Abstract
本申请提供一种收发机装置、无线通信装置及芯片组，涉及电子技术领域，用于降低收发开关占用的芯片面积和收发开关的插入损耗。该收发机装置包括：封装基板和裸片，该装置中设置有收发开关；收发开关包括设置于封装基板上的第一金属连接线、天线馈点、与天线馈点耦合的发射馈点和接收馈点，天线馈点与接收馈点设置在第一金属连接线的两端；收发开关还包括设置于裸片上的第一开关、接收焊盘和发射焊盘，第一开关的第一端与接收焊盘耦合，第一开关的第二端与裸片的接地端耦合，接收焊盘与接收馈点耦合，发射焊盘与发射馈点耦合；裸片上还设置有功率放大器PA和低噪声放大器LNA，接收焊盘与PA的输出端耦合，发射焊盘与LNA的输入端耦合。
