The technical solution of the present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a camera structure with an antenna according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 10, an antenna 20 (shown by dotted lines in fig. 1 to 5), a camera module (not shown), and a metal decoration component 30. The housing 10 is provided with a cavity 10a opened upward, the antenna 20 is provided on the housing 10, the antenna 20 includes an electric connection terminal 21 and a ground terminal 22, and the ground terminal 22 is used for grounding. The camera module is arranged in the cavity 10a, and the lens of the camera covers the opening of the cavity 10 a. The metal decoration component 30 is disposed outside the camera module, the metal decoration component 30 is provided with a conduction component 32a corresponding to the grounding end 22 of the antenna 20, and the conduction component 32a is abutted against the electric connection end 21 of the antenna 20 and is electrically connected with the electric connection end 21 of the antenna 20.
By adopting the camera structure with the antenna of the embodiment, the antenna 20 is arranged on the housing 10, the conductive part 32a is arranged on the metal decoration part 30, and the conductive part 32a is electrically connected with the electric connection end 21 of the antenna 20, so that the metal decoration part 30 can be used as a part of the antenna 20, the arrangement and design of the antenna 20 can be simplified, meanwhile, the occupation condition of the metal decoration part 30 on the clearance area of the antenna 20 is avoided, and the performance of the antenna 20 is effectively improved.
It can be understood that the camera structure with the antenna of the embodiment may be applied to an electronic device, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or a smart watch, which is provided with a camera. The camera may be a front camera and/or a rear camera, and when the camera structure is applied to an electronic device, the metal decoration part 30 may be substantially located inside the cavity 10a or outside the cavity 10 a.
Because the smart watch is small in size, the requirements on the arrangement, design and performance of the antenna 20 of the camera structure with the antenna are higher, and therefore, the electronic device is taken as the smart watch in the embodiment, and the camera is taken as a front camera for example to explain.
When the camera structure with an antenna of the present embodiment is applied to a smart watch, the housing 10 of the camera structure with an antenna is substantially a watch case of the smart watch. The metal decoration component 30 is located outside the cavity 10a, so that not only the camera module can be protected, but also the appearance decoration effect of the housing 10 can be further improved.
That is, in fig. 1 to 6, a specific structure of the camera structure with an antenna is shown in each of diagrams in which the case 10 is a watch case of a wristwatch.
In this embodiment, the housing 10 has a convex pillar 11 and first connecting portions respectively disposed at two sides of the convex pillar, the convex pillar 11 protrudes upward from the housing 10, the convex pillar 11 has the cavity 10a, and the first connecting portions have the antenna. Specifically, the shape of the convex column 11 can be matched with the shape of the lens of the camera module. Specifically, the protruding column 11 may be cylindrical, and the cavity 10a may be a circular cavity, so that the lens and the lens of the camera module are circular and matched with the circular cavity.
As an alternative embodiment, the first connection portion may be one, which may extend from one side of the boss to the other side of the boss.
As another alternative embodiment, the first connecting portion may be multiple and disposed on two sides of the protruding pillar. For example, one side of the convex pillar may be provided with one first connection portion or a plurality of first connection portions, and similarly, the other side of the convex pillar may also be provided with one first connection portion or a plurality of first connection portions. Therefore, two sides of the convex column can be respectively provided with at least one first connecting part, and the number of the first connecting parts on the two sides of the convex column can be the same.
Furthermore, for example, one side of the convex pillar is provided with a first connecting portion, and the other side of the convex pillar is also provided with a first connecting portion. The number of the antennas disposed on the first connecting portion may be one or more, and the embodiment takes the case that each first connecting portion is disposed with one antenna as an example.
Further, the antenna 20 may be disposed on the first connection portion 12 in an LDS (Laser-Direct-structuring) manner, or may be printed on the first connection portion 12 in a PDS (pins Direct structuring) process, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. However, it should be noted that, since the antenna 20 is disposed on the first connecting portion 12, the material of the first connecting portion 12 is preferably plastic.
