Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a plurality of first mounting posts 431 are disposed in the cyclone cup 43 and are engaged with first fasteners, a plurality of first mounting holes 4421 are disposed on the first cover portion 442, the first fasteners are fixedly connected to the first mounting posts 431 after passing through the first mounting holes 4421, a plurality of second mounting posts 4422 are disposed on the first cover portion 442 and are engaged with second fasteners, a plurality of second mounting holes 4532 are disposed on the second cover portion 453, and the second fasteners are fixedly connected to the second mounting posts 4422 after passing through the second mounting holes 4532. The dust collecting head 80 may include a roller brush and a roller brush motor, and the electrical connection device 50 may be electrically connected to the roller brush motor, so that the roller brush motor drives the roller brush to rotate.

Referring to fig. 6 to 9, one end of the cyclone cup 43 is connected to the power module 20, the air inlet duct 45 is provided at the other end of the cyclone cup 43, the first connector 51 is provided at one end of the cyclone cup 43, the second connector 52 is provided at the air inlet duct 45, and the connection line is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the cyclone cup 43. As shown in fig. 6 to 13, the power assembly 20 is provided at the front end thereof with a third hanging portion 22, and the cyclone cup 42 includes: the cyclone cup body 43 and the filter 48, the filter 48 is arranged in the cyclone cup body 43, the second hanging part 47 is arranged on the cyclone cup body 43, the filter 48 is provided with a fourth hanging part 4811, and after the cyclone cup 42 rotates for a preset angle, the fourth hanging part 4811 is matched with the third hanging part 22 in a hanging manner. Specifically, the second hanging portion 47 is disposed in the cyclone cup 43, and in the process of connecting and fixing the cyclone cup 42 and the power assembly 20, the rear end of the cyclone cup 43 can be sleeved at the front end of the power assembly 20, and the second hanging portion 47 on the cyclone cup 43 is matched with the first hanging portion 21 on the power assembly 20 in a hanging manner, further, due to the fact that the rear end of the cyclone cup 42 is opened, the filter 48 is unstable in the cyclone cup 43, and after the cyclone cup 42 is disposed on the power assembly 20, the filter 48 is easy to move in the cyclone cup 43, and therefore the structural reliability of the dust collector 100 is reduced.
Therefore, the third hanging part 22 is arranged at the front end of the power assembly 20, the fourth hanging part 4811 is arranged at the position, corresponding to the third hanging part 22, of the filter 48, and the third hanging part 22 and the fourth hanging part 4811 are hung and matched, so that the filter 48 and the power assembly 20 can be fixedly connected, the filter 48 can be kept stable relative to the power assembly 20 and the cyclone cup 43, and the stability and the reliability of the structure of the dust collector 100 can be further improved.
As shown in connection with fig. 13, the filter 48 may essentially include: the filter cartridge 481 is provided with the filter cartridge 482, the filter cartridge 482 is arranged in the filter cartridge 481, the fourth hanging part 4811 is arranged on the filter cartridge 481, one of the third hanging part 22 and the fourth hanging part 4811 is a second hanging groove, the other one is a second hanging block, and the second hanging block is matched in the second hanging groove. Specifically, the filter element 482 is disposed in the filter cartridge 481, and the fourth hanging portion 4811 is disposed in the filter cartridge 481, so that the filter cartridge 481 is fixedly connected to the power module 20, and the filter 48 is integrally fixedly connected to the power module 20, and further, the filter cartridge 481 can cover the filter element 482, thereby improving the structural stability and reliability of the filter element 482.
Further, through hanging the second and establishing the piece and stretch into the second and hang and establish the groove in, alright establish portion 22 and the fourth string of establishing portion 4811 with the third string and establish the cooperation, so not only can promote filter 48 and power component 20 and be connected fixed stability and reliability, but also can make filter 48 and power component 20's connection simple quick more, can reduce filter 48 and power component 20 and connect fixed degree of difficulty.

