The outer circumference of the suction nozzle 310 may be further provided with other sealing rings at the suction nozzle receiving cavity 300 for enhancing the sealing property.
In order to cover the suction nozzle 310, the cup cover further comprises a suction nozzle cover plate 400, the suction nozzle cover plate 400 is pivotally arranged on the rotating shaft seat 103 and covers the suction nozzle 310, a suction nozzle cover plate clamping portion 401 is arranged at the end portion of the suction nozzle cover plate 400, a switch portion is arranged on the side wall 102 and comprises a switch key 104, and the switch key 104 and the clamping portion 401 are mutually clamped. The nozzle cover plate 400 controls the engagement of the on-off key 104 and the engaging portion 401 by the on-off portion, when the nozzle cover plate 400 is closed, a nozzle opening sealing ring (not shown) provided to the nozzle cover plate 400 blocks the nozzles 310, the nozzles 310 contract and press the elastic member 320, and when the nozzle cover plate 400 is opened, the nozzles 310 can be automatically ejected.
In order to prevent the suction nozzle 310 from being ejected from the suction nozzle accommodating chamber 300, a suction nozzle-restricting ring 340 is provided at the outer circumference of the suction nozzle 310, the suction nozzle-restricting ring 340 is positioned below the step 301, and the inner diameter of the suction nozzle-restricting ring 340 is larger than the inner diameter of the step 301. The suction nozzle limiting ring 340 and the suction nozzle 310 can be clamped with each other, and can also be connected by screw threads or other connection modes.
In order to facilitate a user to drink water through the suction nozzle 310, as shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 10, a second outer flange 350 is disposed on an outer periphery of the suction nozzle 310, the second outer flange 350 is disposed above the first outer flange 330, a suction nozzle sealing ring 360 is disposed between the first outer flange 330 and the second outer flange 350, the suction nozzle accommodating chamber 300 has an upper section and a lower section with different diameters, the diameter of the upper section is greater than that of the lower section, the outer diameter of the suction nozzle sealing ring 360 is greater than the inner diameter of the lower section and smaller than the inner diameter of the lower section, and when the suction nozzle 310 is ejected out of the suction nozzle 310, the suction nozzle sealing ring 360 is located in the upper section. When the suction nozzle cover plate is closed, the suction nozzle 310 is positioned in the lower section to seal the suction nozzle accommodating cavity and prevent liquid from flowing out, when the suction nozzle cover plate 400 is opened, the suction nozzle 310 pops up, the suction nozzle sealing ring 360 enters the upper section of the suction nozzle, and because the diameter of the upper section of the suction nozzle is larger than the outer diameter of the suction nozzle sealing ring 360, a gap exists between the suction nozzle sealing ring and the suction nozzle sealing ring, the air pressure inside and outside the cup body can be balanced, and suction is facilitated.
In addition, the lower part of the direct drinking spout cover plate 200 is provided with a vent hole sealing ring 600, the cover body 100 is provided with a vent hole 700, and when the direct drinking spout cover plate is covered, the vent hole 700 is sealed by the vent hole sealing ring 600. The invention also provides a cup which is provided with a cup body and the cup cover.

The sliding locking manner of the locking portion 202 is more convenient and simpler than the common snap-fit or buckling locking manner.

Claims (14)

1. A cup cover, which comprises a cover body (100) and a direct drinking cup cover sheet (200), wherein the cover body (100) is provided with a direct drinking cup (110), the direct drinking cup cover sheet (200) can be rotatably connected with the cover body (100) and can seal the direct drinking cup (110), and is characterized in that,
the straight drinking spout cover plate (200) comprises a cover plate main body (201) and a locking part (202) which is slidably arranged on the cover plate main body (201), when the cover plate main body (201) covers the straight drinking spout (110), the locking part (202) can slide to a locking position to be mutually locked with the cover body (100), and the cover plate main body (201) is pressed on the cover body (100).
2. The lid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the closure (202) is provided on an upper surface of the lid body (201), a first end of the closure (202) being connected to a first end of the lid body (201), a second end of the closure (202) being capable of pressing against a second end of the lid body (201) in the locked position.

