Abstract

本发明涉及一种尿液参数监测系统,包括位于前端的导尿管及位于尾端的集尿袋。所述导尿管与集尿袋之间设有至少一节传感器三通管道,所述传感器三通管道包括三通头端、侧面的三通传输线端及三通尾端,所述三通尾端可以与其他传感器三通管道的三通头端连接。所述两节三通传输线端内侧设有不同传感器。本发明可根据需要同时监测尿液ph值、氧分压和电解质(钠、钾)等多项参数,更能贴合应用需求。同时通过将温度传感器集成在荧光猝灭信号光纤的位置上,提高荧光猝灭法监测的准确性。通过在不同三通管上分别设置传感器,并首尾相连接入导尿管中。可根据需要选配所需传感器,节省监测成本。

Description

一种尿液参数监测系统
技术领域
本发明属医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种尿液参数监测系统。
背景技术
插尿管是为了将尿液引流,适用于急性尿潴留、尿道外伤等无法自行排尿的情况,特别是盆腔或下腹部手术,例如剖宫产、直肠癌根治术、腹腔镜阑尾炎手术、泌尿系统手术等等,在医院进行全麻手术时是无法避免插尿管的。同时尿液是肾脏功能、循环功能的一个重要指征,医生可以根据尿袋上的刻度,计算患者的出入量,保证患者不脱水。而尿液的ph值、氧分压和电解质水平则可以准确体现肾功能的生理状态。
有研究显示,急性肾损伤患者尿液的氧分压水平显著降低,ph值也有不同的分布区间,尿液电解质情况也与不同的肾脏疾病具有相关性。但目前肾损伤的诊断标准仍依赖于血肌酐、尿素氮等血清标记物,这些肾损伤标记物分子的表达水平变化发生较晚,且依赖于复杂的检验技术,耗时长,难以满足临床实时监测的需要。因此需要设计一款可用于监测尿液ph值、氧分压和电解质水平的实时监测系统。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种接续在尿管后的尿液参数监测系统,实时监测尿液ph值、氧分压和电解质水平。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种尿液参数监测系统,包括位于前端的导尿管及位于尾端的集尿袋,所述导尿管与集尿袋之间设有至少一节传感器三通管道,所述传感器三通管道的前端与所述导尿管的尾端通过尿管三通接头相连,所述传感器三通管道的尾端与所述集尿袋的前端通过三通尿袋接头相连,所述传感器三通管道包括三通头端、侧面的三通传输线端及三通尾端,所述三通尾端可以与其他传感器三通管道的三通头端连接,所述传感器三通管道中相对于三通传输线端的内侧位置设有传感器,所述传感器为电解质含量传感器或ph值传感器或氧分压传感器,所述传感器与传输线相连,所述传输线与数据读取器相连。
进一步地,所述导尿管与集尿袋之间共设有四节传感器三通管道,分别设有ph值传感器、氧分压传感器、钠含量传感器、钾含量传感器。
进一步地,当所述传感器三通管道内侧设有氧分压传感器时,所述氧分压传感器采用荧光猝灭传感器,所述传输线内包含用于读取荧光强度的光纤和温度传感器传输线,所述温度传感器传输线的末端设有温度传感器,所述传输线的末端正对于所述传感器三通管道的侧壁。
进一步地,所述三通头端外侧设有旋钮式连接器一,所述旋钮式连接器一用于与设于所述三通尾端外周的外螺纹固定连接,所述三通尾端的内径与所述三通头端的外径相配。
进一步地,所述尿管三通接头的前端为尿管连接头,尾端为三通连接头一,所述尿管连接头为锯齿样接头,所述三通连接头一外侧设有用于与设于所述三通头端的旋钮式连接器一固定连接的外螺纹,内径与所述三通头端的外径相配。
进一步地,所述三通尿袋接头的前端为三通连接头二,所述三通连接头二的外侧设有用于与设于所述三通尾端的外螺纹固定连接的旋钮式连接器二,所述三通连接头二的外径与所述三通尾端的内径相配。
有益效果
相比现有技术,本发明可同时监测尿液ph值、氧分压或是电解质(钠、钾)等多参数,更能贴合应用需求。其中,尿ph值达到7.5~8.5时提示可能发生与造影剂相关的急性尿损伤;氧分压低于15mmHg时出现急性尿损伤的风险较高;尿钠水平低于15mEq/L,尿钠/尿钾约为0.6时提示可能出现肾前性原因导致的急性肾衰竭;尿钠水平高于20mEq/L,尿钠/尿钾约为5.1时提示可能出现急性肾小管坏死引起的肾衰竭。根据以上标准可以根据监测数据提前判断肾功能异常并进行进一步检测。
进一步地,本发明将温度传感器集成在荧光猝灭信号光纤的位置上,可更精准地监测荧光猝灭反应处的温度,提高荧光猝灭法监测的准确性。
进一步地,本发明在多节三通管上分别设置监测传感器,各三通管可首尾相连接入导尿管中。因此实际应用中可根据需要选配所需传感器,节省监测成本。