It should be noted that, the filter 48 is fixedly connected to the cyclone cup 43, and when the cyclone cup 43 rotates, the first hanging portion 21 and the second hanging portion 47 are hung and matched, and the filter 48 also rotates along with the cyclone cup 43, so that the third hanging portion 22 and the fourth hanging portion 4811 are hung and matched, which further facilitates the assembly of the vacuum cleaner 100.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the power module 20 is provided with a third locking portion 221 on the third hanging portion 22, the filter 48 is provided with a fourth locking portion 48113 on the fourth hanging portion 4811, one of the third locking portion 221 and the fourth locking portion 48113 is a locking protrusion, and the other is a locking groove, and the locking protrusion is fitted in the locking groove. Specifically, when the cyclone cup 42 is rotated relative to the power assembly 20 to rotate the filter 48 relative to the power assembly 20, and the second hanging block enters the fourth groove section 48112 from the third groove section 48111, the fourth groove section 48112 can only limit the rotation of the second hanging block from the third groove section 48111 to the fourth groove section 48112, and the rotation of the second hanging block from the fourth groove section 48112 to the third groove section 48111 cannot be effectively limited, therefore, the third locking portion 221 can be provided on the third hanging portion 22, the fourth locking portion 48113 can be provided on the fourth hanging portion 4811, wherein the third locking portion 221 can be provided on the fourth groove section 48112 of the second hanging portion 47, and after the second hanging block is fitted in the fourth groove section 48112, the locking engagement of the third locking portion and the fourth locking portion 48113 can limit the rotation of the second hanging block, so that the circumferential direction of the filter 48 and the power assembly 20 can be more stably connected, the filter 48 is prevented from moving or rotating relative to the power assembly 20 and the cyclone cup 43 during a normal use state of the cleaner 100, thereby preventing malfunction of the cleaner 100, which further improves the structural reliability of the cleaner 100.

