Abstract
The invention discloses a beverage preparation method using a beverage preparation device, which comprises the following steps: a control device of the beverage configuration equipment receives and analyzes the order and acquires order information; when the order information comprises special requirements of a customer, writing the order information into a bar code, and combining the bar code with the liquid preparation cup; the control device scans the bar code, and writes the order information into the order of the bar code to the priority liquid preparation sequence; according to special requirements of customers, the liquid is prepared by using a liquid preparation cup combined with a bar code. The invention also discloses a beverage preparation device for implementing the method. According to the invention, the order information including the special requirements of the customer is written into the bar code, the bar code is combined with the liquid preparation cup, and the automatic liquid preparation can be manually intervened by scanning the two-dimensional code in the automatic liquid preparation process of the beverage preparation equipment according to the order.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of ready-made beverages, and more particularly to a beverage dispensing method and a beverage dispensing apparatus using a beverage dispensing apparatus.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, the consumption demand and the consumption level of the beverage are continuously increased, so that the on-site beverage shop becomes one of industries growing at a high speed, the on-site beverage shop is visible everywhere, and the scene of fire explosion waiting in line can be seen for a long time.
Some automatic beverage preparation devices have appeared in the market at present, and although the automatic beverage preparation devices can save manpower and improve the liquid preparation efficiency, the automatic liquid preparation sometimes needs manual intervention, and an effective method for realizing the manual intervention on the automatic liquid preparation is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to solve or at least partly alleviate the above mentioned problems by providing a beverage dispensing method and a beverage dispensing device using a beverage dispensing device.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a beverage dispensing method using a beverage dispensing device, comprising:
a control device of the beverage configuration equipment receives and analyzes the order and acquires order information;
when the order information comprises special requirements of a customer, writing the order information into a bar code, and combining the bar code with the liquid preparation cup;
the control device scans the bar code, and writes the order information into the order of the bar code to the priority liquid preparation sequence;
according to special requirements of customers, the liquid is prepared by using a liquid preparation cup combined with a bar code.
Preferably, in step S120, the control device generates the barcode, writes order information to the barcode, and prints the barcode, and the barcode is combined with the liquid dispensing cup by the operator.
Preferably, the barcode is a barcode prepared on the liquid preparation cup, and in step S120, the control device writes the order information into the barcode prepared on the liquid preparation cup.
Preferably, the barcode is generated and printed by a barcode generating device different from the control device, and in step S120, the control device writes order information into the barcode and the operator combines the barcode with the liquid preparation cup.
Preferably, the order information includes customer contact information, order number and beverage configuration information.
Preferably, the barcode is scanned by the control device after the order is completed, and the control device provides at least the order number and order status information.
Preferably, when the customer special requirement can automatically prepare the liquid through the beverage preparation device, the liquid preparation cup combined with the bar code is placed below the discharge port of the beverage preparation device; and after the control device detects the in-place liquid preparation cup combined with the bar code, the control device controls the beverage preparation equipment to automatically distribute liquid to the liquid preparation cup combined with the bar code.
Preferably, when the customer special requirements require manual configuration by an operator, the control device scans the bar code, places the order bound with the bar code in the priority liquid preparation sequence, and then sets the order as manual configuration, and the operator prepares the liquid manually.
Preferably, a bar code scanning device provided by an operator at one of the different liquid component dispensing devices of the beverage dispensing device scans a bar code, said liquid component dispensing device providing dispensing information of the liquid component, on the basis of which dispensing information the operator manually dispenses the liquid.
According to another aspect of the present invention there is provided a beverage dispensing apparatus comprising:
the control device is used for receiving and analyzing the order and acquiring order information and comprises a bar code scanning device;
automatic liquid dispensing equipment comprises a plurality of different liquid component dispensing devices, each liquid component dispensing device can dispense a proper amount of liquid under the control of a control device, each liquid component dispensing device is provided with a manual liquid dispensing port, an operator can manually dispense liquid through the manual liquid dispensing port,
the control device is also capable of performing the method as described above.
Preferably, each of the liquid component dispensing units is provided with a bar code scanning device, the control device sets the order to the manual configuration when the customer order requires the manual configuration by an operator, the liquid component dispensing units providing dispensing information of the liquid components by scanning a bar code by the bar code scanning device provided at one of the liquid component dispensing units, the operator performing the manual dispensing according to the dispensing information.
According to the invention, the order information including the special requirements of the customer is written into the bar code, the bar code is combined with the liquid preparation cup, and the automatic liquid preparation can be manually intervened by scanning the two-dimensional code in the automatic liquid preparation process of the beverage preparation equipment according to the order.

