Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, embodiments accompanying figures are described in detail below. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Example one
In a first embodiment of the lease control diagram display method of the present application, referring to fig. 1, the lease control diagram display method includes:
step S10, acquiring the number of preset intervals of a target building and the width of a preset pixel corresponding to each preset interval, wherein the preset intervals are the area division intervals of the target building;
in this embodiment, it should be noted that the preset intervals are area division intervals of the target building, and the larger the number of the preset intervals is, the finer the granularity is, and the larger the area size of the finally formed relative area is.
Additionally, it should be noted that the preset interval number and the preset pixel width need to be set according to the house resource number and the house resource area difference of the floor; if the number of the house resources of the floor is small and the area difference of the house resources is large, the number of the set intervals is as small as possible, and the width of the set pixels is as small as possible; if the number of the house resources on the floor is large and the difference between the areas of the house resources is small, the number of the set intervals should be as large as possible, and the width of the set pixels should be as large as possible.
As an example, step S10 includes: sending a control signal to a target building through a controller, and acquiring a preset interval of the target building; and acquiring the number of preset intervals of the preset intervals and the preset pixel width corresponding to each preset interval based on the preset intervals. The preset interval is an area division interval of the target building, and the target building is a house building which can be rented, such as an office building, a shop, a shopping center and the like.
Step S20, determining a first area range corresponding to each preset interval according to the maximum room source area in the target building, the minimum room source area in the target building and the number of the preset intervals;
as an example, step S20 includes: and acquiring the maximum room source area and the minimum room source area in the target building, and determining a first area range corresponding to each preset interval based on the maximum room source area, the minimum room source area and the number of the preset intervals. For example, it can be assumed that the number of the preset sections is 5, the maximum house source area is 100, and the minimum house source area is 1, so that the area range of the first section is [1,20 ], the area range of the second section is [20,40 ], the area range of the third section is [40,60 ], the area range of the fourth section is [60,80 ], and the area range of the fifth section is [80,100] can be obtained.
Step S30, determining a first pixel width of the house resources in each target building according to the corresponding relation between each first area range and the preset pixel width;
as an example, step S30 includes: acquiring the area of each room source, and determining a second area range in which each room source area is located according to the first area range; and determining the first pixel width of the house source in each target building according to the corresponding relation between each second area range and the preset pixel width. For example, it may be assumed that the current source area is 45, the area range of the third section is [40,60 "), and the pixel width corresponding to the third section is 128px, and since the current source area belongs to the area range of the third section, the pixel width of the current source area may be determined to be 128px corresponding to the third section.
And S40, generating and displaying a renting control graph corresponding to the target building according to the width of each first pixel.
As an example, step S40 includes: acquiring a first pixel width of a house source in each target building, and performing house source arrangement according to the name sequence of the house source based on the first pixel width and the house source information of the target building to obtain a house source arrangement result; and generating and displaying a renting control graph corresponding to the target building according to the house source arrangement result, wherein the house source information is the floor where the house source is located and the name of the house source. For example, if there are house sources 601, 602, and 603, in the house source arrangement, the house sources are arranged in the order of their names, that is, the house sources 601, 602, and 603 are arranged.
The step of determining the first area range corresponding to each preset interval according to the maximum room source area in the target building, the minimum room source area in the target building and the number of the preset intervals comprises the following steps of:
step S21, acquiring the maximum room source area in the target building and the minimum room source area in the target building;
step S22, calculating the difference value between the maximum room source area and the minimum room source area to obtain an area difference;
and S23, determining a first area range corresponding to each preset interval according to the area difference and the number of the preset intervals.
As one example, steps S21 to S23 include: sending a control signal to the target building through a controller to obtain the maximum room source area in the target building and the minimum room source area in the target building; making a difference between the maximum room source area and the minimum room source area to obtain an area difference; acquiring the number of preset intervals, calculating the area interval width of the preset intervals according to the area difference and the number of the preset intervals, and determining a first area range corresponding to each preset interval according to the area interval width. For example, it may be assumed that the number of preset zones is 5, the maximum house source area is 100, and the minimum house source area is 1, and thus the area difference between the maximum house source area and the minimum house source area is 99, and thus the width of the area zone is 20, resulting in the area range of the first zone being [1,20 ], the area range of the second zone being [20,40 ], the area range of the third zone being [40,60 ], the area range of the fourth zone being [60,80 ], and the area range of the fifth zone being [80,100].
As an example, the area section width of the preset section is calculated as follows:
Figure 627464DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
wherein the content of the first and second substances,
Figure 325292DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
the area difference between the maximum room source area and the minimum room source area,
Figure 654643DEST_PATH_IMAGE003
the number of the intervals is preset, and the number of the intervals is preset,
Figure 230374DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
the area interval width of the preset interval is obtained.
