Abstract

一种电光调制器、光芯片和集成芯片。电光调制器设置在基底(01)的表面上,电光调制器包括:设置在基底(01)之上的光波导层(002),设置在光波导层(002)之上的调制电极(003),以及设置于调制电极(003)之上并与调制电极(003)电连接的金属电极(004);金属电极(004)的第一端与射频驱动器相耦合,接收射频驱动器输入的调制信号,调制电极(003)用于基于调制信号对光波导层(002)进行电光调制;金属电极(004)的第二端耦合至直流电压端,直流电压端用于输入电压信号并通过金属电极(004)为射频驱动器提供偏置电压。电光调制器复用金属电极(004),无需设置复杂的外围电路,降低了成本,同时减小了电光调制器的尺寸,有利于设备的小型化。
