技术领域
本发明涉及空气压缩机的技术领域,尤其是涉及空气压缩机汽缸内可进行上冲及下冲行程的活塞。
背景技术
空气压缩机的主要结构是借由一马达驱动一活塞在汽缸内进行往复式的压缩动作,被压缩的空气则可由汽缸输送至储气座内,再由储气座上的歧管所连接的传输软管连接至待充气物品上,习知活塞在活塞头设有被上下贯穿的空气通道,而活塞头顶平面在空气通道上覆设有一进气阻片,在空气压缩机于停机的状态下,该进气阻片封闭住活塞头的空气通道,当空气压缩机在前次运转后,因活塞头圆形周边设置的气密环以及进气阻片封闭活塞头的空气通道所形成的气密性,使得残余在汽缸内的高压空气无法排出,而当空气压缩机再次启动时,活塞在开始压缩的进程就撞击残留在汽缸内的高压空气,使其瞬间增加空气压缩机的负载及电流窜升,致使空气压缩机寿命折损。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的提供一种空气压缩机汽缸的活塞,特别是指空气压缩机所安装的活塞在其活塞头安装有一进气阻片,该进气阻片在其实体上以机械工艺成形一第一折曲段,所述进气阻片在其第一折曲段右侧实体为定位区,第一折曲段左侧实体为作用区,所述作用区于内围实体镂穿一非全圆式的环状内空区,将此作用区分成外环分片及内圆分片两部分,该外环分片与内圆分片在相连接处形成一颈段,该颈段以机械工艺成形一第二折曲段,使所述内圆分片微微上扬,亦即进气阻片在汽缸内部朝向汽缸顶端的上表面而言,该内圆分片与外环分片以第二折曲段为轴而形成一小于180度的大钝角状态,另一角度而言,内圆分片下表面则与外环分片的上表面形成有小角度θ2锐角状态,前述活塞头轴心处下方所延伸的活塞杆具有一窟洞,其底端竖立的柱梢套设有一弹簧,该弹簧的另一端沿着活塞头被上下贯穿的空气通道往上突出并顶于前述进气阻片微微上扬,使空气压缩机的活塞在停机静止状态下,进气阻片的作用区相对该空气通道为保持打开的状态,借由活塞的空气通道因畅通而使汽缸中的压力与周围大气平衡,让空气压缩机再次启动后其活塞于上冲行程时不会有额外的阻力(背压阻力),致使活塞在汽缸内进行往复运动时能维持顺畅的压缩效能,且更兼具使用安全性及延长其使用寿命,并能更轻松快速地将待充气物充足气体。
本发明的另一主要目的,是提供一种空气压缩机汽缸的活塞,该空气压缩机内所设置在汽缸内运动的活塞上设有一进气阻片,该进气阻片在定位区设有圆孔,相对应于所述的圆孔的活塞头顶端平面则设有固定销,前述进气阻片在作用区的外环分片处设有一贯穿的贯穿孔,前述活塞头在相对应于所述贯穿孔位置设有一限位卡钩并与该贯穿孔相嵌扣,所述限位卡钩可因应空气压缩机输出功率的大小而调整其可让进气阻片打开的高度,在活塞上冲行程,该进气阻片作用区的内圆分片贴合于前述活塞头的顶端平面上,使进气阻片关闭该空气通道;活塞在下冲行程,该进气阻片虽然受到外界空气的推力而趋于加大张开幅度,但因受限于所述的限位卡钩,可避免进气阻片无限制性的张开而容易导致进气阻片的疲乏受损的现象;活塞在静止时候,所述进气阻片的作用区与前述活塞头的顶端平面除了保持打开的状态,所述进气阻片的贯穿孔则止于前述限位卡钩。
本发明的再一主要目的,是提供一种空气压缩机汽缸的活塞,该装置内所设置在汽缸内运动的活塞上设有一进气阻片,该进气阻片在其定位区与作用区之间以机械工艺在阻片上形成一第一折曲段,该第一折曲段具有多个弯折轨线,即是形成一第一弯折轨线及一第二弯折轨线,使需具有较大功率的空气压缩机更能顺畅进行上下冲行程,在静止状态该进气阻片的作用区与前述活塞头的顶端平面除了保持打开的状态,所述进气阻片的贯穿孔则止于前述限位卡钩。