Wherein, the step of determining the first pixel width of the house source in each target building according to the corresponding relationship between each first area range and the preset pixel width comprises the following steps:
step S31, acquiring the current area of the house resources in each target building, and judging a second area range corresponding to the current area;
and step S32, determining the first pixel width of the current area according to the corresponding relation between the second area range and the preset pixel width.
As an example, steps S31 to S32 include: sending a control signal to target buildings through a controller to obtain the current area of a house source in each target building; acquiring a first area range, and determining a second area range corresponding to the current area based on the first area range; and obtaining the pixel width of the current area according to the corresponding relation between the second area range and the preset pixel width so as to determine the first pixel width of the house source in each target building. For example, it can be assumed that the area range of the first section is [1,10 ], the pixel width is 64px; the area of the second interval is in the range of [10,20 "), and the pixel width is 96px; the area range of the third interval is [20,30], the pixel width is 132px, the area of the currently existing house source is 15, the area range of the second interval can be obtained 15, and the pixel width of the second interval is 96px, so that the pixel width of the house source can be determined to be 96px.
The method comprises the following steps of obtaining the number of preset intervals of a target building and the corresponding preset pixel width of each preset interval, wherein the step of obtaining the number of the preset intervals of the target building comprises the following steps:
step S11, acquiring the number of preset intervals of the target building;
and S12, acquiring the preset total pixel width of the target building, and determining the preset pixel width corresponding to each preset interval according to the number of the preset intervals and the preset total pixel width.
As an example, steps S11 to S12 include: the method comprises the steps of obtaining preset intervals of the target building, obtaining the number of the preset intervals and the width of preset total pixels of the preset intervals based on the preset intervals, and determining the number of parts of the preset total pixels to be divided according to the number of the preset intervals and the width of the preset total pixels so as to determine the width of the preset pixels corresponding to each preset interval. For example, if the preset total pixel width is 360px and the number of preset intervals is 5, the preset pixel width of the first interval is 72px, the preset pixel width of the second interval is 144px, the preset pixel width of the third interval is 216px, the preset pixel width of the fourth interval is 288px, and the preset pixel width of the fifth interval is 360px.
Compared with the display mode of the renting control diagram in the prior art, the display mode of the renting control diagram is that equal interval widths are divided in a display area, so that the house source information of each house source is displayed in each interval, the method includes the steps of firstly obtaining the number of preset intervals of a target building and the corresponding preset pixel width of each preset interval, wherein the preset intervals are divided into the areas of the target building; determining a first area range corresponding to each preset interval according to the maximum room source area in the target building, the minimum room source area in the target building and the number of the preset intervals; determining a first pixel width of a house source in each target building according to the corresponding relation between the first area range and the preset pixel width; and generating and displaying a lease control graph corresponding to the target building according to the width of each first pixel. This application shows the control drawing of hiring according to the size of house source area, confirm the pixel width of each house source through each house source area size, the pixel width that the house source that the area is big occupies is wide, the pixel width that the house source that the area is little occupies is narrow, because the pixel width that each house source occupies is different, thereby can follow the audio-visual relative area size that shows each house source on the control drawing of hiring, the audio-visual show of the control drawing of hiring has been realized, the user has been overcome in the prior art and only can just can acquire the area size of each house source through looking over the text information in the house source information, can't directly see the audio-visual technical defect of the relative area size of each house source through the control drawing of hiring, make the show of hiring the control drawing possess the audio-visual nature.
Example two
Further, referring to fig. 2, in another embodiment of the present application, the same or similar contents as those in the first embodiment may refer to the above description, and are not repeated herein. On this basis, the step of generating and displaying the lease-control graph corresponding to the target building according to the first pixel width comprises the following steps:
step A10, acquiring the width of the pixel which can be arranged in the current arrangement row;
in this embodiment, it should be noted that the width of the alignable pixel is a space size of the current alignment row for alignment.
Step A20, arranging according to the name sequence of the house sources according to the first pixel width and the arrangeable pixel width to obtain a house source arrangement result;
and A30, generating and displaying a renting control graph corresponding to the target building based on the house source arrangement result.
At present, when house resources are arranged on a rental control chart, if the remaining arrangement space of a current arrangement row is smaller than the space size occupied by the current arrangement house resources, the current house resources are directly arranged in a line, and therefore the arrangement of the house resources is completed. However, this may cause a large amount of remaining space in the rental control map, so that the arrangement space is not fully utilized, which brings a technical problem that the space utilization rate of the rental control map is low.
As an example, the steps a10 to a30 include: acquiring the width of an arrangeable pixel of a current arrangement row and the width of a first pixel of each room source; according to the width of the pixels capable of being arranged and the width of each first pixel, arranging the house sources in the current arrangement row according to the sequence of the house source names to obtain a house source arrangement result; if the floor where the currently arranged house resources are located is not consistent with the floor where the previously arranged house resources are located, the house resources need to be arranged in a line changing manner; if the maximum arrangeable pixel width in the remaining space of the current arrangement row is not enough to accommodate the current arrangement house source, the row needs to be changed for house source arrangement; and generating a renting control graph corresponding to the target building based on the house source arrangement result, and displaying the renting control graph.
