After the hollow steel strand 5 is anchored at the bottom of a hole 11 of a surrounding rock drill hole through a resin anchoring agent, firstly, a grout stop plug 10 penetrates into the hollow steel strand 5, then, a tray 3 penetrates from the small end of a constant resistor 6 and is clamped after abutting against the large end of the constant resistor 6, then, the constant resistor 6 with a constant resistor bottom hole sealing ring 7 and an I-shaped push pipe 8 mounted at the bottom penetrates into the hollow steel strand 5 and is sent into an expanding drill hole 9, and finally, a clamping piece type anchorage device 2 is mounted at the tail end of the hollow steel strand 5.
And pushing the clip type anchorage device 2 into the end part of the constant resistor 6, applying pretightening force to the hollow steel strand 5 by using a jack tensioning device, and pushing the clip type anchorage device 2 by using a jack to slide on the hollow steel strand 5 until the designed pretightening force is reached, wherein the clip type anchorage device 2 anchors the hollow steel strand 5 by using the wedge-caulking principle of a taper hole.
When the hollow steel strand 5 reaches the design pretightening force, the jack tensioning equipment can be removed, then the grouting equipment with the grout check valve is connected with the hollow hexagon nut 1 at the end part of the hollow steel strand 5, grout sequentially passes through the hollow hexagon nut 1, the grouting steel pipe 16, the grouting nylon pipe 20, the grout outlet 17 and the grout outlet gap 21 and finally flows into the surrounding rock drilling hole 11, the grout enters the surrounding rock cracks from the bottom of the surrounding rock drilling hole 11 through reverse grouting, and after the grout is solidified, grouting and anchoring of broken surrounding rock are completed.
In addition, the hollow steel strand 5 is a factory prefabricated part, the grouting steel pipe 16, the inner sealing pipe 15, the lapping pipe 19, the grouting nylon pipe 20 and the hollow hexagon nut 1 inside are prefabricated and embedded firstly, the hollow hexagon nut 1 at the end part of the hollow steel strand 5 is provided with a plug, and the plug needs to be unscrewed during grouting.
Furthermore, before the constant resistor 6 is sent into the hole-expanding drill hole 9, the constant resistor bottom hole sealing ring 77 and the I-shaped push pipe 8 need to be installed in advance.
In order to avoid slurry leakage during grouting and slurry entering the constant resistance device 6, the invention adopts two measures for preventing slurry from leaking outside.
The first measure is an outer sleeve 12, an outer sealing pipe 13, an outer pressing pipe 14 and an inner sealing pipe 15, on one hand, grout barrier is formed between the outer sleeve 12 and the hollow steel strand 5, on the other hand, grout barrier is formed between the inner wall of the hollow steel strand 5 and a grouting steel pipe 16, and the first grout barrier in the deep part of the surrounding rock drilling hole 11 is completed in a combined mode.
The second measure is a constant-resistor bottom hole sealing ring 7, an I-shaped push pipe 8 and a grout stop plug 10, and the plugging of the surrounding rock drill hole 11 and the expanded drill hole 9 and the plugging of the expanded drill hole 9 and the bottom of the constant resistor 6 are completed in a combined mode. By the two measures for preventing the slurry from leaking outwards, the slurry at the bottom of the hole of the surrounding rock drill hole 11 cannot flow back to the position between the outer sleeve 12 and the hollow steel strand 5, and the slurry enters the constant resistor 6, so that on one hand, the hollow steel strand 5 is ensured to be provided with a free extension section, namely one end of the hollow steel strand 5, which is not in direct contact with the slurry, and therefore the NPR anchor cable can conveniently exert the large deformation capacity; on the other hand, the sliding space of the constant resistance body 4 in the constant resistance device 6 is ensured. Through the two slurry blocking measures, the grouting pressure can be improved to the maximum extent, and the grouting anchoring effect is greatly improved.
In summary, in the technical scheme of the grouting NPR anchor cable provided by the invention, the grouting pipe is combined with the stranded steel strands to form the anchor cable body, so that the anchor cable body is provided with the grouting core pipe, the grouting pipe and the exhaust pipe do not need to be bound on site, and reverse pressure grouting is adopted, so that the probability of generating cavitation cavities is reduced. Meanwhile, two sealing assemblies are arranged, so that the slurry can be effectively blocked; and the grouting pressure is improved to the maximum extent, and the grouting anchoring effect is greatly improved.