本发明的又一主要目的,是提供一种空气压缩机汽缸的活塞,该装置内所设置在汽缸内运动的活塞包含有一活塞头及其轴心下方延伸的活塞杆,前述活塞杆设有一贯通实体左右侧边的窟洞与外界连通并形成一空气通道,该窟洞与前述活塞头的进气通道相连通,于窟洞底端面具有一竖立的柱梢,其上则套设有一弹簧,该弹簧沿着活塞杆的窟洞穿伸过所述活塞头的进气通道。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明的空气压缩机于停机的状态下,该活塞头的顶端面与进气阻片之间形成有一小角度通气空间,当空气压缩机在运作完毕结束后,该残留在汽缸内的压缩空气可由通气空间经由空气通道排出,使汽缸中的压力与周围大气平衡,致令空气压缩机再次启动后其活塞于上冲行程时不会有额外的阻力,避免瞬间增加的压缩负载及电流窜升,致使活塞在汽缸内进行往复运动时能维持顺畅的压缩效能,且更兼具使用安全性及延长其使用寿命,并能更轻松快速地将待充气物充足气体。

具体实施方式
请先参阅图5所示,本发明的空气压缩机10装置,该空气压缩机10可设置在舱室、盒体1或其工作所在处,如图5所示盒体1内即是装置有空气压缩机10装置,其可做为充气效用或者与一补胶器相结合(习知技艺图中未示出)而做补胶充气的效用,该空气压缩机10包括有一提供马达12固定的基板11、一结合在该基板11上的汽缸13,而基板11并可设置空气压缩机10的传动机构14,该传动机构14连接有一活塞,请同时参阅图1至图4,该活塞包括有活塞头21,于活塞头21外周围边安装有一气密环24,该气密环24在空气压缩机10的操作中实现围绕活塞及汽缸13内表面的持续密封,前述活塞头21设有一上下贯通的进气通道23。前述活塞头21往下延伸一活塞杆5,该活塞杆5下端设有圆孔51而与传动机构14中的曲轴141相枢固,前述活塞杆5上端则设有一贯通实体左右侧边的窟洞50并形成一空气通道52,该窟洞50与前述活塞头21的进气通道23相连通,于窟洞50底端面具有一竖立的柱梢53,其上则套设有一弹簧54,该弹簧54沿着活塞杆5的窟洞50穿伸过所述活塞头21的进气通道23,使弹簧54的另一端抵于一进气阻片7的作用区73的背面,让进气阻片7因受弹簧54的力也能保持进气阻片7的作用区73在背向汽缸13顶的背向面与前述活塞头21顶端平面形成小角度θ1开启的状态。此种设计使空气通道52及进气通道23能与大气相连通。当马达12的出力轴带动传动机构14的曲轴141进行旋转动作,同时带动活塞在汽缸13内进行上冲及下冲动作,以产生压缩空气进入储气座15内,再借由输气歧管的设置,使压缩空气可进入压力显示表16,以显示压力,经由输气软管的衔接而得以对待充气的物品进行充气(图中未示出),亦可经由输气软管或是阀门开关作用,得以让轮胎补胶液输至破损轮胎进行补胶及充足胎压的补胎功能(图中未示出),唯其均是目前实施的使用状态,故不予图示也不加以赘述细部的构造,在此合先陈明。
本发明的空气压缩机10的汽缸内的活塞,其包含有一活塞头21及与所述活塞头21相连接的活塞杆5,前述活塞头21安装有一进气阻片7,该进气阻片7在其实体上以机械工艺成形一第一折曲段71,本说明书中所称的第一折曲段71指进气阻片7经由机械工艺成形譬如成齿状、拱门状、倒U型状、斜坡状、阶梯段,所述第一折曲段71可依据阻力的大小(端视空气压缩机功率大小而设计)及其厚度而可具有具有至少一个弯折轨线,直言之,可具有多数个弯折轨线,在本实施中的第一折曲段71具有一第一弯折轨线711及一第二弯折轨线712,所述进气阻片7在其第一折曲段71右侧实体为定位区72,第一折曲段71左侧实体为作用区73,所述作用区73于内围实体镂穿一非全圆式的环状内空区74,将此作用区73分成外环分片732及内圆分片733两部分,该外环分片732与内圆分片733在相连接处形成一颈段734,该颈段734以机械工艺成形一第二折曲段75,使所述内圆分片733微微上扬,亦即进气阻片7在汽缸13内部朝向汽缸13顶端的上表面而言,该内圆分片733与外环分片732以第二折曲段75中的第一弯折轨迹线751为轴而形成一小于180度的大钝角状态,另一角度而言,内圆分片733下表面则与外环分片732的上表面在第二折曲段75中的第一弯折轨迹线751相界处形成有小角度θ2锐角状态。