The cap 20 may include a cap body 210 having a through hole, and an inner cap 230 disposed in the through hole of the cap body 210, the inner cap 230 having a drinking spout 233. In order to facilitate the detachment of the inner lid 230 from the cover body 210 for cleaning, the inner lid 230 is detachably coupled to the inner circumference of the through hole of the cover body 210, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the inner lid 230 is engaged with the cover body 210 at least two engagement positions. In the following, description will be made by taking the setting of two stuck points as an example.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the inner cover 230 is engaged with the cover 210 at a first engagement point position and a second engagement point position, the inner cover 230 is provided with a first engagement protrusion 231 at the first engagement point position, the cover 210 is provided with an arc chute 212, the arc chute 212 is provided with a buckle 240, the buckle 240 can move between a locking position and an unlocking position along the arc chute 212, and when the buckle 240 is at the locking position, a first end of the buckle 240 can be engaged with the first engagement protrusion 231.
In this disclosure, through set up buckle 240 in the arc spout 212 of lid 210, set up first joint arch 231 on inner cover 230, buckle 240 when latched position, the first end of buckle 240 can with the protruding 231 block of first joint to make inner cover 230 detachably connect on lid 210, under the condition that inner cover 230 is connected to on lid 210, both are difficult for taking off, and difficult inefficacy after dismantling many times, can prolong the life of bowl cover 20. The inner lid 230 is detachably coupled to the cover body 210, so that the inner lid 230 can be easily detached and then cleaned.
To further improve the stability of the connection between the latch 240 and the inner lid 230, the lid 20 may further include a resilient member 242 received in the arc-shaped sliding groove 212, and the resilient member 242 may be compressed between the second end of the latch 240 and the lid body 210 such that the first end of the latch 240 may protrude toward the inner lid 230 and the second end of the latch 240 is disposed opposite to the first end. The latch 240 may include an operating portion 245, the operating portion 245 is formed to protrude outward from the arc-shaped sliding slot 212, and a top surface of the operating portion 245 may be disposed to protrude from a top surface of the cover 210, so that the operating portion 245 is convenient for a user to manually operate to slide the latch 240 along the arc-shaped sliding slot 212.
In an initial state, a first end of the catch 240 protrudes toward the inner cap 230 under the action of the elastic member 242 to be stably engaged with the first catching protrusion 231 of the inner cap 230, preventing the catch 240 from being released from the inner cap 230 during use. Under the action of external force, the first end of the buckle 240 can move towards the direction departing from the inner cover 230, so that the elastic part 242 is compressed, the first end of the buckle 240 slides away from the inner cover 230, the first end of the buckle 240 leaves the first clamping protrusion 231 of the inner cover 230, the buckle connection between the buckle 240 and the inner cover 230 is released, and the inner cover 230 can be detached from the through hole of the cover body 210, so that the cup cover 20 is convenient to clean. When the external force is removed, the latch 240 is moved toward the inner cap 230 by the elastic member 242 to be restored.
Optionally, the elastic member 242 may be a spring, the second end of the buckle 240 may protrude outward to form a protruding column 243, and the first end of the elastic member 242 may be sleeved on the protruding column 243, so that the connection between the elastic member 242 and the buckle 240 is more stable, and the two are prevented from slipping off. The second end of the elastic member 242 may be connected to the cover 210, for example, but not limited to, the second end of the elastic member 242 may press against the inner wall of the arc-shaped sliding slot 212, so that the elastic member 242 may extend in the arc-shaped sliding slot 212.
With continued reference to fig. 3, a first pivot hole 213 is disposed at an arc center of the arc chute 212 on the cover 210, a second pivot hole 244 is disposed at a position corresponding to the first pivot hole 213 of the latch 240, the lid 20 may further include a first pivot shaft 260, and the latch 240 may be connected to the cover 210 by disposing the first pivot shaft 260 in the first pivot hole 213 and the second pivot hole 244, such that the latch 240 may swing around the first pivot shaft 260, such that a first end of the latch 240 may be close to the inner lid 230 to latch a first end of the latch 240 on the first latch protrusion 231 of the inner lid 230, or the first end of the latch 240 may be far away from the inner lid 230, such that the first end of the latch 240 is released from the first latch protrusion 231 of the inner lid 230, such that the inner lid 230 may be released from the cover 210.
In order to further improve the stability of the engagement between the latch 240 and the inner lid 230, a step 241 may be provided at a first end of the latch 240, and the step 241 may be engaged with a lower portion of the first engaging protrusion 231, so that the latch 240 and the first engaging protrusion 231 are in a latch connection. Specifically, in a case where the catch 240 is protruded toward the inner cap 230 by the elastic member 242, the stepped portion 241 may be protruded toward the inner cap 230 along with the catch 240 to be caught with the first catching protrusion 231. Further, the upper surface of the step portion 241 may be attached to the lower surface of the first catching protrusion 231.
When the latch 240 moves to the latching position under the action of the elastic member 242, the first end of the latch 240 applies a radially inward pressing force to the radial outer surface of the first latching protrusion 231, so that the inner cap 230 is in interference fit with the inner side of the through hole of the cover body 210 between the first latching position and the second latching position, and is not easily released from the cover body 210. When the user needs to detach the inner cap 230, the latch 240 is pushed outward, and the pressing force applied to the first latch protrusion 231 by the latch 240 is released, so that the inner cap 230 can be easily detached.
More specifically, at least one of an upper side of the first catching projection 231 and a lower side of the first end of the catch 240 is formed with a guide surface extending downward and outward in a radial direction of the cover body 210. In this embodiment, a guide surface may be disposed on an upper side of the first engaging protrusion 231 for explanation, and the guide surface on the upper side of the first engaging protrusion 231 may guide the operation of separating from the engaging member 240 in the process of detaching the inner cap 230 from the through hole of the cover body 210.
