The electronic equipment provided by the invention omits a hardware limiting steel sheet required by the existing externally-mounted side key fixing, achieves the same limiting effect, and has firm installation and high reliability of the side key 32.
In a possible embodiment, the first section 3131 and the second section 3132 are perpendicular to each other, and the first section 3131 is connected to the decoration 31, so that the distance between the second section 3132 and the decoration 31 can be increased, and the problem that the length of the connecting arm 322 is too long and affects the structural strength of the connecting arm 322 is avoided.
In a possible implementation manner, the limiting groove 3221 may be an open groove recessed into the connecting arm 322, or may be a through groove penetrating through two sides of the connecting arm 322.
In a possible embodiment, referring to fig. 6, 10 and 12, two avoiding grooves 317 are opened on a surface of the decoration 31 facing the main control board 20, and two connecting arms 322 respectively extend into the two avoiding grooves 317. With the structure, the side key 32 and the decoration piece 31 can be prevented from interfering with each other, so that the space is saved, and the thickness of the electronic device is reduced.
In a possible implementation manner, the avoiding groove 317 is a structure recessed into the decoration 31, and the connecting arm 322 extends into the avoiding groove 317, so that the thickness of the decoration 31 and the side key 32 after assembly can be effectively reduced, space saving is facilitated, and the thickness of the electronic device is reduced.
Referring to fig. 4 and 9, the length L1 of the force application portion 321 is greater than the distance L2 between the two surfaces of the two connecting arms 322 facing away from each other, so that the two connecting arms 322 can be directly installed into the housing 10 from the through hole 111 to be connected with the garnish 31, and the installation is convenient.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, according to the present invention, the side key 32 and the decoration 31 may be assembled, and then the flexible electrical connector 33 is assembled, such that the main control board 20 and the switch 34 are in contact conduction through the flexible electrical connector 33, the switch 34 corresponds to the side key 32, and finally the side key assembly 30 is assembled into the housing 10, so that the side key assembly may be delivered to an assembly plant as a whole, which may reduce assembly processes, improve assembly efficiency, and facilitate quality control.
In a possible implementation manner, referring to fig. 4 and 15, the front shell 11 includes a frame 112 and a display module 113 embedded in the frame 112, a grounding elastic sheet 211 is disposed on a surface of the plate body 21 facing the display module 113, and the grounding elastic sheet 211 abuts against the display module 113 and is electrically connected to the display module 113. The display module 113 comprises a screen, and the grounding elastic sheet 211 of the plate body 21 is abutted to the display module 113, so that the electrostatic grounding of the screen is realized, and the use safety is improved.
The rear shell 12 is connected to the frame 112, and the rear shell 12 and the frame 112 may be made of metal, which is beneficial to improving the heat dissipation effect. The grounding elastic pieces 211 may be a plurality of pieces, and are spaced from each other and distributed on one surface of the plate 21 facing the display module 113.
In one possible embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the force application portion 321 protrudes from the outer surface of the frame 112, a contact 323 is disposed on a surface of the force application portion 321 facing the decoration 31, the contact 323 is located between the two connecting arms 322, and the contact 323 correspondingly abuts against the switch 34. The urging portion 321 is pressed for urging, and the urging portion 321 presses the switch element 34 via the contact 323, thereby operating the switch element 34.
In a possible implementation manner, referring to fig. 6 and 9, the side key 32 further includes an elastic sleeve 324, a convex pillar is disposed on a surface of the force application portion 321 facing the decoration 31, the elastic sleeve 324 is sleeved on the convex pillar, the elastic sleeve 324 is in interference fit with the convex pillar, the convex pillar may be a circular pillar or a cross-shaped pillar, and a contact 323 is formed on a surface of the elastic sleeve 324 facing the decoration 31. Not only is the fixation of the elastic sleeve 324 realized, but also the switch member 34 can be prevented from being damaged due to rigid touch on the switch member 34.
In a possible implementation manner, the side key 32 may also be formed by two-color injection molding, and may also be a volume adjustment key for implementing a volume adjustment function of the electronic device.
In a possible embodiment, when the side key 32 is used to implement the power on/off function of the electronic device, the number of the switch members 34 is one, and the number of the contacts 323 is the same as the number of the switch members 34.
In a possible implementation manner, when the side key 32 is used for implementing a volume adjustment function of the electronic device, the number of the switch members 34 may be two, the two elastic sleeves 324 are connected with each other, and the number of the contacts 323 is the same as that of the switch members 34. Of course, in other possible ways, the switch member 34 may be plural.