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
The invention is suitable for processing orders which are specially required by some customers through manual intervention under the condition of automatically configuring the beverage without causing confusion.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a beverage dispensing method using a beverage dispensing device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The flow diagram, generally designated 1000, includes steps S110, S120, S130, S140, and S150. In step S110, the control device of the beverage preparation apparatus receives and parses the order, and obtains order information. In step S120, when the order information includes a customer-specific request, the control device writes the order information into a barcode, and the barcode is combined with the liquid dispensing cup. In step S130, the control device scans the barcode, and places the order in which the order information is written into the barcode in the liquid dispensing priority order. In step S140, according to the customer' S special requirement, the liquid is dispensed by using the dispensing cup combined with the bar code.
The barcode used in step S120 may be generated by the control device, the control device writes order information into the barcode, prints the barcode, and the operator combines the barcode with the liquid preparation cup. The barcode may be a barcode prepared on the liquid preparation cup, and in step S120, the control device writes the order information into the barcode prepared on the liquid preparation cup. The barcode may also be generated and printed by a barcode generating device different from the control device, and the control device writes order information into the barcode and combines the barcode with the liquid preparation cup by the operator in step S120.
The bar code comprises a one-dimensional code and a two-dimensional code, and is formed by arranging a plurality of black bars and blanks with different widths according to a certain coding rule.
The order information of the present invention may include customer contact information, order number, and beverage configuration information. It should be noted that the customer contact information needs privacy protection.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a barcode generation method according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which a barcode is generally indicated at 9 and is generated by three generation methods 91, 92 and 93. The generation method 91 corresponds to the case where the barcode is generated by the control device. The generation mode 92 corresponds to a case where the barcode is prepared on the liquid preparation cup. The generation method 93 corresponds to a case where a barcode is generated and printed by a barcode generation apparatus different from the control apparatus.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of a beverage preparation method using a beverage preparation apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention, the flow chart being generally designated 2000 and comprising steps S210, S220, S230, S240 and S250. Steps S210, S220 and S230 are the same as steps S110, S120 and S130 of the first embodiment, in step S240, the control device further analyzes the order, and when the customer special requirement can be automatically dispensed through the beverage dispensing device, for example, when the customer special requirement is delivered in a short time, since the order has been placed in the preferred dispensing order, the dispensing cup with the barcode is placed below the discharge hole of the beverage dispensing device, and in step S250, the control device controls the beverage dispensing device to automatically dispense the liquid to the dispensing cup with the barcode after detecting the dispensing cup with the barcode in place.
In step S240, the dispensing and mixing cup combined with the barcode may be placed under the discharge port of the beverage dispensing apparatus by an operator or automatically.
The type, generation manner, and order information of the barcode in the second embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment, and will not be described in detail.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a beverage dispensing method using a beverage dispensing apparatus, generally indicated at 3000, according to a third embodiment of the present invention, comprising steps S310, S320, S330 and S340. Steps S310, S320 and S330 are the same as steps S110, S120 and S130 of the first embodiment, and in step S340 the control means analyzes the order to determine that the customer-specific requirements require manual dispensing, e.g. the customer requires a customized beverage, no liquid component is added, or a component requires multiple increments, etc., in which case the order is also set to manual dispensing when placed in a preferred dispensing order, and then in step S350 the dispensing cup in combination with the bar code is used by the operator to manually dispense the liquid.
The type, generation manner and order information of the barcode in the third embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment, and will not be described in detail.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart, generally indicated at 4000, of a beverage dispensing method using a beverage dispensing apparatus, according to a fourth embodiment of the invention, generally indicated at 4000, comprising steps S410, S420, S430, S440 and S440. Steps S410, S420 and S430 are the same as steps S110, S120 and S130 of the first embodiment, and in step S440, the control device analyzes the order to determine that the customer requires manual dispensing for special requirements, such as the customer requiring a customized beverage, no addition of a certain liquid component, or a component requiring multiple increments, etc., in which case the order is also set to manual dispensing when the order is placed in the preferred dispensing order, the operator scans the barcode scanning device provided at one of the liquid component dispensing devices with the barcode of the dispensing cup, and then in step S450, the operator performs manual dispensing based on the dispensing information provided by the liquid component dispensing device.
The type, generation manner, and order information of the barcode in the fourth embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment, and will not be described in detail.
The beverage preparation method using the beverage preparation apparatus according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, for example, since the order information written in the barcode includes customer contact information, an order number, beverage preparation information, and the like, the control device in the embodiments of the present invention may also provide at least the order number and order status information by scanning the barcode after the order in which the barcode is written is completed.
Figure 6 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a beverage dispensing device implementing the beverage dispensing method of the invention using the beverage dispensing device. In fig. 6, the beverage dispensing apparatus, generally designated by reference numeral 100, comprises control means 2 for receiving and interpreting an order, obtaining order information, and comprises bar code scanning means 8.
