pulling force, and a wind resistance (i.e., a downward force) is generated at the tilting position (i.e., the protrusion 30) of the tail wing panel 100 during the driving of the vehicle, so that the tail wing panel 100 can be firmly installed on the tail wing panel 200 without falling off due to the wind resistance, thereby overcoming the disadvantages and drawbacks of the prior art.
