In order to realize the functional diversity of the cup cover of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-3 and 9-11, the cup cover is further provided with a drinking part, the drinking part comprises a suction nozzle accommodating cavity 300 arranged on the cover body 100 and a suction nozzle 310 arranged in the suction nozzle accommodating cavity 300, the suction nozzle accommodating cavity 300 is formed into a cylinder shape and penetrates through the thickness of the cover body 100, the bottom of the suction nozzle accommodating cavity 300 is provided with a step 301 protruding inwards in the radial direction, the periphery of the suction nozzle 310 is sheathed with an elastic piece 320, the periphery of the suction nozzle 310 is provided with a first outer flange 330, and the elastic piece 320 is arranged between the first outer flange 330 and the step 301. Specifically, the suction nozzle accommodating cavity 300 is located on the upper surface of the top wall 101, the mouth of the suction nozzle accommodating cavity 300 is higher than the top wall 101, a certain angle is formed between the central axis of the suction nozzle accommodating cavity 300 and the plane where the top wall 101 is located, the suction nozzle 310 can be placed in the suction nozzle accommodating cavity 300 in an inclined state, the bottom end of the suction nozzle 310 can extend to the bottom of the cup body, and the inclined angle can enable the suction pipe to be more easily contacted with the bottom of the cup body, so that the suction pipe is convenient for sucking drinks located at the bottom of the cup body. The elastic member 320 may be a spring, or may be other elastic members, where the inner diameter of the elastic member 320 is larger than the inner diameter of the step 301 and smaller than the outer diameter of the first outer flange 330, so as to ensure that the elastic member 320 can be forced to shrink and make the suction nozzle 310 have a movement tendency to pop out when the mouth of the suction nozzle 310 is squeezed. The outer circumference of the suction nozzle 310 may be further provided with other sealing rings located in the suction nozzle receiving chamber 300 for enhancing sealability.
In order to cover the suction nozzle 310, the cup cover further comprises a suction nozzle cover piece 400, the suction nozzle cover piece 400 is pivotally arranged on the rotating shaft seat 103 and covers the suction nozzle 310, a suction nozzle cover piece clamping portion 401 is arranged at the end of the suction nozzle cover piece 400, a switch portion is arranged on the side wall 102, the switch portion comprises a switch key 104, and the switch key 104 and the clamping portion 401 are mutually clamped. The nozzle cover 400 controls the engagement of the switch key 104 and the engagement portion 401 through the switch portion, when the nozzle cover 400 is closed, a nozzle opening sealing ring (not shown) provided in the nozzle cover 400 seals the nozzle 310, the nozzle 310 contracts and presses the elastic member 320, and when the nozzle cover 400 is opened, the nozzle 310 can be automatically ejected.
In order to prevent the mouthpiece 310 from being ejected from the mouthpiece receiving chamber 300, the outer circumference of the mouthpiece 310 is provided with a mouthpiece stop collar 340, the mouthpiece stop collar 340 is located below the step 301, and the inner diameter of the mouthpiece stop collar 340 is larger than the inner diameter of the step 301. The nozzle stop 340 may be engaged with the nozzle 310, or may be threaded or otherwise connected.
In order to facilitate the user to drink water with the mouthpiece 310, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, 10, the mouthpiece 310 is provided at its outer circumference with a second outer flange 350, the second outer flange 350 is provided above the first outer flange 330, a mouthpiece seal ring 360 is provided between the first outer flange 330 and the second outer flange 350, the mouthpiece receiving chamber 300 has upper and lower sections of different diameters, the diameter of the upper section is larger than the diameter of the lower section, the outer diameter of the mouthpiece seal ring 360 is larger than the inner diameter of the lower section and smaller than the inner diameter of the lower section, and the mouthpiece seal ring 360 is in the upper section when the mouthpiece 310 is ejected out of the user to use the mouthpiece 310. When the suction nozzle cover plate is closed, the suction nozzle 310 is positioned in the lower section to seal the suction nozzle accommodating cavity to prevent liquid from flowing out, when the suction nozzle cover plate 400 is opened, the suction nozzle 310 pops up, the suction nozzle sealing ring 360 enters the upper section of the suction nozzle, and because the diameter of the upper section of the suction nozzle is larger than the outer diameter of the suction nozzle sealing ring 360, a gap exists between the suction nozzle and the suction nozzle sealing ring, the air pressure inside and outside the cup body can be balanced, and suction and drinking are facilitated.
In addition, the vent sealing ring 600 is provided at the lower part of the direct drinking cap 200, and the vent 700 is provided on the cap body 100, and the vent sealing ring 600 seals the vent 700 when the direct drinking cap is closed. The invention also provides a cup, which is provided with a cup body and the cup cover.
In summary, the present invention provides a cup cover and a cup set, wherein the cup cover includes a locking portion 202, a direct drinking opening 110 and a direct drinking opening cover piece 200, the locking portion 202 is located on the direct drinking opening cover piece 200, the locking portion 202 reaches a locking position by a sliding movement manner to lock the direct drinking opening cover piece 200, the locking structure includes a hook 120 and a locking protrusion 210, the hook 120 and the locking protrusion 210 are protruding bump structures, and can be mutually abutted, and the hook 120 is located above the locking protrusion 210. The cup cover also has a suction nozzle 310 for providing drinking water for the user to use. The sliding locking manner of the locking portion 202 is more convenient and has a simple structure than the common locking manner of the clamping or buckling.