As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the number of the third hanging portions 22 is at least two, and the third hanging portions 22 are circumferentially spaced at intervals at the front end of the power assembly 20, the number of the fourth hanging portions 4811 is at least two, and the at least two third hanging portions 22 and the at least two fourth hanging portions 4811 are circumferentially spaced at intervals, and are hung and matched one by one. Specifically, the dust cup 41 and the cyclone cup 42 are communicated with each other, and the wind, guided by the cyclone cup 42, discharges the foreign matters into the dust cup 41, when a certain amount of foreign materials are accumulated in the dust cup 41, it is required to take the dust cup 41 out of the power supplying chamber 112, and the foreign materials therein are removed and then reinstalled in the power supply cavity 112, so that, by providing the housing 10 with the first catch 16 at a side of the power supply chamber 112 facing away from the power chamber 111, providing the rear end of the dirt cup 41 with the first catch 60 at a side facing away from the cyclone cup 42, and the first clamping part 16 and the first clamping device 60 are selectively clamped and matched, so that the dust cup 41 can be more conveniently installed or detached in the power supply cavity 112 on the premise of ensuring the stable and firm arrangement of the integrated cup in the power supply cavity 112, the use convenience of the dust collector 100 by the user can be improved, so that the use experience of the dust collector 100 by the user can be improved.
Further, the first clamping portion 16 is disposed on one side of the power supply cavity 112 of the housing 10 away from the power cavity 111, and the first clamping device 60 is disposed on one side of the dust cup 41 away from the cyclone cup 42, so as to install the dust cup 41 in the power supply cavity 112, or to take out the dust cup 41 from the power supply cavity 112, the dust cup 41 is uniformly stressed on the whole, the dust cup 41 does not shift to both sides, and the dust cup is clamped during installation or disassembly, so that the structural reliability of the dust collector 100 can be further improved, and the user experience can be further improved.
Referring to fig. 14, the dust cup 41 is provided with a first holder 61, and the first catch 60 includes: first joint spare 62 and first elastic component 63, first joint spare 62 rotationally sets up in first fixing base 61, and first elastic component 63 sets up between first joint spare 62 and first fixing base 61 to provide the elastic restoring force, first joint spare 62 is provided with second joint portion 621, second joint portion 621 and the cooperation of first joint portion 16 joint. Correspondingly, when the user installs the dust cup 41 in the power supply cavity 112, the first pressing portion 622 can be pressed first, so as to rotate the first clamping member 62, and the second clamping portion 621 tilts, so that the second clamping portion 621 avoids the first clamping portion 16, after the first clamping portion 16 and the second clamping portion 621 are aligned with each other, the pressing force on the first pressing portion 622 is removed, because the first elastic member 63 is in a stretching state when being pressed, and has a certain elastic potential energy, after the user removes the external force, the elastic potential energy of the first elastic member 63 is converted into the restoring force of the second clamping portion 621, so as to realize the clamping cooperation of the second clamping portion 621 and the first clamping portion 16, so as to be arranged, and further facilitate the installation or the disassembly of the dust cup 41 by the user on the premise of ensuring the simple structure of the first clamping device 60.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first clamping portion 16 is disposed on the outer peripheral wall of the housing 10, and the first clamping device 60 is correspondingly disposed on the outer peripheral wall of the dust cup 41, so that the welding line of the first clamping device 60 welded on the dust cup 41 can be shielded by the first clamping device 60 on the premise of ensuring stable clamping fit between the first clamping portion 16 and the first clamping device 60, so as to improve the overall appearance of the dust cup 41, and further improve the user experience.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the first engaging portion 16 is disposed on the inner peripheral wall of the housing 10 corresponding to the power supply cavity 112, and the first engaging device 60 is disposed on the inner peripheral wall of the dust cup 41, so that the first engaging portion 16 and the first engaging device 60 can be engaged with each other inside the dust cup 41 and the power supply cavity 112, which can prevent the first engaging device 60 from protruding out of the dust cup 41, causing damage to the first engaging device 60 due to scratching, and further improving the structural reliability of the first engaging device 60.
Further, the first clamping portion 16 can be selectively disposed on the inner peripheral wall or the outer peripheral wall of the housing 10 corresponding to the power supply cavity 112 according to the user's requirement, the production cost and the production process, and the second clamping portion 621 can be selectively disposed on the inner peripheral wall and the outer peripheral wall of the dust cup 41, so that the applicability of the first clamping portion 16 and the first clamping device 60 can be improved, and the production and manufacturing of the dust collector 100 can be facilitated.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15 in combination, the dust cup 41 includes: the dust cup comprises a dust cup body 413 and a dust cup cover 414, the dust cup cover 414 is rotatably arranged at one end of the dust cup body 413, a third clamping part 4141 is arranged at one side of the dust cup cover 414 departing from the cyclone chamber, a second clamping device 64 is arranged at one side of the dust cup body 413 departing from the cyclone chamber, and the second clamping device 64 is in clamping fit with the third clamping part 4141. Specifically, the front end of the dust cup 413 is opened, the dust cup cover 414 is rotatably disposed at the front end of the dust cup 413, the third clamping portion 4141 is disposed at a side of the dust cup cover 414 away from the cyclone chamber, and the second clamping device 64 is disposed at a side of the dust cup 413 away from the cyclone chamber, when the third clamping portion 4141 and the second clamping device 64 are clamped and engaged, the dust cup 41 can be integrally sealed, thereby preventing the leakage of the foreign matters in the dust cup 41, and when a user wants to clean the foreign matters in the dust cup 41, the third clamping portion 4141 and the second clamping device 64 can be disconnected, so that the dust cup cover 414 can be rotated, and the front end of the dust cup 413 is opened, so that the foreign matters in the dust cup 41 can be poured out of the dust cup 413, thereby ensuring that the dust cup cover 414 can be stably sealed under the normal use condition of the dust collector 100, facilitating the user to open the dust cup 414, so that the user can easily clean the foreign matters in the dust collection cup 413.
As shown in fig. 10 and 14 in combination, the dust cup 41 is provided with a second mounting seat 321, and the second catch 64 includes: second joint spare 66 and second elastic component 67, second joint spare 66 rotationally sets up in second mount pad 321, and second elastic component 67 sets up between second joint spare 66 and second mount pad 321 to provide elastic restoring force, second joint spare 66 are provided with fourth joint portion 661, fourth joint portion 661 and the cooperation of third joint portion 4141 joint. Specifically, the second engaging member 66 is rotatably disposed on the second fixing base 65, the fourth engaging portion 661 and the second pressing portion 662 are respectively disposed at one end and the other end of the second engaging member 66 facing the third engaging portion 4141, when the user wants to open the dust cup 413, the second pressing portion 662 can be pressed first, so that the second engaging member 66 rotates, and the fourth engaging portion 661 tilts, so that the fourth engaging portion 661 and the third engaging portion 4141 are disconnected, so that the dust cup cover 414 rotates, and the dust cup 413 is opened, and the user can directly pour out the foreign matters in the dust cup 41.
Correspondingly, when the user wants to seal the dust cup 41, the user can press the second pressing portion 662 first to rotate the second clamping member 66, and tilt the fourth clamping portion 661 to make the fourth clamping portion 661 avoid the third clamping portion 4141, after the fourth clamping portion 661 and the third clamping portion 4141 are aligned with each other, the pressing force on the second pressing portion 662 is removed, because the second elastic member 67 is in a stretching state when being pressed, and has a certain elastic potential energy, after the user removes the external force, the elastic potential energy of the second elastic member 67 is converted into the restoring force of the fourth clamping portion 661, so as to realize the clamping and matching of the fourth clamping portion 661 and the third clamping portion 4141, and thus, the user can open or seal the dust cup 41 further on the premise of ensuring the simple structure of the second clamping device 64.
It should be noted that, one side of the dust cup cover 414 close to the cyclone cup 42 is elastically connected and matched with the dust cup 41, when the dust cup cover 414 is covered on the front end of the dust cup 413, the spring is in a compressed state, the rotation of the dust cup cover can be limited by the snap-fit of the second snap-in connector 64 and the third snap-in connector 4141, and after the second snap-in connector 64 and the third snap-in connector are disconnected, one side of the dust cup cover 414 close to the cyclone cup 42 rotates relative to the dust cup 41, so that the front end of the dust cup 413 is automatically opened.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the power supply chamber 112 is provided with a first guide portion 1121, the dust collection cup 413 is provided with a second guide portion 4131, one of the first guide portion 1121 and the second guide portion 4131 is a guide groove, and the other is a guide projection which is fitted in the guide groove. Specifically, in the process of disposing the dust cup 413 in the power supply cavity 112, the guiding engagement between the first guiding portion 1121 and the second guiding portion 4131 can be achieved by the guiding protrusion extending into the guiding groove, so that the disposition of the dust cup 413 in the power supply cavity 112 can be quickly and directly at the correct position, which can improve the speed and accuracy of the installation and disposition of the dust cup 41 in the power supply cavity 112.
As shown in connection with fig. 11, the dirt cup 413 can generally include: a main cup 415 and a cup holder 416, wherein the main cup 415 is disposed on the cup holder 416, the cup holder 416 is provided with a second guide portion 4131 and is disposed in the power supply chamber 112, and the first latch 60 is disposed on the outer peripheral wall of the main cup 415. Specifically, by arranging the second guide portion 4131 on the cup holder 416, the cup holder 416 is arranged in the power supply cavity 112, and the first guide portion 1121 and the second guide portion 4131 are in guiding fit, and the main cup 415 is arranged on the cup holder 416, so that the periphery of the main cup 415 and the periphery of the power supply cavity 112 are flush and level on the premise that the cup holder 416 is stably and firmly arranged in the power supply cavity 112, the integrity of the vacuum cleaner 100 can be further improved, and the use experience of a user on the vacuum cleaner 100 can be improved.
Referring to fig. 8 and 15, the peripheral surface of the cyclone cup 42 is a cylindrical surface, the peripheral surface of the dust cup 41 is provided with an arc-shaped avoiding portion 417, and the arc-shaped avoiding portion 417 is attached to the peripheral surface of the cyclone cup 42, so that the tightness of attachment between the dust cup 41 and the cyclone cup 42 can be ensured, and thus, the leakage of wind in the process of entering dust collection from the cyclone cup 42 can be prevented, and the structural reliability of the dust cup 40 can be further improved.

