To open/close the cover 132, the dirt cup assembly 1 is further provided with a switch structure 15. The switch structure 15 is provided at the bottom wall 112. The opening and closing structure 15 is used for unlocking the cover 132 so that the cover 132 can move relative to the bottom wall 112 to open the dust discharge port 131 of the dust collecting chamber 13, and at least part of the opening and closing structure 15 penetrates through the bottom wall 112. Referring to fig. 23-25, the arrows indicate the direction in which the parts may be moved. The switch structure 15 includes a touch member 151 and a lock member 152, and the touch member 151 is forced to make the lock member 152 in an unlocked state. The trigger 151 penetrates the bottom wall 112, and an external structure can trigger the trigger 151 from below the bottom wall 112 without providing other structures around the side wall 111. The triggering member 151 moves in a direction perpendicular to the bottom wall 112 to drive the locking member 152 to move in a direction parallel to the bottom wall 112. The outer surface of the touch member 151 is substantially in the same plane as the outer surface of the bottom wall 112, so that the touch member 151 can be effectively prevented from being touched by mistake.
Referring to fig. 19-21, the inner wall 111 of the cyclone chamber 12 is opened with an air inlet 122, and the air inlet 122 is disposed at the first end 113 of the housing 11. The cyclonic separating chamber 12 further comprises a guide wall 121, the guide wall 121 serving to guide the airflow entering from the inlet 122 into the cyclonic separating chamber 12 for cyclonic separation. A mounting cavity 16 is defined between the guide wall 121 and the bottom wall 112, and at least a portion of the switch structure 15 is disposed in the mounting cavity 16. Thus, the space can be effectively saved. Referring to the figures, the height of the air inlet 122 is greater than the height of the guide structure 18 along the length of the dirt cup assembly 1. The height of the guiding structure 18 is relatively small, which effectively increases the effective volume of the dust collecting chamber 13 while performing a guiding function.
Referring to fig. 14 to 15, the dust discharge port 131 is provided at the corresponding bottom wall 112 of the dust collecting chamber 13. In other embodiments, the ash discharge port 131 may also partially or completely cover the bottom wall 112 of the cyclonic separation chamber 12. Specifically, the bottom wall 112 includes a first region 115 corresponding to the cyclone chamber 12 and a second region 116 corresponding to the dust collecting chamber 13, and the trip member 151 is disposed at the first region 115. The area of the cover 132 is smaller than the area of the first region 115. The smaller area design of the cover 132 can effectively reduce the contact area of the base station 20, and at the same time, the area of the cover 132 (i.e., the area of the dust discharge opening 131) is reduced, so that the suction force can be increased, and the dust in the dust cup assembly 1 can be more easily sucked into the dust collecting chamber. The edge of the dust discharge port 131 is located inside the edge of the side wall 111.
Referring to fig. 14-15, the dirt cup assembly 1 further includes a locking structure 17 for unlocking/locking the dirt cup assembly 1, the locking structure 17 being located at the intersection of the first region 115 and the second region 116 of the bottom wall 112. The locking structure 17 includes a button 171, and the button 171 protrudes from the bottom wall 112.
The cover 132 includes an open state and a closed state, and the cover 132 is provided with a retaining structure 133, and the retaining structure 133 is configured to keep the cover 132 in the closed state at all times without being subjected to an external force. When the hand-held cleaner 101 is placed in the base station 20, the cover 132 is in an openable state, but under the action of the retaining structure 133, the cover 132 continues to seal the dust discharge opening 131, and if there is dirt at the dust discharge opening 131 and the gravity of the dirt is large, the cover 132 may be opened. When the suction motor in the base station 20 is started, a large suction force is generated, and at this time, the suction force acting on the cover 132 overcomes the force generated by the holding structure 133 to open the cover 132, and at this time, dirt in the dust collecting chamber 13 is sucked into the dust collecting chamber. When the suction motor is stopped, the cover 132 is returned to the closed position by the retaining structure 133, and is in the closed state. The retaining structure 133 may be a torsion spring, although other mechanical structures are possible.
Referring to fig. 16-21, the second end 114 of the dirt cup assembly 1 is provided with a filter holder 51, opposite ends of the filter holder 51 are respectively provided with a first filter 52 and a second filter 53, the first filter 52 is disposed within the cyclonic separation chamber 12, and the second filter 53 is disposed outside the cyclonic separation chamber 12. The second filter 53 has a cross-sectional area, taken in a plane perpendicular to the separation axis, which is greater than the cross-sectional area of the cyclonic separation chamber 12 and less than the cross-sectional area of the dirt cup assembly 1. The first filter 52 and the second filter 53 are both pre-motor filters.
While embodiments of the invention have been described above, it is not limited to the applications set forth in the description and the embodiments, which are fully applicable in various fields of endeavor to which the invention pertains, and further modifications may readily be made by those skilled in the art, it being understood that the invention is not limited to the details shown and described herein without departing from the general concept defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
