Claims (10)

1. The lifting cover type cup cover is characterized by comprising a bottom cover, a top cover, an opening and closing mechanism, a sliding locking piece and an elastic piece;
one end of the top cover and one end of the opening and closing mechanism are both hinged with one end of the bottom cover in a rotating way, and the top cover and the opening and closing mechanism share a hinged rotating shaft; the top cover is positioned between the opening and closing mechanism and the bottom cover, and the opening and closing mechanism is rotationally covered on the upper end surface of the top cover along the circumferential direction of the hinged rotating shaft;
the bottom cover is provided with a through water outlet and a movable cavity for accommodating the sliding locking piece therein for the sliding locking piece to move;
a first clamping hook is arranged at one end of the top cover, which is far away from the hinge joint of the top cover and the bottom cover; one end of the sliding locking piece is provided with a second clamping hook, and the other end of the sliding locking piece is provided with a locking protrusion; a first connecting part is arranged at one end of the top cover adjacent to the hinged part of the bottom cover, and a second connecting part is arranged at the sliding locking piece adjacent to the locking protrusion; the opening and closing mechanism is provided with a pushing protrusion corresponding to the locking protrusion;
the elastic piece is arranged at the outer side of the hinged rotating shaft, and two ends of the elastic piece are respectively connected with the first connecting part and the second connecting part and used for keeping the top cover open relative to the bottom cover;
the bottom cover is also provided with a first avoiding hole for allowing the locking protrusion to extend out of the movable cavity, and a second avoiding hole for allowing the top cover to turn over to block the water outlet, so that the first clamping hook extends into the movable cavity and is buckled with the second clamping hook;
when the first clamping hook is buckled with the second clamping hook, the elastic piece elastically pulls the second connecting part to keep the first clamping hook buckled with the second clamping hook, and the locking bulge props against the pushing bulge to limit the opening and closing mechanism to move;
when the first clamping hook is buckled with the second clamping hook, the opening and closing mechanism which is covered on the upper end surface of the top cover is pushed to rotate along the circumferential direction of the hinged rotating shaft, the pushing protrusion props against and pushes the locking protrusion to move, the first clamping hook is separated from the second clamping hook, and the elastic piece elastically pulls the top cover to rotate along the circumferential direction of the hinged rotating shaft and be opened relative to the bottom cover;
the first connecting part and the second connecting part are clamping groove structures which are correspondingly matched with the elastic piece.
2. The flip top cup lid of claim 1, wherein said resilient member is silica gel.

The flip-top cup lid of claim 1, wherein the opening and closing mechanism comprises a rotatable cover plate and a handle; the opening and closing mechanism is connected with the hinged rotating shaft through the rotating cover plate; the pushing protrusion is arranged on the rotary cover plate; the handle is rotationally connected with the top cover.
4. A flip-top lid as claimed in claim 3 wherein the handle has a push-up projection on the outer edge thereof.

A flip-top lid as claimed in claim 3 wherein said opening and closing mechanism further comprises a locking member, a guide bar; the rotary cover plate is provided with a chute, and the locking piece and the guide rod are arranged in the chute; the locking piece is provided with a lock pin; the locking piece is movably connected with the guide rod; the handle is provided with a lock hole for accommodating the lock pin to extend in, and the rotary cover plate is provided with a clearance hole corresponding to the lock pin; the locking piece is also provided with a push button, and the rotary cover plate is provided with a limiting hole communicated with the chute and used for accommodating the push button to extend out.
6. The flip-top cup lid of claim 5, wherein two sides of the limiting hole are provided with indication marks for indicating the locking piece to slide along the length direction of the guide rod, and the locking pin extends into the locking hole or leaves the locking hole.
7. The flip-top lid of claim 1, wherein the bottom cover comprises an upper cover and a lower cover; the movable cavity is positioned between the upper cover body and the lower cover body; the water outlet is arranged on the lower cover body, and the upper cover body is provided with a clearance through hole corresponding to the water outlet; the water outlet extends upwards to form a water drinking nozzle penetrating through the avoidance through hole; the first avoidance holes and the second avoidance holes are formed in the upper cover body; the upper cover body is provided with a hinge seat for accommodating the hinge rotating shaft to penetrate.
8. The flip top cup lid of claim 7, wherein said slide lock is provided with a relief aperture corresponding to said spout.
9. The flip-top cup lid of claim 1, wherein the top cover is provided with a gasket correspondingly engaged with the water outlet.
10. A container comprising a flip top lid as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, and further comprising a cup, said bottom lid being removably connected to said cup.