当外来压力作用于进气阻片7时可将进气阻片7的应力依循既定的第一折曲段71所设置的第一弯折轨线711、第二弯折轨线712及第二折曲段75的第一弯折轨迹线751(或者说轨道)进行上下启闭动作,在第二弯折轨线712的一侧设为定位区72可用于装设在前述活塞头21上,亦即活塞头21设有两个相分离的固定销,相对于固定销在进气阻片7的定位区72则设有相分离的圆孔721、722,利用进气阻片7的圆孔721、722分别定位在活塞头21的固定销,致令进气阻片7可牢固地定位在活塞头21上。前述进气阻片7在第一折曲段71的另一侧则为作用区73,作用区73分成外环分片732及内圆分片733两部分,该外环分片732与内圆分片733在相连接处形成一颈段734,该颈段734以机械工艺成形一第二折曲段75,该第二折曲段75并具有一第一弯折轨迹线751,使所述内圆分片733以θ2角度微微上扬。本发明的汽缸13的活塞包含有一活塞头21及其轴心下方延伸的活塞杆5,前述活塞杆5设有一贯通实体左右侧边的窟洞50与外界连通并形成一空气通道52,该窟洞50与前述活塞头21的进气通道23相连通,于窟洞50底端面具有一竖立的柱梢53,其上则套设有一弹簧54,该弹簧54沿着活塞杆5的窟洞50穿伸过所述活塞头21的进气通道23。
当活塞上冲行程时,该内圆分片733可关闭前述进气通道23。前述进气阻片7的作用区73与进气阻片7的定位区72以第一折曲段71为界轴线而使进气阻片7的正向面(即上冲动作时的进气阻片7朝向汽缸13顶的上表面)形成一小于180度的钝角的构造状态,同时让进气阻片7因受弹簧54的力也能保持进气阻片7的作用区73在背向汽缸13顶的背向面与前述活塞头21顶端平面形成小角度θ1开启的状态,形成一通气空间Z,使空气压缩机10的活塞在停机静止状态下,进气阻片7的作用区73的内圆分片733相对该进气通道23及空气通道52为保持打开的状态,同时因为在活塞杆5的窟洞50内设有一弹簧54,该弹簧54的另一端亦抵触于进气阻片7的作用区73背面,让进气阻片7与活塞头21顶端平面呈现一开启状态的通气空间Z,基于进气阻片7的第一折曲段71的设计及弹簧54顶住进气阻片7的作用区73的背向面,让进气阻片7的开启动作或活塞头21静止不动的阶段,进气阻片7较能保持在顺畅运作及保护下而避免弹性疲乏的发生,借由活塞的进气通道23因畅通而使汽缸13中的压力与周围大气平衡,让空气压缩机10再次启动后其活塞于上冲行程时不会有额外的阻力(背压阻力) ,又因弹簧54的缓冲使活塞在汽缸13内进行往复运动时能维持顺畅的压缩效能,且更兼具使用安全性及延长其使用寿命,并能更轻松快速地将待充气物充足气体。前述进气阻片7在作用区73的外环分片732上设有一贯穿的贯穿孔731,前述活塞头21在相对应于所述贯穿孔731位置设有一限位卡钩20并与该贯穿孔731相嵌扣,请参阅图6及图7,活塞在汽缸13内进行上冲、下冲行程的动作图,在活塞上冲行程,如图7所示,前述弹簧54会被压缩且进气阻片7呈封闭进气通道23的状态,使进气阻片7关闭该空气通道52;活塞在下冲行程阶段,前述弹簧54会伸展且撑开进气阻片7离开进气通道23呈开口状态如图6所示,该进气阻片7虽然受到外界空气的推力而趋于加大张开幅度,但因受限于所述限位卡钩20的横向柱214,可避免进气阻片7无限制性的张开而容易导致进气阻片7的疲乏受损的现象;若是活塞在静止时候,由于弹簧54撑起进气阻片7让进气阻片7的作用区73呈开口角度θ1的因素,其状态亦如图6所示,所述进气阻片7的作用区73与前述活塞头21的顶端平面除了保持打开的状态,即是存有预开角度θ1及通气空间Z,所述进气阻片7的贯穿孔731则止于前述限位卡钩20的横向柱214。本发明的限位卡钩20所设的竖立柱213提供进气阻片7的启闭张合的路径,因此可根据空气压缩机功率的大小来调整竖立柱213的长度(或者说高度)及横向柱214的设计而得以调整进气阻片7的初始高度。
