Abstract
The invention relates to a light-transmitting ornament and a vehicle with the light-transmitting ornament. The circuit board with the lamp holder is used as a light source and is fixed on the framework through screws. The light homogenizing plate, the light-transmitting surface layer, the shielding layer, the pattern layer and the base cloth layer which are sequentially stacked are all arranged above the circuit board with the lamp holder. The back surface of the light-transmitting surface layer is additionally provided with a shielding layer drawn by white ink through a UV printing process, so that the light transmittance of the light-transmitting surface layer is reduced to 8% -15%, then a pattern layer drawn by dark ink is additionally arranged on the back surface of the shielding layer through the UV printing process, required texture patterns are reflected on the pattern layer, and finally the base cloth layer is bonded. When the LED light source is lightened, the pattern texture can be clearly shown on the surface of the light-transmitting epidermal layer, and when the LED light source is not lightened, flaws and other lines on the substrate cannot be shown on the surface of the light-transmitting epidermal layer.

Background
The conventional treatment method for solving the problem is to add a layer of base cloth on the back surface of the light-transmitting surface skin, but after the base cloth is added, the pattern is blurred and the boundary has a burr feeling due to the thickening of a scattering layer. Further, the ink layer comprises a shielding layer and a pattern layer, wherein the shielding layer is arranged between the light-transmitting skin layer and the pattern layer; the shielding layer is printed on the back surface of the light-transmitting epidermal layer through a UV printing process, the shielding layer is drawn by white ink, the color of the white ink is consistent with that of the light-transmitting epidermal layer, and the light transmittance of the light-transmitting epidermal layer is reduced to 8% -15%; the pattern layer is printed on the back of the shielding layer through a UV printing process.

The invention provides a light-transmitting ornament which can be used in the interior of an automobile, such as a door panel, an instrument panel, a central console, a seat and the like, and has the effects of decoration and illumination. It should be understood that the light-transmitting trim piece is not limited to use in the interior of an automobile, but may be used in other fields.
As shown in fig. 1, a light-transmitting decoration is suitable for a white light-transmitting surface layer 2 or other light-colored light-transmitting surface layers 2, and specifically includes a framework 1, a circuit board 7 with a lamp cap, a light-homogenizing board 6, and a light-transmitting surface layer 2, an ink layer and a base fabric layer 5 which are sequentially stacked. Wherein, the ink layer comprises a shielding layer 3 and a pattern layer 4; a circuit board 7 with a lamp cap as a light source is fixed on the frame 1 by screws 8. Further, a shielding layer 3 is printed on the back surface of the light-transmitting skin layer 2 by a UV printing process (a printing process of drying and curing ink by ultraviolet light), a pattern layer 4 is printed on the back surface of the shielding layer 3 by the UV printing process, and a base fabric layer 5 is attached on the back surface of the pattern layer 4 by optical cement. The light-transmitting skin layer 2 is made of PVC, the thickness of the light-transmitting skin layer 2 being 0.3-0.35mm. The shielding layer 3 serves to reduce the transmittance, and the color of the ink used for the shielding layer 3 needs to be close to the color of the light-transmitting skin layer 2, and preferably, to be consistent with the color of the light-transmitting skin layer 2. In this embodiment, the shielding layer 3 is drawn with white ink, and the color of the ink is consistent with the color of the light-transmitting skin layer 2. The pattern layer 4 was drawn with dark ink, and the thickness of the masking layer 3 and the pattern layer 4 was about 0.1mm in total. The base cloth layer 5 is made of fabric, and the thickness of the base cloth layer 5 is 0.5-0.65mm.
The invention also provides a vehicle which comprises the light-transmitting ornament.

By the method, when the lamp cap of the circuit board 7 with the lamp cap is lightened, the light penetrates through the light-transmitting surface layer 2, the pattern texture can be clearly shown on the surface of the light-transmitting surface layer 2, when the lamp cap of the circuit board 7 with the lamp cap is not lightened, the flaws (including flaws caused by dust layer sundries of the base cloth layer 5, the light-homogenizing plate 6 and the base cloth layer 5 which are downward) and other lines on the base material can not be shown on the surface of the light-transmitting surface layer 2, and the problem of pattern blurring can not occur on the surface of the light-transmitting surface layer 2. The invention solves the problems of easy perspective and fuzzy patterns of the white light-transmitting surface skin and realizes the application of the white light-transmitting surface skin on mass production vehicles.