In one possible embodiment, the switch member 34 is a push switch.
In a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 6 and 16, the flexible electrical connector 33 includes a flexible plate 331, a first connecting plate 332 and a second connecting plate 333, the first connecting plate 332 and the second connecting plate 333 are electrically connected to two ends of the flexible plate 331 respectively, the first connecting plate 332 and the second connecting plate 333 are both connected to the decoration 31, as shown in fig. 6 and 14, a connecting elastic sheet 212 is disposed on a surface of the plate body 21 facing the rear shell 12, the first connecting plate 332 is electrically connected to the connecting elastic sheet 212, and the switch 34 is electrically connected to the second connecting plate 333.
In a possible embodiment, the first connecting plate 332 and the second connecting plate 333 may be integrally connected with the flexible plate 331, and the connection is reliable.
In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 17, the connecting elastic piece 212 may be fixed on a surface of the plate body 21 facing the rear case 12. The first connecting plate 332 and the second connecting plate 333 may be connected to the decoration 31 by an adhesive 35 or by screws.
In one possible embodiment, the first surface of the first connecting plate 332 is electrically connected to the connecting spring 212, and the second surface of the first connecting plate 332 is connected to the decoration 31; the second surface of the first connecting plate 332 and the decoration 31 can be connected through the adhesive member 35, the adhesive member 35 can be, for example, a double-sided tape or a glue, the fixing connection is convenient, the assembly cost is low, and the first connecting plate 332 and the decoration 31 are pressed, so that the first connecting plate 332 and the decoration 31 are stably connected through the adhesive member 35.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 17, a first face of the second connecting plate 333 is connected to the garnish 31, and the switch member 34 is electrically connected to a second face of the second connecting plate 333. The first surface of the second connecting plate 333 and the decoration 31 can be connected by the adhesive member 35, and the adhesive member 35 can be a double-sided tape or a glue, which is convenient for fixing and connecting and has low assembly cost.
It will be readily appreciated that the first face of the first connection plate 332 opposes the second face of the first connection plate 332 and the first face of the second connection plate 333 opposes the second face of the second connection plate 333.
The plane of the first connecting plate 332 and the plane of the second connecting plate 333 form an included angle. The simple structure realizes the contact conduction between the side key 32 located on the side surface of the casing 10 and the connecting elastic sheet 212 inside the casing 10, so that the contact conduction between the side key 32 and the connecting elastic sheet 212 in different thickness directions of the electronic device is realized.
In one possible embodiment, the angle between the plane of the first connecting plate 332 and the plane of the second connecting plate 333 is 90 °.
In a possible implementation manner, referring to fig. 7 and 11, the decoration member 31 includes a support portion 311 and a decoration portion 312 connected to the support portion 311, a gap 316 is provided between the support portion 311 and the decoration portion 312, at least a part of the electronic component 22 is located in the gap 316, the support portion 311 is located between the main control panel 20 and the rear case 12, the decoration portion 312 extends between the main control panel 20 and the bezel 112, and the side key 32 is movably connected to the decoration portion 312. The supporting portion 311 is located between the main control board 20 and the rear case 12, so that a certain safety distance is provided between the main control board 20 and the rear case 12, and the rear case 12 is prevented from being electrified due to the contact between the electronic element 22 of the main control board 20 and the rear case 12, thereby improving the safety of use.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, the support portion 311 and the decorative portion 312 are connected in a right-angled shape. The notch 316 is located between the supporting portion 311 and the decoration portion 312, and at least a part of the electronic component 22 is located in the notch 316, so that the space occupied by the main control board 20 and the decoration 31 in the overlapping direction of the thickness of the electronic device can be effectively reduced, and the thickness of the electronic device can be reduced.
In a possible embodiment, referring to fig. 6 and 16, one surface of the supporting portion 311 facing the main control board 20 has a first mounting post 314, the first connecting plate 332 has a first mounting hole 3321 therein, and the first mounting hole 3321 is sleeved on an outer peripheral surface of the first mounting post 314. With the structure, the first connecting plate 332 is limited, and the stability of the electrical connection between the first connecting plate 332 and the connecting spring piece 212 is ensured.
