The invention belongs to the technical field of glazing agents for vehicles, and discloses a sealing glazing agent for vehicles and a preparation method thereof, wherein the sealing glazing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 6 to 8 percent of dicocoalkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride; 0 to 0.1 percent of PH regulator; 0 to 0.15 percent of bactericide; 0 to 0.1 percent of lemon essence; water, the balance; the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100 percent; in conclusion, the sealing glazing agent provided by the invention is used for sealing, draining and glazing after the paint surface is cleaned; specifically, a biodegradable formula is adopted, and the surfactant and the water wax are directly neutralized in a three-in-one manner, so that the wastewater can be directly discharged without polluting the environment; and the formula does not contain silicone resin, so that the glazing effect is good, and the transparency of the glass is not influenced.

Background

The automobile is used in an exposed outdoor environment for a long time and is easily influenced by ultraviolet rays, wind and rain and lacca bird droppings, so that the automobile needs to be subjected to polishing and nursing regularly. At present, most automobile glazing agents adopt a formula containing a large amount of silicone resin, the glazing agents of the formula can cause phenomena of wiper bounce, glass fogging and the like when being sprayed on glass, driving sight is influenced, and in addition, the formula also contains more surfactants, and the direct discharge can cause environmental pollution.
In particular, the present invention provides a biodegradable sealing polish.

by adding the dicocoalkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, a layer of protective film is formed on the paint surface of the vehicle body, the tension of water molecules is quickly dispersed, the adhesion of water drops on the paint surface of the vehicle body is reduced by 60-90%, and the effects of quick drainage, dry noise brightness, dust prevention and stain prevention are achieved. In addition, the protective film also has the functions of resisting, refracting and absorbing ultraviolet rays in sunlight, so that secondary pollution is prevented, and the automobile paint can be kept clean and bright for a long time.
