The embodiment of the invention provides a buckling device for a currency detecting device, as shown in figure 1, the buckling device is embedded in the currency detecting device; the currency detecting device comprises an upper component 1, a lower component 4 and a latch hook 5; the buckling device comprises a supporting block 2 and a spring 3.
The elasticity of the spring 3 is larger than the gravity of the upper assembly 1; thus, the upper assembly 1 can be lifted up by the elastic force of the spring 3.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3 (B), when the banknote checking device is in a buckled state, the supporting block 2 is respectively contacted with the lower surface of the upper component 1 and the upper surface of the lower component 4, and the spring 3 is compressed;
when the currency detecting device needs to be opened, the hook-shaped structure at the lower end of the lock hook 5 is manually rotated, so that the hook-shaped structure is separated from the third riveting shaft 13; the compressed spring 3 will push the movable part of the support block 2 to move upwards, so that the support block 2 pushes the upper assembly 1, so that the upper assembly 1 rotates around the first riveting shaft 11;
when the support block limiting surface 21 contacts the lower assembly limiting surface 41, as shown in fig. 3 (a), the support block 2 does not move upwards due to the limiting function, and at the same time, the banknote checking device will keep the maximum position of automatic springing-open under the action of the spring 3, even if the banknote checking device is guaranteed to be in the state that the opening angle is the first set angle, as shown in fig. 4, the first set angle is 20 °.
If the opening angle of the currency detecting device is not large enough and cannot meet the maintenance requirement, the upper component 1 is manually rotated upwards on the premise that the opening angle is 20 degrees, which is realized on the basis of the upper lifting support 6 and the groove 61.
Specifically, the opening angle of the banknote validating apparatus may be set to 30 °, as shown in fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 5, a tension spring shaft 7 is riveted on the upper assembly 1, a washer 8 is sequentially arranged on the spring shaft 7, and the upper part is lifted up to support 6 and the washer 8 and is finally locked by a clamp spring; the front end of the knife handle of the upper lifting support 6 is provided with a sawtooth-shaped notch 61, so that the tension spring shaft 7 is clamped in the notch 61;
the spring shaft 10 is riveted on the lower component 4, a lifting support torsion spring 9 and a hole position at the lower end of the upper lifting support 6 are sequentially arranged on the spring shaft 10, and finally the spring shaft is fixed by a clamp spring;
the two ends of the uplift supporting torsion spring 9 are respectively hooked in the first torsion spring mounting hole 91 and the second torsion spring mounting hole 92; as shown in fig. 1 and 5;
as shown in fig. 5, the two ends of the lifting support torsion spring 9 are respectively hooked on the upper lifting support 6 and the lower assembly 4 for adjusting the opening position of the notch 61 of the upper lifting support 6 according to the required opening and closing angle of the upper assembly 1, as shown in fig. 6.
The whole structure of the currency detecting device is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, the lower assembly 4 is provided with a first rivet shaft 11 and a third rivet shaft 13; the upper component 1 is assembled with the lower component 4 through a first riveting shaft 11 and rotates by taking the first riveting shaft 11 as a center;
the upper end of the lock hook 5 is fixed with the upper component 1 through a second riveting shaft 12;
the lower end of the lock hook 5 is of a hook-shaped structure and is used for enabling the upper component 1 and the lower component 4 to be attached together by hooking the third riveting shaft 13 so as to realize buckling of the currency detecting device; the latch hook 5 serves to avoid vibration when the banknote passes and at the same time serves to release when opening is required.
The beneficial effect of this structure is as follows:
the upper part of the currency detecting device can be ensured to be opened and closed, and the maintenance requirement is met; the automatic spring-open type buckling module can be automatically sprung open, the opening and closing device can be operated by only one hand, and the automatic spring-open type buckling module is simpler and more convenient than the existing buckling module; meanwhile, the opening and closing angle can be adjusted as required, and the requirement of multiple angles is met.

when the currency detecting device needs to be opened, the hook-shaped structure at the lower end of the lock hook (5) is manually rotated, so that the hook-shaped structure is separated from the third riveting shaft (13); the compressed spring (3) pushes the movable part of the supporting block (2) to move upwards, so that the supporting block (2) pushes the upper assembly (1) to enable the upper assembly (1) to rotate around the first riveting shaft (11);