The beverage dispensing apparatus 100 further comprises an automatic liquid dispensing apparatus 1 comprising a plurality of different liquid component dispensing devices, each capable of dispensing an amount of liquid to a dispensing cup 4 incorporating a barcode via a general discharge opening 4 of a discharge module 3 under the control of a control device 2. The control means 2 of the beverage dispensing device 100 receives and parses the order to obtain order information. When the order information comprises special requirements of a customer, the order information is written into a bar code, and the bar code is combined with the liquid preparation cup 4. The control device 2 scans the bar code by the bar code scanning device 8, and places the order in which the order information is written into the bar code in the liquid dispensing priority order. According to special requirements of customers, the liquid is prepared by using a liquid preparation cup combined with a bar code. When the customer's special request can be made by automatic dispensing, the operator places the dispensing cup 4 combined with the bar code at the general discharge port 31, and the liquid component dispensing device can automatically dispense an appropriate amount of liquid to the dispensing cup 4 under the control of the control device 2.
Each liquid component dispensing apparatus is also provided with a manual dispensing port 125, and when manual dispensing is required, the control apparatus 2 places the order in a priority dispensing order and sets the order in manual dispensing, and the dispensing is performed manually by the operator using the dispensing cup 5 in combination with the bar code.
Alternatively, the embodiment of the beverage dispensing device shown in fig. 6 may further comprise an automatic transfer means of the dispensing cup in combination with a bar code, which can be transferred by the automatic transfer means under the spout of the beverage dispensing device when automatically dispensing, which is automatically dispensed by the beverage dispensing device.
The beverage dispensing device according to the present invention is not limited to the specific structure described above, and other beverage dispensing devices capable of implementing the principles of the present invention are also within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (11)
1. A beverage dispensing method using a beverage dispensing device, comprising:
a control device of the beverage configuration equipment receives and analyzes the order and acquires order information;
when the order information comprises special requirements of a customer, writing the order information into a bar code, and combining the bar code with the liquid preparation cup;
the control device scans the bar code, and writes the order information into the order of the bar code to the priority liquid preparation sequence;
according to special requirements of customers, the liquid is prepared by using a liquid preparation cup combined with a bar code.
2. The beverage preparation method according to claim 1, wherein in step S120, the control device generates the barcode, writes order information to the barcode, and prints the barcode, which is combined with the dispensing cup by the operator.
3. The beverage preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the barcode is a barcode prepared on the dispensing cup, and in step S120, the control device writes the order information into the barcode prepared on the dispensing cup.
4. The beverage preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the barcode is generated and printed by a barcode generating device different from the control device, and in step S120, the control device writes order information into the barcode, and the barcode is combined with the dispensing cup by an operator.
5. Beverage configuration method according to any of the claims 1-4, wherein the order information comprises customer contact information, order number and beverage configuration information.
6. The beverage preparation aid method according to claim 5, wherein the barcode is scanned by the control device after the order is completed, the control device providing at least the order number and order status information.
7. The beverage dispensing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the customer-specific request is to place a dispensing cup incorporating a bar code under the spout of the beverage dispensing device when the beverage can be dispensed automatically by the beverage dispensing device; and after the control device detects the in-place liquid preparation cup combined with the bar code, the control device controls the beverage preparation equipment to automatically distribute liquid to the liquid preparation cup combined with the bar code.
8. A beverage dispensing method as claimed in any of claims 1 to 4, wherein when the customer-specific request requires manual dispensing by an operator, the control means scans the bar code and places the order bound to the bar code in the dispensing order, and then sets the order in manual dispensing for manual dispensing by the operator.
9. The beverage dispensing method of claim 8, wherein a barcode scanner provided by an operator at one of the different liquid component dispensing devices of the beverage dispensing device provides dispensing information of the liquid component, and the operator manually dispenses the liquid according to the dispensing information.
10. A beverage dispensing device comprising:
the control device is used for receiving and analyzing the order and acquiring order information and comprises a bar code scanning device;
automatic liquid dispensing equipment comprises a plurality of different liquid component dispensing devices, each liquid component dispensing device can dispense a proper amount of liquid under the control of a control device, each liquid component dispensing device is provided with a manual liquid dispensing port, an operator can manually dispense liquid through the manual liquid dispensing port,
the control device is further capable of performing the method of any one of claims 1-8.
11. A beverage dispensing apparatus according to claim 10, wherein each liquid component dispensing device is provided with a bar code scanning device, the control means setting the order to a manual configuration when a customer order requires manual configuration by an operator, the liquid component dispensing device providing dispensing information of the liquid component by scanning a bar code by the bar code scanning device provided at one of the liquid component dispensing devices, the operator performing manual dispensing in accordance with the dispensing information.
