Technical effects
Model rats with gonadal suppression caused by Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets are respectively subjected to blank treatment, 1L-carnitine oral liquid (northeast pharmaceutical company, batch number: 080301) per time (containing 1g of L-carnitine), rose non-decoction granules and lotus stamen non-decoction granules (wherein the rose non-decoction granules mainly contain flavonol, catechin, quercetin and quercetin, and the lotus stamen non-decoction granules mainly contain 4 effective components of quercetin, luteolin, kaempferol and isoquercitrin). 1.1 case data
(1) The female is 20-45 years old, the sexual life is normal, the fertility of the female is normal, and no contraceptive measures are taken for more than 1 year after marriage but no pregnancy is performed;

(3) it is suitable for diagnosing kidney deficiency and essence deficiency.
In the observation case, 72 patients with oligoasthenospermia are randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, and each group comprises 36 patients. The control group is administered with levocarnitine oral liquid, and the treatment group is administered with the decoction of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating oligoasthenospermia obtained in the example 1 of the invention. The two treatment courses are 3 months, and the clinical curative effect and the change condition of the semen index are evaluated after 1 treatment course.
1.2 diagnostic criteria
The diagnosis standard of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome:

1.6. Statistical method
Statistical methods statistical analysis of the test data was performed using SPSS10.0 software. The research result shows that the total effective rate of the treatment group is 80.56%, the clinical curative effect of the treatment group is equivalent to that of a western medicine control group (P is more than 0.05), and the treatment group has obvious advantage in improving sperm density (P is less than 0.05). The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating oligoasthenospermia in embodiment 1 of the invention is effectively used for treating male asthenospermia, and has certain clinical popularization and application values.