In order to improve the stability of installation, the number of the first mounting posts 314 may be two, and the first mounting holes 3321 are spaced from each other, and the number of the first mounting posts 314 is the same, so that the installation and positioning of the first connecting plate 332 are realized. The first mounting post 314 is located at an edge of a side of the supporting portion 311 facing the main control board 20, thereby being beneficial to reducing the length of the flexible board 331 and saving space.
The first connecting plate 332 and the decoration 31 are positioned through the cooperation of the first mounting post 314 and the first mounting hole 3321, and then the first connecting plate 332 and the decoration 31 are stably bonded and fixed through the bonding piece 35.
Referring to fig. 6 and 17, a second mounting post 315 is disposed on a surface of the decorative portion 312 facing the side key 32, a second mounting hole 3331 is formed in the second connecting plate 333, and the second mounting hole 3331 is fitted on an outer circumferential surface of the second mounting post 315.
Referring to fig. 6 and 13, in order to improve the stability of the installation, the number of the second mounting posts 315 may be two and spaced apart from each other, and the number of the second mounting holes 3331 is the same as the number of the second mounting posts 315. Thereby achieving the mounting positioning of the second connection plate 333.
The second connecting plate 333 and the decoration 31 are positioned through the cooperation of the second mounting post 315 and the second mounting hole 3331, and then the second connecting plate 333 and the decoration 31 are stably bonded and fixed through the bonding member 35.
In a possible implementation manner, referring to fig. 6 and 12, a groove 318 is further formed in a surface of the decorative portion 312 facing the main control board 20, the flexible board 331 is located in the groove 318, the groove 318 is used for defining an extending direction of the flexible board 331, and the influence of the flexible board 331 protruding out of the decorative portion 312 on the overall thickness is also avoided.
In one possible embodiment, the depth of recess 318 is greater than the thickness of flexible board 331, and the width of recess 318 is greater than the width of flexible board 331, so as to facilitate accommodating flexible board 331 in recess 318.
In one possible implementation, the electronic device provided by the invention is a tablet computer or a mobile phone.
When the user presses the biasing portion 321, the side key 32 is pressed, and the entire side key 32 moves in a direction toward the garnish 31, the fixing post 313 abuts against one inner wall of the stopper groove 3221 in the longitudinal direction, and the contact 323 abuts against the switch 34, thereby achieving contact conduction. When the user releases the side key 32, under the action of the elastic force of the switch member 34, the contact 323 is pushed to move the side key 32 in a direction away from the decoration 31 until the fixing post 313 abuts against the inner wall of the other side of the limiting groove 3221 in the length direction, and the side key 32 returns to the position before being pressed.
According to the electronic equipment provided by the invention, the integrated design of the decorating part 31, the side key 32 and the flexible electric connector 33 is realized, the electronic equipment can be assembled in advance, the assembly procedures of an electronic equipment assembly factory are reduced, and poor indexes are controlled more easily.
In the electronic device provided by the invention, the surface of the main control board 20 facing the front shell 11 is provided with the grounding elastic sheet 211, the electronic elements 22 are not arranged, the electronic elements 22 are distributed on the surface of the main control board 20 facing the rear shell 12, and the electronic elements 22 are arranged on one surface of the main control board 20, so that the main control board 20 can be directly installed in the shell 10 for assembly, and the thickness of the main control board 20 can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 18, in the electronic device on the left side, the electronic components 22 are disposed on both sides of the main control board 20, and in the electronic device on the right side, the electronic components 22 are distributed on the side of the main control board 20 facing the rear case 12, so that the thickness H of the electronic device is reduced by 18% to 23%, which has a significant effect on reducing the thickness of the electronic device.
According to the electronic equipment provided by the invention, through improving the structure of the side key assembly 30, even if the connecting elastic sheet 212 of the main control board 20 to be communicated with the side key 32 is arranged on the surface of the main control board 20 facing the rear shell 12, the conduction and installation of the side key 32 are also realized, the limiting function of the side key 32 can be realized without a metal elastic sheet, the stability of the side key 32 is ensured, the cost of the metal elastic sheet and the occupied space in the shell 10 are saved, the miniaturization development of the electronic equipment is facilitated, and the carrying of the electronic equipment is facilitated.