Claims (13)

1. A cup cover, which comprises a cover body (100) and a direct drinking mouth cover piece (200), wherein the cover body (100) is provided with a direct drinking mouth (110), the direct drinking mouth cover piece (200) is rotatably connected with the cover body (100) and can seal the direct drinking mouth (110), and is characterized in that,
the direct drinking flap (200) comprises a flap main body (201) and a locking part (202) slidably arranged on the flap main body (201), wherein the flap main body (201) comprises a rotating shaft part (2011) and a locking part supporting part (203) arranged on one side of the rotating shaft part (2011), a first end of the flap main body (201) is rotatably connected with the cover main body (100) through the rotating shaft part (2011), a second end of the flap main body (201) is used for covering the direct drinking opening (110), the locking part (202) is arranged on the upper surface of the flap main body (201), the first end of the locking part (202) is slidably connected with the first end of the flap main body (201) through the locking part supporting part (203), so that the locking part (202) can slide on the flap main body (201), a second end of the locking part (202) comprises a clamping protrusion (210) and a push-pull protrusion (206) formed from the clamping protrusion (210) to the upper surface of the flap main body (201), when the two locking parts (201) are mutually pressed to enable the locking part (201) to slide on the upper surface (100), thereby pressing the cover plate main body (201) onto the cover body (100).
2. The cup lid of claim 1, wherein the lid body (100) is provided with a catch (120), and wherein in the locked position the snap tab (210) is capable of abutting against a lower surface of the catch (120) such that the second end of the locking portion (202) is interlocked with the lid body (100) when slid to the locked position.
3. The cup lid according to claim 2, wherein the engagement protrusion (210) is formed by a second end of the locking portion (202) protruding in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the hook (120) protrudes upward from the upper surface of the lid body (100) and extends in the second direction by bending toward the locking portion (202).

A cap according to claim 3, wherein the cap body (201) further comprises a drink-through lid closure portion (2012), the lock portion support portion (203) is formed between the rotation shaft portion (2011) and the drink-through lid closure portion (2012), the lock portion (202) is formed in a ring shape, the lock portion (202) is fitted around an outer peripheral portion of the drink-through lid closure portion (2012), and a first end portion of the lock portion (202) is provided on the lock portion support portion (203) and is slidable in the first direction on the lock portion support portion (203).

