receiving a request for creating a logistics consultation sheet, and determining corresponding logistics order information according to the request for creating the logistics consultation sheet;

the logistics order information comprises a plurality of waybill data, and the plurality of waybill data at least comprise a logistics order number, a waybill number, a sender name, a sender telephone, a delivery address, a receiver name, a receiver telephone and a receiver address;
carrying out priority calculation and sequencing on the waybill data to obtain a priority order;
and determining the corresponding filling items according to the waybill data, and matching filling contents corresponding to the filling items from the logistics order information according to a preset priority rule, wherein the preset priority rule is matching according to the priority order.
In one embodiment, after receiving the plurality of logistics consultation tickets submitted by the user through the client, the method further comprises:
uploading the logistics consultation sheet to a block chain network, and monitoring the processing state of the logistics consultation sheet in the block chain network, wherein the processing state at least comprises to-be-claimed, to-be-processed and finished sheets.
In one embodiment, the allocating the plurality of logistics consultation sheets to corresponding target terminals respectively for target personnel of the target terminals to process the logistics consultation sheets includes:

if not, calculating the difference value between the current time and the processing overtime time to determine the residual processing time of the logistics consultation list, and sending out an aging early warning to a corresponding target terminal according to the residual processing time.

the logistics order information comprises a plurality of waybill data, and the plurality of waybill data at least comprise a logistics order number, a waybill number, a sender name, a sender telephone, a delivery address, a receiver name, a receiver telephone and a receiver address;
carrying out priority calculation and sequencing on the waybill data to obtain a priority order;
and determining the corresponding filling items according to the waybill data, and matching filling contents corresponding to the filling items from the logistics order information according to a preset priority rule, wherein the preset priority rule is matching according to the priority order.
In one embodiment, after receiving the plurality of logistics consultation tickets submitted by the user through the client, the method further comprises:

if not, calculating the difference between the current time and the processing overtime time to determine the residual processing time of the logistics consultation list, and sending out aging early warning to a corresponding target terminal according to the residual processing time.

The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

receiving a plurality of logistics consultation sheets submitted by a user through a client, wherein the logistics consultation sheets at least comprise consultation sheet numbers, consultation time and consultation types;
uploading a plurality of logistics consultation sheets to a server side in batch, and storing the uploaded logistics consultation sheets into a preset consultation list according to the consultation time;
distributing the plurality of logistics consultation sheets to corresponding target terminals respectively so that target personnel of the target terminals can process the logistics consultation sheets;
and receiving a processing result submitted by the target terminal, and transmitting the processing result to the corresponding client.
2. The logistics consultation list management method of claim 1, wherein before receiving a plurality of logistics consultation lists submitted by a user through a client, the method further comprises:
receiving a request for creating a logistics consultation sheet, and determining corresponding logistics order information according to the request for creating the logistics consultation sheet;
calling and analyzing a consultation sheet template to obtain a plurality of filling items of the consultation sheet template;
matching filling contents corresponding to the filling items from the logistics order information according to a preset priority rule, and filling the filling contents into the consulting sheet template to obtain filled filling items;
according to the filled filling items, determining unfilled filling items in the consultation form template, and reminding a user to fill the unfilled filling items;
receiving the filling content corresponding to the filling item submitted by the user to create a logistics consultation sheet, and generating a corresponding consultation sheet number according to the logistics consultation sheet.
3. The logistics consultation management method of claim 2, wherein the matching of the filling content corresponding to the filling item from the logistics order information according to a preset priority rule comprises:
the logistics order information comprises a plurality of waybill data, and the plurality of waybill data at least comprise a logistics order number, a waybill number, a sender name, a sender telephone, a delivery address, a receiver name, a receiver telephone and a receiver address;
carrying out priority calculation and sequencing on the waybill data to obtain a priority order;
and determining the corresponding filling items according to the waybill data, and matching filling contents corresponding to the filling items from the logistics order information according to a preset priority rule, wherein the preset priority rule is matching according to the priority order.
4. The logistics consultation list management method of claim 1, wherein after receiving a plurality of logistics consultation lists submitted by a user through a client, the logistics consultation list management method further comprises:
uploading the logistics consultation sheet to a block chain network, and monitoring the processing state of the logistics consultation sheet in the block chain network, wherein the processing state at least comprises to-be-claimed, to-be-processed and finished sheets.

The method for managing logistics consultation list according to claim 1, wherein said distributing a plurality of said logistics consultation lists to corresponding target terminals respectively for target personnel of said target terminals to process said logistics consultation lists comprises:
determining the corresponding priority of each logistics consultation sheet according to the consultation type, and configuring the treatment timeliness of each logistics consultation sheet;
generating a work order processing task corresponding to the logistics consultation order according to the processing timeliness and the consultation type;
and responding to the work order processing task, screening out a target terminal for executing the work order processing task, and distributing the logistics consultation sheet to the corresponding target terminal.
6. The logistics consultation management method of claim 1, wherein before receiving the processing result submitted by the target terminal, the logistics consultation management method further comprises:
acquiring the consultation time and the treatment time effectiveness of each logistics consultation list, and calculating the treatment overtime time of each logistics consultation list;
acquiring current time, and judging whether the current time exceeds the processing overtime time;
if yes, storing the logistics consultation list and the corresponding processing overtime time into a preset overtime processing table;
