When the first positioning line 17 is aligned with one second positioning line 19, the riveting column 6 is aligned with one riveting hole, one of the first limiting column 15 or the second limiting column 16 is inserted into the fixing column hole beside the second positioning line 19, so that the whole upper scale turntable 2 and the whole lower scale turntable 3 are fixed with the chassis 1, the whole upper scale turntable 2 and the whole lower turntable 3 are prevented from rotating during riveting, and the process is repeated until all the riveting hole sites are riveted.