Claims (12)
1. A vacuum cleaner (100), comprising:
the power supply device comprises a machine shell (10), wherein a power cavity (111) and a power supply cavity (112) are arranged in the machine shell (10);

2. The vacuum cleaner (100) of claim 1, wherein one of the first hanging portion (21) and the second hanging portion (47) is a first hanging groove and the other is a first hanging block, the first hanging block fitting within the first hanging groove.

The vacuum cleaner (100) of claim 2, wherein the first hanging groove comprises: the groove structure comprises a first groove section (471) and a second groove section (472), wherein the second groove section (472) is connected to one side of the circumference of the first groove section (471), the top opening of the first groove section (471) is arranged, and the width of the second groove section (472) is larger than or equal to the width of a first hanging block and smaller than the width of the first groove section (471), so that the first hanging block is hung in the second groove section (472).

The vacuum cleaner (100) of claim 1, wherein the power assembly (20) is provided with a first locking portion (211) on the first hanging portion (21), the dirt cup (40) is provided with a second locking portion (4721) on the second hanging portion (47), one of the first locking portion (211) and the second locking portion (4721) is a locking projection and the other is a locking groove, and the locking projection is fitted in the locking groove.

The vacuum cleaner (100) according to claim 1, wherein the first hanging portions (21) are at least two and circumferentially spaced at the front end of the power assembly (20), the second hanging portions (47) are at least two and circumferentially spaced at the dirt cup (40), and at least two of the first hanging portions (21) and at least two of the second hanging portions (47) are hung and matched in a one-to-one correspondence manner.

The vacuum cleaner (100) of claim 1, wherein the electrical connection device (50) comprises: a first connector (51), a second connector (52) and a connecting wire, wherein the first connector (51) is arranged at one end of the cyclone cup (42), the second connector (52) is arranged at the other end of the cyclone cup (42), and the connecting wire is connected between the first connector (51) and the second connector (52);
