The light homogenizing plate is provided with a light-transmitting surface layer, a shielding layer, a pattern layer and a base cloth layer which are sequentially laminated and arranged above the circuit board with the lamp cap. The back of the light-transmitting surface layer is added with a shielding layer drawn by white ink through a UV printing process, so that the light transmittance of the light-transmitting surface layer is reduced to 8% -15%, the back of the shielding layer is added with a pattern layer drawn by dark ink through the UV printing process, required texture patterns are embodied on the pattern layer, and finally, a base cloth layer is adhered. When the transparent surface layer is lighted, the clear appearance of the pattern texture on the surface of the transparent surface layer can be ensured, and flaws and other lines on the base material can not appear on the surface of the transparent surface layer when the transparent surface layer is not lighted.

The invention provides a light-transmitting ornament which can be used for automobile interiors, such as door plates, instrument panels, center consoles, seats and the like, and has decorative and lighting effects. As shown in FIG. 1, a transparent ornament is suitable for the situation of a white transparent surface layer 2 or other light-colored transparent surface layers 2, and specifically comprises a framework 1, a circuit board 7 with a lamp cap, a light homogenizing board 6, and a transparent surface layer 2, an ink layer and a base cloth layer 5 which are sequentially laminated. Wherein the ink layer comprises a shielding layer 3 and a pattern layer 4; the circuit board 7 with the lamp cap is fixed on the framework 1 as a light source through screws 8. The light-homogenizing plate 6, the light-transmitting surface layer 2, the shielding layer 3, the pattern layer 4 and the base cloth layer 5 which are sequentially laminated are all arranged above the circuit board 7 with the lamp cap. The light homogenizing plate 6 is in the shape of a transparent sheet treated by sanding or embossing and is made of transparent or semitransparent material, so that visible light emitted from the lamp cap of the circuit board 7 with the lamp cap can pass through the light homogenizing plate 6 and then pass through the base cloth layer 5, the pattern layer 4, the shielding layer 3 and the light-transmitting surface layer 2, thereby causing the light-transmitting surface layer 2 to be illuminated and displaying the pattern drawn on the pattern layer 4 on the light-transmitting surface layer 2.
Further, the shielding layer 3 is printed on the back surface of the transparent skin layer 2 by a UV printing process (a printing process of drying and curing ink by ultraviolet light), the pattern layer 4 is printed on the back surface of the shielding layer 3 by a UV printing process, and the base cloth layer 5 is adhered on the back surface of the pattern layer 4 by optical cement. The transparent surface layer 2 is made of PVC, and the thickness of the transparent surface layer 2 is 0.3-0.35mm. The masking layer 3 serves to reduce the transmittance, and the color of the ink used for the masking layer 3 needs to be close to the color of the transparent skin layer 2, preferably to be consistent with the color of the transparent skin layer 2. In this example, the masking layer 3 was drawn with white ink, the color of which was consistent with that of the light-transmitting skin layer 2. The pattern layer 4 is drawn with dark ink, and the thickness of the masking layer 3 and the pattern layer 4 amounts to about 0.1mm. The base fabric layer 5 is made of fabric, and the thickness of the base fabric layer 5 is 0.5-0.65mm.

By the method, when the lamp cap of the circuit board 7 with the lamp cap is lighted, after the lamp light penetrates through the light-transmitting surface layer 2, the clear appearance of pattern textures on the surface of the light-transmitting surface layer 2 can be ensured, and when the lamp cap of the circuit board 7 with the lamp cap is not lighted, flaws on a base material (comprising the base cloth layer 5, the light-homogenizing plate 6 and flaws possibly caused by ash impurities downwards on the base cloth layer 5) and other lines cannot be displayed on the surface of the light-transmitting surface layer 2, so that the problem of pattern blurring on the surface of the light-transmitting surface layer 2 is avoided. The invention solves the problems of easy perspective and fuzzy patterns of the white light-transmitting epidermis and realizes the application of the white light-transmitting epidermis in mass production vehicles.