Further, in order to improve the connection reliability of the metallic decoration member 30 with the housing 10, the metallic decoration member 30 may include a main body portion 31 and first side portions 32 on both sides of the main body portion 31 just matching the above-mentioned two first connection portions on both sides of the stud. Specifically, the main body portion 31 may be an annular member, which is just sleeved on the outer periphery of the boss 11, so as to protect the camera module located in the boss 11. The two first side portions 32 are respectively connected to the two first connecting portions 12, and the conducting members 32a are respectively disposed on the two first side portions 32. That is, when the metal decoration part 30 is connected to the housing 10, firstly, the main body part 31 of the metal decoration part 30 is sleeved on the boss 11, then, the two first side parts 32 of the metal decoration part 30 are respectively aligned to the two first connecting parts 12 of the housing 10, and the conducting parts 32a on the two first side parts 32 are aligned to the electric connection ends 21 of the antennas 20 on the first connecting parts 12, and then the two first side parts 32 are connected to the two first connecting parts 12, at this time, the conducting parts 32a on the two first side parts 32 can just contact with the electric connection ends 21 of the antennas 20 to realize electric connection.
In the present embodiment, the two first side portions 32 and the two first connecting portions 12 can be fixed by bolts, screws, or by bonding. Since the first connecting portion 12 is made of plastic and the antenna 20 is disposed on the first connecting portion 12, the two first side portions 32 and the first connecting portion 12 are preferably fixed by adhesion. Specifically, the camera structure with the antenna further includes an adhesive member 40, and the two first side portions 32 are respectively connected to the two first connecting portions 12 through the adhesive member 40. More specifically, the adhesive member 40 may be a solid glue or a liquid glue.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, further, the two first connecting portions 12 are protruding blocks protruding from the housing 10, and the protruding height of the two first connecting portions 12 on the housing 10 is smaller than the protruding height of the protruding post 11 on the housing 10, so as to facilitate the miniaturization design of the camera structure. Specifically, the two first connecting portions 12 are provided with a groove 12a which is opened upward, the electric connection end 21 of the antenna 20 can be disposed in the groove 12a, and the groove 12a can be used for positioning the two first side portions 32, thereby facilitating the positioning connection of the two first side portions 32 and the first connecting portions 12.
Further, the two first side portions 32 may be plate-shaped structures matched with the groove 12a, and the two first side portions 32 are engaged in the groove 12a and cover the opening of the groove 12 a. Specifically, when the metal decorative member 30 is connected to the housing 10, the two first side portions 32 can be just engaged in the grooves 12a of the two first connecting portions 12, and at the same time, by providing the above-described adhesive member 40 between the two first side portions 32 and the grooves 12a, the connecting tightness and reliability of the metal decorative member 30 and the housing 10 can be improved. More specifically, the adhesive member 40 is preferably made of solid glue, so that not only the first side portion 32 and the groove 12a can be firmly fixed together by the adhesive member 40, but also the adhesive member 40 can play a certain waterproof role, preventing liquid outside the housing 10 from entering the groove 12a and affecting the electrical connection between the electric connection terminal 21 of the antenna 20 and the conducting member 32 a.
Furthermore, in order to further improve the waterproof effect of the camera structure, the camera structure further includes two sealing elements 50, the two sealing elements 50 are respectively disposed on the two first side portions 32, and the upper surfaces of the two sealing elements 50 may be higher than or flush with the upper surface of the first connecting portion 12. Specifically, the sealing element 50 may be a solid sealing element or a liquid sealing element, and the sealing element 50 is further pressed on the first side portion 32 and is flush with or higher than the upper surface of the first connecting portion 12, so that the two first side portions 32 can be protected by the sealing element 50, and the opening of the groove 12a can be further covered, thereby improving the waterproof effect of the camera structure.
Preferably, the sealing element 50 is made of liquid sealant, after the first side portion 32 is connected to the groove 12a, the first side portion 32 is glued to the upper portion of the first side portion 32, and the fluidity of the sealing element 50 can be used to fill the connecting gap between the first side portion 32 and the groove 12a, so that a closed space is formed between the first side portion 32 and the groove 12a, and thus, water or sweat can be effectively prevented from entering the groove 12a, and an effective waterproof effect is achieved.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the quick positioning and conduction between the conducting part 32a and the electric terminal 21 of the antenna 20 while maintaining the conduction reliability therebetween, the conducting part 32a may be an elastic sheet or an elastic pin disposed on the first side portion 32, and the conducting part 32a may be fixed on the first side portion 32 by welding. In the embodiment, the conducting member 32a is taken as an elastic thimble. As shown in fig. 5, the elastic pin is welded to a surface of the first side portion 32 facing the recess 12a, so that a welding point is formed on the outward surface of the first side portion 32, and therefore, the sealing element 50 is disposed on the outward surface of the first side portion 32, and the welding point can be protected by the sealing element 50.