本发明进气阻片7的技术特征是在阻片本体上设有一第一折曲段71,以形成第一弯折轨线711、第二弯折轨线712,使进气阻片7在作用区73的片体与前述活塞头21的顶端平面共同形成一小角度θ1的开启状态,另一方面,第二折曲段75使内圆分片733下表面则与外环分片732的上表面在第二折曲段75中的第一弯折轨迹线751相界处形成有小角度θ2开启状态。借由前述角度θ1及另一角度θ2的技术特征,使活塞的进气通道23因畅通而使汽缸13中的压力与周围大气平衡,让空气压缩机再次启动后其活塞于上冲行程时不会有额外的阻力(背压阻力),致使活塞在汽缸13内进行往复运动时能维持顺畅的压缩效能,且更兼具使用安全性及延长其使用寿命,并能更轻松快速地将待充气物充足气体,更由于大功率输出进气阻片7因具有第一折曲段71及第二折曲段75的设计使进气阻片7整体进行上下振幅的开合动作更具有顺畅功能且能保护整个进气阻片7不受破坏。

Claims (4)

1.一种空气压缩机汽缸的活塞,该空气压缩机具有一可被马达带动并在汽缸内上下进行往复运动的活塞,其特征在于:空气压缩机所安装的活塞在其活塞头安装有一进气阻片,该进气阻片在其实体上以机械工艺成形一第一折曲段,所述进气阻片以该第一折曲段为界轴线而分成作用区与定位区,而使进气阻片的正向面形成一小于180度的钝角角度的构造状态,同时让进气阻片的作用区在背向汽缸顶的背向面自然而然与所述活塞头顶端平面形成具有一夹角的开启状态,形成一通气空间;所述作用区于内围实体镂穿一非全圆式的环状内空区,将此作用区分成外环分片及内圆分片两部分,该外环分片与内圆分片在相连接处形成一颈段,该颈段以机械工艺成形一第二折曲段,使所述内圆分片微微上扬,亦即进气阻片在汽缸内部朝向汽缸顶端的上表面而言,该内圆分片与外环分片以第二折曲段为轴而形成一小于180度的钝角状态,内圆分片下表面则与外环分片的上表面在第二折曲段处形成有锐角状态,所述活塞头往下延伸一活塞杆,该活塞杆上端则设有一贯通实体左右侧边的窟洞并形成一空气通道,该窟洞与所述活塞头所设的进气通道相连通,于窟洞底端面具有一竖立的柱梢,其上则套设有一弹簧,该弹簧沿着活塞杆的窟洞穿伸过所述活塞头的进气通道,使弹簧的另一端抵于一进气阻片的作用区的背面,让进气阻片因受弹簧的力也能保持进气阻片的作用区在背向汽缸顶的背向面与所述活塞头顶端平面形成具有一夹角开启的状态,此种设计使空气通道及进气通道能与大气相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气压缩机汽缸的活塞,其特征在于:所述第一折曲段包含至少一个弯折轨线,其具有一第一弯折轨线及一第二弯折轨线,所述进气阻片在其第一折曲段右侧实体为定位区,第一折曲段左侧实体为作用区。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气压缩机汽缸的活塞,其特征在于:所述活塞头设有两个相分离的固定销,相对于固定销在进气阻片的定位区则设有相分离的圆孔,利用进气阻片的圆孔分别定位在活塞头的固定销,令进气阻片牢固地定位在活塞头上,所述进气阻片在作用区设有一贯穿的贯穿孔,所述活塞头在相对应于所述贯穿孔位置设有一限位卡钩并与该贯穿孔相嵌扣,当空气压缩机的活塞在停机静止状态下,进气阻片的作用区与所述相对应的活塞头的进气通道呈现开启状态。
4.根据权利要求3所述的空气压缩机汽缸的活塞,其特征在于:所述活塞头限位卡钩包含有一竖立柱及一横向柱,该竖立柱提供进气阻片的启闭张合的路径,因此可根据空气压缩机功率的大小来调整竖立柱的长度及横向柱的设计而得以调整进气阻片的初始高度。