Claims (13)

1. An electronic device, comprising:
the shell (10), the said shell (10) includes the front shell (11) and rear shell (12) buckled with said front shell (11) each other;
the main control board (20) is arranged in the shell (10), the main control board (20) comprises a board body (21) and electronic elements (22), and the electronic elements (22) are all arranged on one surface, facing the rear shell (12), of the board body (21);
side key assembly (30), side key assembly (30) are including decoration (31), side key (32) and flexible electric connector (33), through-hole (111) have been seted up to the side wall face of preceding shell (11), side key (32) activity sets up in through-hole (111), decoration (31) set up in casing (10), and part decoration (31) are located main control board (20) with between side key (32), side key (32) with decoration (31) swing joint, the first end electricity of flexible electric connector (33) is connected with switch (34), switch (34) extend to side key (32) with between decoration (31), the second end of flexible electric connector (33) with main control board (20) electricity is connected, side key (32) under the exogenic action butt in switch (34), so that switch (34) with main control board (20) electrical property switches on.

An electronic device according to claim 2, characterized in that there are two of the connecting arms (322), the stopper groove (3221) is located on the side of the two connecting arms (322) facing away from each other, the fixing post (313) comprises a first section (3131) and a second section (3132) connected to each other, the first section (3131) is connected to the decorative element (31), the second section (3132) extends into the stopper groove (3221), and a central axis of the second section (3132) is perpendicular to a plane in which the decorative element (31) is located.
4. The electronic device of claim 3, wherein two avoiding grooves (317) are formed in a surface of the decoration (31) facing the main control board (20), and the two connecting arms (322) extend into the two avoiding grooves (317), respectively.

The electronic device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the front housing (11) includes a frame (112) and a display module (113) embedded in the frame (112), a grounding elastic sheet (211) is disposed on a surface of the board body (21) facing the display module (113), and the grounding elastic sheet (211) abuts against the display module (113) and is electrically connected to the display module (113).

The electronic device according to claim 5, wherein the force application portion (321) protrudes from an outer surface of the rim (112), a contact (323) is disposed on a surface of the force application portion (321) facing the decoration (31), the contact (323) is located between the two connecting arms (322), and the contact (323) correspondingly abuts against the switch member (34).

The electronic device according to claim 5, characterized in that the flexible electrical connector (33) comprises a flexible plate (331), a first connecting plate (332) and a second connecting plate (333), the first connecting plate (332) and the second connecting plate (333) are electrically connected to two ends of the flexible plate (331), the first connecting plate (332) and the second connecting plate (333) are both connected to the decoration (31), a connecting spring (212) is arranged on a surface of the plate body (21) facing the rear housing (12), the first connecting plate (332) is electrically connected to the connecting spring (212), and the switch element (34) is electrically connected to the second connecting plate (333).

The electronic device of claim 7, wherein a first face of the first connecting plate (332) is electrically connected with the connecting spring piece (212), and a second face of the first connecting plate (332) is connected with the decoration piece (31); the first face of the second connecting plate (333) is connected with the decoration piece (31), the switch piece (34) is electrically connected with the second face of the second connecting plate (333), and an included angle is formed between the plane of the first connecting plate (332) and the plane of the second connecting plate (333).
9. An electronic device according to claim 8, characterized in that the angle between the plane of the first connection plate (332) and the plane of the second connection plate (333) is 90 °.

The electronic device according to claim 8, wherein the decoration member (31) comprises a support portion (311) and a decoration portion (312) connected to the support portion (311), a gap (316) is formed between the support portion (311) and the decoration portion (312), at least a part of the electronic component (22) is located in the gap (316), the support portion (311) is located between the main control panel (20) and the rear case (12), the decoration portion (312) extends between the main control panel (20) and the rim (112), and the side key (32) is movably connected to the decoration portion (312).

The electronic device according to claim 10, wherein a surface of the supporting portion (311) facing the main control board (20) has a first mounting post (314), a first mounting hole (3321) is formed in the first connecting plate (332), and the first mounting hole (3321) is sleeved on an outer peripheral surface of the first mounting post (314);
one surface of the decoration part (312) facing the side key (32) is provided with a second mounting column (315), a second mounting hole (3331) is formed in the second connecting plate (333), and the outer peripheral surface of the second mounting column (315) is sleeved with the second mounting hole (3331).
12. The electronic device of claim 10, wherein a surface of the decorative portion (312) facing the main control board (20) is further formed with a groove (318), and the flexible board (331) is located in the groove (318).
13. The electronic device of any of claims 1-4, wherein the electronic device is a tablet computer or a mobile phone.
