at least one group of anti-sedimentation devices are connected inside the new oil tank (201) and the waste oil tank (202); the anti-sedimentation device comprises an air blowing seat (8), wherein the air blowing seat (8) is connected to the bottom ends of a new oil tank (201) and a waste oil tank (202), a threaded blind hole (801) is formed in the top of the air blowing seat (8), an air source is connected to the top end of the threaded blind hole (801), and a plurality of air blowing holes (802) communicated with the threaded blind hole (801) are annularly arranged on the side wall of the air blowing seat (8).

The grinding oil supply device of the numerical control gear grinding machine as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the grinding box (1) is connected with a high liquid level detection switch a (107) and a low liquid level detection switch a (108); the inner wall of the sand discharge funnel (206) is connected with a high liquid level detection switch b and a low liquid level detection switch b.
3. The grinding oil supply device of the numerical control gear grinding machine as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the air holes (802) are three layers which are arranged up and down, and the air holes (802) of two adjacent layers are arranged in a left-right staggered mode.
4. A method of using the grinding oil supply apparatus of the numerical control gear grinding machine according to claim 2 or 3, characterized by the specific steps of:
s1, oiling:
s1-1, full-automatic oiling: pouring prepared grinding oil into a new oil tank (201), automatically opening an electric valve A (205) to inject the new oil into the grinding tank (1) when a low liquid level detection switch a (108) on the grinding tank (1) is opened, and automatically closing the electric valve A (205) when a high liquid level switch a is opened to finish one-time automatic oiling;
s1-2, semi-automatic oiling: pressing a oiling button on the controller (7), opening an electric valve A (205) and automatically opening to inject new oil into the grinding box (1);
s1-3, preventing precipitation: three sets of anti-sedimentation devices are respectively added in the new oil tank (201) and the waste oil tank (202), a high-pressure air pipe (803) is directly connected to the air blowing seat (8), and the high-pressure air is discharged through the air blowing hole (802) to enable the grinding oil to roll, so that the grinding oil is prevented from sedimentation;
s2, hot oil supply: the grinding oil is heated in a heater (5), and when the grinding pump A (3) works, the grinding oil is pumped to the heater (5) and is heated and then conveyed to the meshing position of the grinding sand blasting arm oil pipe on the grinding sand blasting arm oil pipe through the oil outlet pipe A (301); returning oil in the grinding chamber to the grinding box (1) through the lathe bed to an oil return port (101), and finishing one cycle of grinding oil; the heating temperature can be set on the heater (5);
s3, cold oil supply: grinding oil enters an oil cooler (6) from an oil inlet for cooling treatment, and is conveyed back to a grinding box (1) through a pump in the oil cooler (6) to form circulation; the cold oil temperature can be set on an operation panel of the oil cooler; when the grinding pump B (4) works, the cooled grinding oil is conveyed to the meshing position of the gear pair on the grinding and sand-blasting arm oil pipe through the oil outlet pipe B (401); returning oil in the grinding chamber to the grinding box (1) through the lathe bed to an oil return port (101), and finishing one cycle of grinding oil;
s4, replacing grinding oil: if the grinding oil in the grinding box (1) does not reach the grinding effect, the oil can be changed; the system is according to setting up diaphragm pump (209) of automatic opening of time of oil extraction, switch on waste oil pipe (208), take out waste oil to sand discharge funnel (206), when waste oil reaches funnel top high liquid level detection switch B position, controller (7) closes diaphragm pump (209) and opens electric valve B, put waste oil into waste oil pond (202), can open manual valve and discharge waste oil after the waste oil case is full of.