Claims (10)

1. Slip casting NPR anchor rope, characterized in that, slip casting NPR anchor rope includes:
the anchor cable comprises an anchor cable body, wherein the tail end of the anchor cable body is provided with an anchoring section for anchoring at the bottom of a drilled hole;
the constant resistor comprises a constant resistor body and a constant resistor sleeve, the constant resistor body is sleeved on the periphery of the anchor cable body, the constant resistor sleeve is arranged on the periphery of the constant resistor body, and the constant resistor body is used for moving along the axial direction of the anchor cable in the constant resistor sleeve with constant resistance;
the constant resistor sealing assembly is arranged at the tail end of a constant resistor and used for plugging a gap between the anchor cable body and a drill hole, and the constant resistor compresses the constant resistor sealing assembly;
the anchor assembly comprises a tray and an anchor, wherein the anchor and the tray are arranged at one end, extending out of the surrounding rock drilling hole, of the anchor rope body, and are used for anchoring and locking the anchor rope body after the anchor rope body reaches the design pre-tightening force through tensioning.
2. The slip-casting NPR anchor rope of claim 1, wherein the constant-resistor seal assembly comprises:
the sealing ring is sleeved on the periphery of the anchor cable body, arranged at the bottom of the constant-resistance sleeve and used for sealing the bottom of the constant-resistance sleeve;
the grout stopping plug is arranged between the anchor cable body and the drill hole and is used for plugging a gap and improving grouting pressure;
the pushing piece is arranged between the sealing ring and the slurry stopping plug and used for transmitting the pushing force of the constant resistor to the slurry stopping plug.
3. The slip-casting NPR anchor cable of claim 2, wherein the pushing piece is an i-shaped pushing pipe, and the i-shaped pushing pipe is sleeved on the anchor cable body;
the section shape of one end, close to the constant-resistance device, of the I-shaped push pipe is the same as that of the sealing ring, and the section shape of one end, close to the slurry stop plug, of the I-shaped push pipe is the same as that of the slurry stop plug.
4. The grouting NPR anchor rope as claimed in claim 2, wherein the end of the constant-resistance sleeve is provided with a flange, the tray is sleeved on the periphery of the constant-resistance sleeve and pressed on surrounding rocks by the legal flange of the constant-resistance sleeve;
the anchor is a clamping piece type anchor, and the clamping piece type anchor is sleeved on the periphery of the anchor rope body and is in abutting contact with the constant-resistance body.

The slip-casting NPR anchor cable of claim 1, wherein the anchor cable body comprises a plurality of steel strands and a slip casting pipe, the plurality of steel strands are wound around the slip casting pipe, the length of the steel strands is greater than the length of the slip casting pipe, and the steel strands are flush with the slip casting pipe at the end of the anchor cable body extending out of the bore hole.
6. The grouting NPR anchor cable as claimed in claim 5, wherein a plastic pipe is connected to one end of the grouting pipe extending into the borehole, and a lapping pipe is sleeved on the peripheries of the grouting pipe and the plastic pipe;
the anchor cable body is provided with a grout outlet between the plastic pipe and the anchoring section, and the grout outlet is formed by grout outlet gaps between any adjacent steel strands after the anchor cable body is expanded.
7. The slip casting NPR anchor cable of claim 6, wherein the anchor cable body is sleeved with an outer sleeve, one end of the outer sleeve is positioned in the constant-resistance sleeve, and the other end of the outer sleeve is positioned in front of the lap joint pipe.
8. The slip casting NPR cable bolt of claim 7, further comprising a cable bolt seal assembly disposed at an end of the outer casing proximate the lap joint tube.
9. The slip casting NPR anchor cable of claim 8, wherein the anchor cable seal assembly comprises: the inner sealing tube is positioned between the steel strand and the grouting tube and is arranged corresponding to one end, close to the grout outlet, of the outer sleeve;
the outer sealing pipe is arranged on the periphery of the steel strand, and the outer sealing pipe and the outer sleeve are provided with a section of lap joint section.
10. The grouting NPR anchor cable of claim 9, wherein the anchor cable sealing assembly further comprises an outer packing tube sleeved on the outer packing tube, the outer packing tube filling the gap between the outer packing tube and the inner wall of the surrounding rock borehole for plugging the gap between the outer packing tube and the surrounding rock borehole.
