In a specific embodiment, the tactile information acquired by the acquisition module 11 includes a force value; determining the display hierarchy and the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display hierarchy of the current map and the property data query instruction, wherein the method comprises the following steps: if the force value is larger than or equal to the preset force value, amplifying the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed; or if the force value is smaller than the preset force value, reducing the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed; and determining the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display level of the map to be displayed.
In another specific embodiment, the tactile information acquired by the acquisition module 11 includes a contact time; determining the display hierarchy and the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display hierarchy of the current map and the property data query instruction, wherein the method comprises the following steps: if the contact time is greater than or equal to the preset time interval value, amplifying the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed; or if the contact time is less than the preset time interval value, reducing the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed; and determining the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display level of the map to be displayed.
In still another specific embodiment, the tactile information acquired by the acquisition module 11 includes a contact area; determining the display hierarchy and the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display hierarchy of the current map and the property data query instruction, wherein the method comprises the following steps: if the contact area is larger than or equal to the preset area value, amplifying the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed; or if the contact area is smaller than the preset area value, reducing the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed; and determining the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display level of the map to be displayed.
In one possible embodiment, the display levels include a first level, a second level, a third level, a fourth level, and a fifth level. The hierarchy adjusting unit determines a display hierarchy and property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display hierarchy of the current map and the query instruction, and further comprises: and if the display level of the current map is the first level or the fifth level, generating preset prompt information.
In a possible embodiment, the display module 13 displays the map to be displayed and the property data through the display interface, including:
and displaying at least one of the position information, the shape information and the color information according to the data, and displaying the map to be displayed and the property data corresponding to the property data display information through the display interface.
In another possible embodiment, the displaying module displays the map to be displayed and the property data through the display interface, including: and acquiring the map to be displayed and the property data, and displaying the map to be displayed and the property data according to the visual range of the display interface.
The property data display apparatus of this embodiment can perform the property data display method according to any embodiment of the present disclosure, and the implementation principles thereof are similar, and are not described herein again. The house property data display device can directly determine the map to be displayed and the related house property data according to the current map, and can freely and quickly know the house source information conditions of areas such as provinces, cities and counties by browsing the map in a form of inputting instructions with simple forms on the display interface, so that the pertinence and the efficiency of knowing the information by users are improved.
Referring now to FIG. 5, a block diagram of an electronic device 100 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The terminal device in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), and the like, and a stationary terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 5 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The electronic device comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the processor may be referred to as a processing device 101 described below, and the memory comprises at least one of a Read Only Memory (ROM)102, a Random Access Memory (RAM)103, and a storage device 108, which are described in detail as follows:
as shown in fig. 5, the electronic device 100 may include a processing means (e.g., a central processing unit, a graphic processor, etc.) 101 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)102 or a program loaded from a storage means 108 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 103. In the RAM 103, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 100 are also stored. The processing device 101, the ROM 102, and the RAM 103 are connected to each other via a bus 104. An input/output (I/O) interface 105 is also connected to bus 104.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 105: input devices 106 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; an output device 107 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; storage devices 108 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 109. The communication means 109 may allow the electronic device 100 to communicate wirelessly or by wire with other devices to exchange data. While fig. 5 illustrates an electronic device 100 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may alternatively be implemented or provided.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication means 109, or installed from the storage means 108, or installed from the ROM 102. The computer program, when executed by the processing device 101, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium in the present disclosure can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In contrast, in the present disclosure, a computer readable signal medium may comprise a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, either in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The computer readable medium may be embodied in the electronic device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device.
The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to: receiving a property data query instruction input by a user through a display interface of a current map, wherein the property data query instruction comprises geographical position information; determining a map to be displayed and corresponding property data according to the property data query instruction; and displaying the map to be displayed and the house property data through the display interface.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a property data display method including:
receiving a property data query instruction input by a user through a display interface of a current map, wherein the property data query instruction comprises geographical position information;
determining a map to be displayed and corresponding property data according to the property data query instruction;
and displaying the map to be displayed and the house property data through the display interface.
In one embodiment, determining a map to be displayed and corresponding property data according to a property data query instruction includes:
determining a display level and property data corresponding to a map to be displayed according to the display level of the current map and the property data query instruction;
the map to be displayed corresponds to the geographical position information, and the display level of the map to be displayed and the display level of the current map are different by a preset level number.
In one embodiment, a property data query instruction input by a user through a display interface of a current map is received, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring tactile information on a display interface, wherein the tactile information comprises at least one of the following items: the force value, the contact time, the contact area or the coordinate corresponding to the central point of the contact surface;
and determining a house property data query instruction according to the touch information and the current map.
In one embodiment, the tactile information includes a force value; determining the display hierarchy and the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display hierarchy of the current map and the property data query instruction, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
if the force value is larger than or equal to the preset force value, amplifying the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed;
or if the force value is smaller than the preset force value, reducing the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed;
and determining the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display level of the map to be displayed.
In one embodiment, the tactile information includes contact time; determining the display hierarchy and the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display hierarchy of the current map and the property data query instruction, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
if the contact time is greater than or equal to the preset time interval value, amplifying the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed;
or if the contact time is less than the preset time interval value, reducing the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed;
and determining the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display level of the map to be displayed.
In one embodiment, the tactile information includes a contact area; determining the display hierarchy and the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display hierarchy of the current map and the property data query instruction, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
if the contact area is larger than or equal to the preset area value, amplifying the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed;
or if the contact area is smaller than the preset area value, reducing the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed;
and determining the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display level of the map to be displayed.
In one embodiment, the display levels include a first level, a second level, a third level, a fourth level, and a fifth level;
according to the display hierarchy and the query instruction of the current map, determining the display hierarchy and the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed, and further comprising:
and if the display level of the current map is the first level or the fifth level, generating preset prompt information.
In one embodiment, the property data includes at least one of: the number of new houses, the number of second-hand houses, the number of new houses to be sold, the number of second-hand houses to be sold, the number of new houses sold in a preset time period, the number of second-hand houses to be sold in the preset time period and the number of houses to be rented;
the property data also comprises property data display information, and the property data display information data displays at least one of position information, shape information and color information;
the map to be displayed and the real estate data are displayed through a display interface, and the method comprises the following steps:
and displaying at least one of the position information, the shape information and the color information according to the data, and displaying the map to be displayed and the property data corresponding to the property data display information through the display interface.
In one embodiment, displaying the map to be displayed and the property data through the display interface comprises:
and acquiring the map to be displayed and the property data, and displaying the map to be displayed and the property data according to the visual range of the display interface.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a property data display apparatus including:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a map display module and a map display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for receiving a property data query instruction input by a user through a display interface of a current map, and the property data query instruction comprises geographical position information;
the determining module is used for determining the map to be displayed and the corresponding property data according to the property data query instruction;
and the display module is used for displaying the map to be displayed and the property data through the display interface.
In one possible implementation, the determining module includes:
the hierarchy adjusting unit is used for determining the display hierarchy and the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display hierarchy of the current map and the property data query instruction; the map to be displayed corresponds to the geographical position information, and the display level of the map to be displayed and the display level of the current map are different by a preset level number.
In a possible implementation manner, the method for receiving a property data query instruction input by a user through a display interface of a current map by an obtaining module includes: acquiring tactile information on a display interface, wherein the tactile information comprises at least one of the following items: the force value, the contact time, the contact area or the coordinate corresponding to the central point of the contact surface; and determining a house property data query instruction according to the touch information and the current map.