Wherein the step of arranging according to the name order of the house sources according to the first pixel width and the arrangeable pixel width comprises:
step A21, if the detected residual space of the current arrangement row is smaller than a preset pixel width threshold value, acquiring a second pixel width of the current arrangement room source and an arrangeable pixel width threshold value of the current arrangement row;
in this embodiment, it should be noted that the preset pixel width threshold is a minimum remaining space of the current arrangement line, and is used to determine whether the current arrangement line needs to be subjected to line feed arrangement processing; the limit value of the width of the pixel which can be arranged is the maximum width of the pixel which can be arranged in the residual space of the current arrangement line and is used for utilizing the space of the rental control graph to the maximum.
Step A22, judging whether the second pixel width is within the limit value of the alignable pixel width according to the second pixel width and the limit value of the alignable pixel width;
step A23, if yes, arranging the currently arranged house sources in the currently arranged row, and taking the limit value of the width of the arrangeable pixels as the width of the second pixels;
and step A24, if not, replacing the arrangement row to arrange the currently arranged house sources.
As an example, steps a21 to a24 include: obtaining a residual space and a preset pixel width threshold value of a current arrangement row, and if the residual space is not less than the preset pixel width threshold value, continuing to arrange the house resources in the current arrangement row; if the residual space is smaller than the pixel width threshold value, acquiring a second pixel width of the currently arranged room source and an arrangeable pixel width threshold value of the currently arranged row, and judging whether the second pixel width is within the arrangeable pixel width threshold value; if the second pixel width is within the limit value of the width of the alignable pixels, then the currently arranged house sources are arranged in the currently arranged row, and the limit value of the width of the alignable pixels is taken as the second pixel width of the currently arranged house sources; and if the second pixel width is no longer within the limit value of the width of the pixel which can be arranged, the current arrangement house source is arranged by replacing the arrangement row. For example, it may be assumed that the pixel width of the currently arranged house sources is 10, and the threshold value of the width of the alignable pixels is 12, since 10< -12 > then the currently arranged house sources may be arranged in the currently arranged row, and the threshold value of the width of the alignable pixels is taken as the pixel width of the currently arranged house sources, that is, the pixel width of the currently arranged house sources is changed from 10 to 12.
The step of obtaining the second pixel width of the currently arranged room sources and the threshold value of the width of the pixel which can be arranged in the currently arranged row comprises the following steps:
step A211, obtaining a second pixel width of the currently arranged room sources;
step A212, obtaining the remaining pixel width of the current arrangement row, and obtaining the limit value of the arrangeable pixel width according to the remaining pixel width and the preset arrangeable percentage.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that the preset alignable percentage is used to fully utilize the remaining space of the current alignment row.
As an example, the steps a211 to a212 include: acquiring the area of the house resources of the current arrangement of the house resources, and judging the third area range of the current arrangement of the house resources according to the area of the house resources; determining the width of a second pixel of the currently arranged room sources according to the third area range; and acquiring the width of the residual pixels of the current arrangement row and a preset arrangeable percentage, and calculating the limit value of the arrangeable pixel width based on the width of the residual pixels and the preset arrangeable percentage. For example, assuming that the preset alignable percentage is 80% and the remaining pixel width of the currently aligned row is 8, the alignable pixel width limit value may be calculated to be 10.
As an example, the alignable pixel width limit value is calculated as follows:
Figure 774619DEST_PATH_IMAGE005
wherein the content of the first and second substances,
Figure 141884DEST_PATH_IMAGE006
for the remaining pixel width of the currently arranged row,
Figure 771580DEST_PATH_IMAGE007
in order to preset the percentage of the permutation,
Figure 885422DEST_PATH_IMAGE008
is an arrangeable pixel width threshold.
The embodiment of the application provides a room source arrangement method, namely, the width of an arrangeable pixel of a current arrangement row is obtained; arranging according to the name sequence of the house sources according to the first pixel width and the arrangeable pixel width to obtain a house source arrangement result; and generating and displaying a renting control graph corresponding to the target building based on the house source arrangement result. The embodiment of the application introduces the range pixel width to assist the room source arrangement in the room source arrangement process, even if the pixel width occupied by the current range source is larger than the size of the residual space of the current range row, the current room source can be arranged on the current row as long as the pixel width of the current room source is in the range pixel width, the waste of the range space can be reduced, a large amount of residual space in the renting control diagram is overcome, the technical defect that the range space is not fully utilized is overcome, and the space utilization rate of the renting control diagram is improved.