Specifically, a contact hole 121 is formed at the bottom of the groove 12a, the contact hole 121 may be a blind hole, the electric connection end 21 of the antenna 20 is disposed in the contact hole 121, and the needle head portion of the elastic thimble just enters the contact hole 121 and abuts against the contact hole 121, so that the needle head portion of the elastic thimble just contacts with the electric connection end 21 of the antenna 20 in the contact hole 121 to realize electric connection.
More specifically, the elastic thimble further includes an elastic portion, the elastic portion is fixedly disposed on the first side portion 32, the needle portion is disposed on the elastic portion, and the elastic portion is configured to provide a pre-tightening force to act on the needle portion when the needle portion abuts against the contact hole 121, so that the needle portion can firmly abut against the contact hole 121 by using the pre-tightening force provided by the elastic portion, and even when the camera structure is impacted, dropped, or the like, the needle portion can always keep contact with the electric terminal 21 of the antenna 20, thereby ensuring reliability of electrical connection between the two.
Further, in order to further fix the metal decoration component 30, the housing 10 is further provided with an annular enclosing portion 13 enclosing the outer periphery of the convex pillar 11, a gap is formed between an inner annular surface of the annular enclosing portion 13 and an outer wall surface of the convex pillar 11, and the main body portion 31 of the metal decoration component 30 is located in the gap. The two first connecting portions 12 are respectively disposed at two sides of the enclosing portion 13, and the groove 12a penetrates through two sides of the enclosing portion 13. Specifically, the enclosing portion 13 may be a circular protruding strip protruding from the housing 10, and the inner ring diameter of the enclosing portion 13 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the protruding pillar 11, so as to form the space for disposing the main body portion 31 of the metal decoration component 30. More specifically, since the first connecting portion 12 and the enclosing portion 13 are disposed at the periphery of the protruding pillar 11, and the groove 12a on the first connecting portion 12 substantially penetrates to both sides of the enclosing portion 13, the enclosing portion 13 and the two first connecting portions 12 can be integrally formed. That is, in the actual process, a circle of convex strips can be formed on the outer circumference of the convex column 11, and the convex strips can form the enclosing part 13 and the two first connecting parts 12 with the grooves 12 a.
By adopting the above manner, not only the processing procedures of the first connecting portion 12 and the enclosing portion 13 can be simplified, but also the sealing element 50 is arranged on the first side portion 32, and the sealing element 50 is liquid sealant, so that the integrated design of the enclosing portion 13 and the first connecting portion 12 can prevent the sealing element 50 from overflowing to other positions of the shell 10, and the dispensing quality is ensured.
The following describes in detail the assembly process of the camera structure with antenna of the present embodiment:
the adhesive member 40 (which may be a double-sided tape, and a clearance hole should be formed in a position of the adhesive member 40 corresponding to the contact hole 121) is disposed in the groove 12a of the first connecting portion 12, then the main body portion 31 of the metal decoration member 30 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the stud 11, meanwhile, the main body portion 31 is located in a space between the enclosing portion 13 and the stud 11, the first side portion 32 of the metal decoration member 30 is aligned with the position of the groove 12a, and meanwhile, the elastic pin is aligned with the contact hole 121, and then the first side portion 32 is pressed in the groove 12a, at this time, the elastic pin just abuts against the bottom of the contact hole 121 and is in contact conduction with the electrical connection end 21 of the antenna 20. Then, dispensing (i.e. disposing the sealing element 50) is performed on the first side portion 32, and attention is paid to the position of the connection gap between the first side portion 32 and the groove 12a during dispensing, so as to ensure that the sealing element 50 can completely fill the connection gap between the first side portion 32 and the groove 12 a. After the glue is cured, the sealing element 50 is formed, and at this time, a closed space is formed between the first side portion 32 and the groove 12a, so that external water and sweat are effectively prevented from entering.
In the camera structure with an antenna disclosed in this embodiment, the groove 12a is disposed on the first connecting portion 12, the contact hole 121 is disposed in the groove 12a, the electric connection end 21 of the antenna 20 is disposed in the contact hole 121, and then the elastic thimble is disposed on the first side portion 32, so that the needle portion of the elastic thimble just abuts against the bottom of the contact hole 121 and contacts with the electric connection end 21 of the antenna 20, and thus, the contact reliability between the electric connection end 21 of the antenna 20 and the elastic thimble can be improved.
In addition, the adhesive member 40 is disposed in the groove 12a to fix the first side portion 32 to the groove 12a, and the sealing element 50 is further disposed above the first side portion 32, so that the connection tightness between the first side portion 32 and the groove 12a can be improved, and the connection waterproof performance between the first side portion 32 and the groove 12a can also be improved.