The lid as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that a catch (120) is provided on the lid body (100) and a catch projection (210) is provided on a second end of the latch (202), the latch (202) being slidable on the lid main body (201) in a first direction so that in the latched position the catch projection (210) can abut a lower surface of the catch (120).
4. The lid of claim 3, wherein the snap tab (210) is formed by a second end of the latch (202) projecting in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the catch (120) projects upwardly from the upper surface of the lid body (100) and extends in the second direction to bend toward the latch (202).
5. The cup lid according to claim 4, characterized in that the lid main body (201) includes a drink-through spout lid fitting portion (2012) and a rotation shaft portion (2011) connected to each other, a closure support portion (203) is formed between the rotation shaft portion (2011) and the drink-through spout lid fitting portion (2012), the closure (202) is formed in a ring shape, the closure (202) is fitted over an outer peripheral portion of the drink-through spout lid fitting portion (2012), and a first end portion of the closure (202) is disposed on the closure support portion (203) and is slidable in the first direction on the closure support portion (203).

The cup lid of claim 5, wherein both side walls of the locking portion supporting portion (203) are provided with pin holes (204) extending in the second direction, both sides of the locking portion (202) are provided with guide holes (205), the guide holes (205) are long waist holes located outside the pin holes (204) and extending in the first direction, and the straight drinking spout lid (200) further includes pins passing through the guide holes (205) and the pin holes (204) to connect the locking portion (202) and the lid main body (201).

The lid of claim 6, wherein the width of the closure (202) is greater than the width of the lid sheet main body (201) in the second direction, and the closure (202) includes a fold folded downward at a position corresponding to the closure support portion (203), the fold being overlapped outside both side walls of the closure support portion (203), the guide hole (205) being formed at the fold.

The cup lid according to claim 7, wherein the lid body (100) includes a top wall (101) and a side wall (102) extending downward along the top wall (101), a rotation shaft seat (103) is provided on the top wall (101), a shaft hole is provided at a first end of the rotation shaft seat (103) in the first direction, a rotation shaft is provided at an end of the rotation shaft portion (2011), the rotation shaft is pivotably provided in the shaft hole, and the hook (120) is located at a second end of the rotation shaft seat (103) opposite to the first end.

The cup lid of claim 5, wherein the latch support portion (203) is recessed downward with respect to upper surfaces of the straight spout lid portion (2012) and the rotation shaft portion (2011), the latch (202) is formed in a substantially rectangular ring shape, an upper surface of a first end of the latch (202) is flush with an upper surface of the straight spout lid portion (2012), a second end of the latch (202) protrudes upward to form a push-pull portion (206), and the push-pull portion (206) is higher than the upper surface of the lid main body (201).

The cup cover of any one of claims 1-10, further comprising a drinking portion, wherein the drinking portion includes a suction nozzle accommodating cavity (300) disposed on the cover body (100) and a suction nozzle (310) disposed in the suction nozzle accommodating cavity (300), the suction nozzle accommodating cavity (300) is formed in a cylindrical shape and penetrates through the thickness of the cover body (100), a step (301) protruding inward in the radial direction is disposed at the bottom of the suction nozzle accommodating cavity (300), an elastic member (320) is sleeved on the outer periphery of the suction nozzle (310), a first outer flange (330) is disposed on the outer periphery of the suction nozzle (310), and the elastic member (320) is disposed between the first outer flange (330) and the step (301).

The cup cover of claim 11, further comprising a suction nozzle cover (400), wherein the suction nozzle cover (400) is pivotally disposed on the cover body (100) and covers the suction nozzle (310), a suction nozzle cover clamping portion (401) is disposed at an end of the suction nozzle cover (400), a switch portion is disposed on a side wall (102) of the cover body (100), the switch portion comprises an on-off switch (104), the on-off switch (104) and the clamping portion (401) are clamped with each other, a suction nozzle limiting ring (340) is disposed at an outer periphery of the suction nozzle (310), the suction nozzle limiting ring (340) is located below the step (301), and an inner diameter of the suction nozzle limiting ring (340) is greater than an inner diameter of the step (301).

The cup cover according to claim 12, wherein a second outer flange (350) is provided at an outer periphery of the suction nozzle (310), the second outer flange (350) is provided above the first outer flange (330), a suction nozzle sealing ring (360) is provided between the first outer flange (330) and the second outer flange (350), the suction nozzle accommodating chamber (300) has an upper section and a lower section with different diameters, the diameter of the upper section is larger than that of the lower section, the outer diameter of the suction nozzle sealing ring (360) is larger than the inner diameter of the lower section and smaller than that of the upper section, and when the suction nozzle (310) is ejected, the suction nozzle sealing ring (360) is located in the upper section.
14. A cup comprising a cup body and a cap as claimed in claim 12.
