In fig. 1 to 3, two door lock assemblies 3 are illustrated as being provided in the apparatus, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and the specific number is set according to actual situations.
The door lock assembly 3 will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, the door lock assembly 3 includes a latch 32 fixed to the first panel 1 and a key cylinder 31 fixed to the second panel 2. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the key cylinder 31 includes a shaft body 310 and a guide head 311 disposed at one end of the shaft body 310, and a first recess 312 is disposed at a connection position of the guide head 311 and the shaft body 310. Preferably, the guiding head 311 in this embodiment is one of a frustum, a pyramid and a cone. Fig. 6 and 7 are schematic illustrations of pyramids, and the guide slopes on the pyramids are preferably provided with even numbers, so that the even numbers are symmetrically provided to insert the key cylinder 31 into the locking part 32 by the guide of the guide head 311 in a manner that is easier to lock the key cylinder 31 with the locking part 32.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the latch portion 32 includes a base 321 and a latch 322, the base 321 is provided with a first through hole 3210 through which the shaft body 310 and the guide head 311 pass, and the latch 322 is used to engage with the first recess 312 on the key cylinder 31. The guide head 311 and the shaft body 310 pass through the first through hole 3210 on the base 321 of the latch part 32 to latch with the latch 322, so that the first panel 1 and the second panel 2 are locked. The guide head 311 and the shaft body 310 are separated from the buckle 322 by an external force, so that the first panel 1 and the second panel 2 are separated. The clip 322 of the present embodiment further includes a first resilient arm 3221 and a second resilient arm 3222, and the first resilient arm 3221 and the second resilient arm 3222 are arcuately fixed on the same side of the base 321. Preferably, the first resilient arm 3221 and the second resilient arm 3222 are symmetrically arranged. A gap of a predetermined width is formed between the ends of the first and second elastic arms 3221 and 3222. In order to facilitate the alignment of the key cylinder 31 and the buckle 322, the key cylinder 31 can be smoothly inserted into the key cylinder 322, and the gap between the first resilient arm 3221 and the second resilient arm 3222 is located on the same plane as the first through hole 3210.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first recess 312 further includes a first inclined surface 3120 and a second inclined surface 3121, and the first inclined surface 3120 and the second inclined surface 3121 and the guide head 311 facilitate forming the first recess 312. Preferably, the first inclined surface 3120 and the second inclined surface 3121 are symmetrically disposed.
When the guiding head 311 of the key cylinder 31 is inserted into the buckle 322, the guiding head 311 elastically expands the first elastic arm 3221 and the second elastic arm 3222, and when the guiding head 311 exceeds the gap, the first elastic arm 3221 and the second elastic arm 3222 elastically clamp the first recess portion, i.e., clamp the first inclined surface 3120 and the second inclined surface 3121. The combination of the guide head 311 and the first and second open resilient arms 3221 and 3222 forms a torque when the door is closed, and the first and second panels 1 and 2 can be automatically locked without being turned by a key. When the key cylinder 31 is separated from the latch 322, and the key cylinder 31 is rotated to a certain angle, since the portion of the guide head 311 outside the first inclined surface 3120 and the second inclined surface 3121 is not recessed from the shaft body 310, the key cylinder 31 is easily separated from the first resilient arm 3221 and the second resilient arm 3222 smoothly by a slight external force during the separation.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 8, the second panel 2 is provided with a second recess 10 for accommodating the key cylinder 31 and a second through hole 11 for passing the key cylinder 31, and the second recess 10 is provided with a limiting groove 100 for limiting the rotation angle of the key cylinder 31. At least one stopper 313 is disposed on the shaft body 310 of the lock core 31 corresponding to the stopper groove 100, and the stopper 313 may be a protrusion. When the lock cylinder 31 rotates in the second recess 10, the stopper 313 rotates in the stopper groove 100, and the lock cylinder 31 and the second panel 2 realize the limitation of the unlocking angle through the stopper 313 and the stopper groove 100. The shaft body 310 of the lock cylinder 31 is further provided with a support surface 314 corresponding to the second recess 10, and preferably, the support surface 314 is vertically fixed to the shaft body 310. It should be noted that the supporting surface 314 and the shaft 310 may be integrally formed, or may be implemented in other manners.
Further, in another embodiment, the door lock assembly 3 further includes a clamp spring for fixing the lock cylinder 31 to the second panel 2, and the length or diameter of the clamp spring is preferably greater than the diameter of the second through hole 11, so that the lock cylinder 31 is not separated from the second panel 2 when the clamp spring clamps the lock cylinder 31. The shaft body 310 of the key cylinder 31 is provided with a third recess 315 corresponding to the snap spring. When the key cylinder 31 is placed in the second recess 10, the key cylinder 31 is fixed to the second panel 2 by being caught by the third recess 315 by the catching spring. The elastic property of the circlip not only fixes the lock cylinder 31 and the second panel 2, but also retains the function that the lock cylinder 31 can freely rotate in the second recess 10.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the outer surface of the support surface 314 is provided with an unlocking portion 316 of a predetermined shape, which is illustrated in a generally triangular shape. Preferably, for aesthetic design, the thickness of the support surface 314 and the latch 316 together is not greater than the depth of the second recess, so that the top of the latch 316 is not higher than the second panel 2. In this embodiment, the key with the same groove of the predetermined shape may be used to twist the unlocking portion 316 to rotate the lock cylinder, so as to separate the first panel 1 from the second panel 2.
According to the door lock assembly disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the lock cylinder 31 is inserted into the buckling part 32 through the guide of the guide head 311, so that the lock cylinder 31 and the buckling part 32 are locked. When the first panel 1 and the second panel 2 are separated, the guide head 311 and the shaft body 310 can be separated from the buckle 322 by a slight external force. The door lock assembly has the advantages of few parts, simplicity in assembly, low cost and high practicability.