如图1所示,本发明提供了一种尿液参数监测系统,包括位于前端的导尿管1及位于尾端的集尿袋6。所述导尿管1与集尿袋6之间设有至少一节传感器三通管道4,所述传感器三通管道4的前端与所述导尿管1的尾端通过尿管三通接头2相连,所述传感器三通管道4的尾端与所述集尿袋6的前端通过三通尿袋接头5相连,所述传感器三通管道4包括三通头端4001、侧面的三通传输线端4003及三通尾端4002,所述三通尾端4002可以与其他传感器三通管道4的三通头端4001连接,各三通管可首尾相连接相互连接。所述传感器三通管道4中相对于三通传输线端4003的内侧位置设有传感器,可以选择ph值传感器或氧分压传感器或电解质含量传感器,所述电解质含量传感器包括钠含量传感器及钾含量传感器,所述传感器均可单独设置也可以多节联动共同使用。所述传感器与传输线3相连,所述传输线3与数据读取器7相连。传感器测得的数据通过传输线3输入所述数据读取器7并显示在屏幕上,如果连接的是钠含量传感器及钾含量传感器还可以直接显示尿钠除以尿钾的计算值,便于使用人员确认。
在一种优选实施例中,所述导尿管1与集尿袋6之间共设有四节传感器三通管道4,分别设有ph值传感器、氧分压传感器、钠含量传感器、钾含量传感器。以同时监测尿液ph值、氧分压或是电解质(钠、钾)等多参数,更能贴合应用需求。其中,尿ph值达到7.5~8.5时提示可能发生与造影剂相关的急性尿损伤;氧分压低于15mmHg时出现急性尿损伤的风险较高;尿钠水平低于15mEq/L,尿钠/尿钾约为0.6时提示可能出现肾前性原因导致的急性肾衰竭;尿钠水平高于20mEq/L,尿钠/尿钾约为5.1时提示可能出现急性肾小管坏死引起的肾衰竭。根据以上标准可以根据监测数据提前判断肾功能异常并进行进一步检测。
如图3所示,所述传输线3通过传输线固定器4005固定在传感器三通管道4的侧面。在一种具体实施例中,当所述传感器三通管道4内侧设有氧分压传感器时,所述氧分压传感器采用荧光猝灭传感器4006,所述传输线3内包含用于读取荧光强度的光纤3001和温度传感器传输线3002,所述温度传感器传输线3002的末端设有温度传感器,所述传输线3的末端正对于所述传感器三通管道4的侧壁。传输线3内的光纤可透过透明的传感器三通管道4侧壁读取荧光猝灭传感器4006的荧光变化。同时所述传输线3内集成有温度传感器,可直接监测荧光猝灭反应处的温度。通过将温度传感器集成在荧光猝灭信号光纤的位置上,可更精准地监测荧光猝灭反应处的温度,避免因尿液流动导致温度发生变化影响荧光猝灭法测试的准确性。
所述三通头端4001外侧设有旋钮式连接器一4004,所述旋钮式连接器一4004用于与设于所述三通尾端4002外周的外螺纹固定连接,所述三通尾端4002的内径与所述三通头端4001的外径相配。实际应用中可根据需要选配所需传感器并将不同的传感器三通管道4直接首尾相连,节省监测成本。
如图2所示,所述尿管三通接头2的前端为尿管连接头2001,尾端为三通连接头一2002,所述尿管连接头2001为锯齿样接头,可以与导尿管1的尾端密封连接。所述三通连接头一2002外侧设有用于与设于所述三通头端4001的旋钮式连接器一4004固定连接的外螺纹,内径与所述三通头端4001的外径相配。
如图4所示,所述三通尿袋接头5的前端为三通连接头二5001,所述三通连接头二5001的外侧设有用于与设于所述三通尾端4002的外螺纹固定连接的旋钮式连接器二5002,所述三通连接头二5001的外径与所述三通尾端4002的内径相配。所述三通尿袋接头5的尾端为尿袋接头5003,所述尿袋接头5003内部设有内锯齿5004,便于与集尿袋6的连接管密封连接。

1.一种尿液参数监测系统,包括位于前端的导尿管(1)及位于尾端的集尿袋(6),其特征在于,所述导尿管(1)与集尿袋(6)之间设有至少一节传感器三通管道(4),所述传感器三通管道(4)的前端与所述导尿管(1)的尾端通过尿管三通接头(2)相连,所述传感器三通管道(4)的尾端与所述集尿袋(6)的前端通过三通尿袋接头(5)相连,所述传感器三通管道(4)包括三通头端(4001)、侧面的三通传输线端(4003)及三通尾端(4002),所述三通尾端(4002)可以与其他传感器三通管道(4)的三通头端(4001)连接,所述传感器三通管道(4)中相对于三通传输线端(4003)的内侧位置设有传感器,所述传感器为电解质含量传感器或ph值传感器或氧分压传感器,所述传感器与传输线(3)相连,所述传输线(3)与数据读取器(7)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种尿液参数监测系统,其特征在于,所述导尿管(1)与集尿袋(6)之间共设有四节传感器三通管道(4),分别设有ph值传感器、氧分压传感器、钠含量传感器、钾含量传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种尿液参数监测系统,其特征在于,当所述传感器三通管道(4)内侧设有氧分压传感器时,所述氧分压传感器采用荧光猝灭传感器(4006),所述传输线(3)内包括用于读取荧光强度的光纤(3001)和温度传感器传输线(3002),所述温度传感器传输线(3002)的末端设有温度传感器,所述传输线(3)的末端正对于所述传感器三通管道(4)的侧壁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种尿液参数监测系统,其特征在于,所述三通头端(4001)外侧设有旋钮式连接器一(4004),所述旋钮式连接器一(4004)用于与设于所述三通尾端(4002)外周的外螺纹固定连接,所述三通尾端(4002)的内径与所述三通头端(4001)的外径相配。