In a possible implementation manner, the displaying module displays the map to be displayed and the property data through the display interface, including:

Claims (13)

1. A method for displaying property data, comprising:
receiving a property data query instruction input by a user through a display interface of a current map, wherein the property data query instruction comprises geographical position information;
determining a map to be displayed and corresponding property data according to the property data query instruction;
and displaying the map to be displayed and the property data through the display interface.
2. The property data display method of claim 1, wherein the determining a map to be displayed and corresponding property data according to the property data query instruction comprises:
determining a display hierarchy and property data corresponding to a map to be displayed according to the display hierarchy of the current map and the property data query instruction;
the map to be displayed corresponds to the geographical position information, and the display level of the map to be displayed and the display level of the current map are different by a preset level.
3. The property data display method of claim 1, wherein the receiving of the property data query command input by the user through the display interface of the current map comprises:
acquiring tactile information on a display interface, wherein the tactile information comprises at least one of the following items: the force value, the contact time, the contact area or the coordinate corresponding to the central point of the contact surface;
and determining the house property data query instruction according to the touch information and the current map.
4. The property data display method of claim 3 wherein the tactile information comprises a force value; the step of determining the display hierarchy and the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display hierarchy of the current map and the property data query instruction comprises the following steps:
if the force value is larger than or equal to a preset force value, amplifying the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed;
or if the force value is smaller than a preset force value, reducing the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed;
and determining the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display level of the map to be displayed.

The property data display method of claim 3 wherein the tactile information includes contact time; the step of determining the display hierarchy and the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display hierarchy of the current map and the property data query instruction comprises the following steps:
if the contact time is greater than or equal to a preset time interval value, amplifying the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed;
or if the contact time is less than a preset time interval value, reducing the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed;
and determining the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display level of the map to be displayed.
6. The property data display method of claim 3 wherein the tactile information comprises a contact area; the step of determining the display hierarchy and the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display hierarchy of the current map and the property data query instruction comprises the following steps:
if the contact area is larger than or equal to a preset area value, amplifying the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed;
or if the contact area is smaller than a preset area value, reducing the display level of the current map by a preset level number, and determining the display level of the map to be displayed;
and determining the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display level of the map to be displayed.
7. The property data displaying method of claim 2, wherein the display levels comprise a first level, a second level, a third level, a fourth level and a fifth level;
according to the display hierarchy of the current map and the query instruction, determining the display hierarchy and the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed, and further comprising:
and if the display level of the current map is the first level or the fifth level, generating preset prompt information.
8. The property data displaying method of claim 1, wherein the property data comprises at least one of: the number of new houses, the number of second-hand houses, the number of new houses to be sold, the number of second-hand houses to be sold, the number of new houses sold in a preset time period, the number of second-hand houses to be sold in the preset time period and the number of houses to be rented;
the property data also comprises property data display information, and the property data display information data displays at least one of position information, shape information and color information;
the display interface displays the map to be displayed and the property data, and the method comprises the following steps:
and displaying at least one of position information, shape information and color information according to the data, and displaying the map to be displayed and the property data corresponding to the property data display information through the display interface.
9. The property data display method according to claim 1, wherein the displaying the map to be displayed and the property data through the display interface comprises:
and acquiring the map to be displayed and the property data, and displaying the map to be displayed and the property data according to the visual range of the display interface.
10. A property data display device, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a map display module and a map display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for receiving a property data query instruction input by a user through a display interface of a current map, and the property data query instruction comprises geographical position information;
the determining module is used for determining the map to be displayed and the corresponding property data according to the property data query instruction;
and the display module is used for displaying the map to be displayed and the property data through the display interface.

the hierarchy adjusting unit is used for determining the display hierarchy and the property data corresponding to the map to be displayed according to the display hierarchy of the current map and the property data query instruction; the map to be displayed corresponds to the geographical position information, and the display level of the map to be displayed and the display level of the current map are different by a preset level.
12. A property data display apparatus, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory;
one or more applications stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more applications configured to: a method of displaying property data according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
13. A computer readable medium storing at least one instruction, at least one program, a set of codes, or a set of instructions, which is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the property data display method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