The cup lid according to claim 4, wherein side walls of both sides of the locking portion supporting portion (203) are provided with pin holes (204) extending in the second direction, both sides of the locking portion (202) are provided with guide holes (205), the guide holes (205) are long waist holes, are located outside the pin holes (204) and extend in the first direction, and the drink-through flap (200) further includes pins passing through the guide holes (205) and the pin holes (204) to connect the locking portion (202) and the flap main body (201).

The lid of claim 5, wherein the width of the latch (202) is greater than the width of the lid body (201) in the second direction, the latch (202) including a folded-down flange that is overlapped on an outer side of both side walls of the latch support (203) at a position corresponding to the latch support (203), the guide hole (205) being formed on the flange.

The cup lid according to claim 5, wherein a lower edge of the second end of the cover main body (201) is provided with a guide groove extending along the first direction, the engaging protrusion (210) includes a cover engaging portion (211) and a cover engaging portion (212) that are connected to each other, the cover engaging portion (212) and the cover engaging portion (211) extend opposite to each other along the second direction, the cover engaging portion (211) abuts against a lower surface of the hook (120), and the cover engaging portion (212) is disposed in the guide groove and is slidable in the guide groove.

The cup lid according to claim 6, wherein the lid body (100) includes a top wall (101) and a side wall (102) extending downward along the top wall (101), a pivot seat (103) is provided on the top wall (101), a first end portion of the pivot seat (103) along the first direction is provided with a shaft hole, an end portion of the pivot portion (2011) is provided with a pivot, the pivot is pivotally disposed in the shaft hole, and the hook (120) is located at a second end portion of the pivot seat (103) opposite to the first end portion.

The lid of claim 4, wherein the latch support (203) is recessed relative to upper surfaces of the drink-through lid closure (2012) and the shaft (2011), the latch (202) is formed as a generally rectangular ring, an upper surface of a first end of the latch (202) is flush with an upper surface of the drink-through lid closure (2012), and the push-pull portion (206) is higher than an upper surface of the lid body (201) such that the push-pull portion (206) is capable of pressing against an upper surface of a second end of the lid body (201) when slid into a latched position.
10. The cup lid according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein a drinking portion is further provided on the cup lid, the drinking portion including a mouthpiece receiving chamber (300) provided on the lid body (100) and a mouthpiece (310) provided in the mouthpiece receiving chamber (300), the mouthpiece receiving chamber (300) being formed in a cylindrical shape and penetrating through a thickness of the lid body (100), a step (301) protruding radially inward being provided at a bottom of the mouthpiece receiving chamber (300), an elastic member (320) being provided around an outer periphery of the mouthpiece (310), a first outer flange (330) being provided around an outer periphery of the mouthpiece (310), the elastic member (320) being provided between the first outer flange (330) and the step (301).

The cup lid according to claim 10, wherein the cup lid further comprises a suction nozzle cover (400), the suction nozzle cover (400) is pivotably provided on the lid body (100) and covers the suction nozzle (310), a suction nozzle cover clamping portion (401) is provided at an end of the suction nozzle cover (400), a switch portion is provided on a side wall (102) of the lid body (100), the switch portion comprises a switch key (104), the switch key (104) and the clamping portion (401) are mutually clamped, a suction nozzle limit ring (340) is provided at an outer periphery of the suction nozzle (310), the suction nozzle limit ring (340) is located below the step (301), and an inner diameter of the suction nozzle limit ring (340) is larger than an inner diameter of the step (301).

The cup lid of claim 11, wherein the spout (310) is peripherally provided with a second outer flange (350), the second outer flange (350) is disposed above the first outer flange (330), a spout seal (360) is disposed between the first outer flange (330) and the second outer flange (350), the spout receiving cavity (300) has upper and lower sections of different diameters, the upper section has a diameter greater than the lower section, the spout seal (360) has an outer diameter greater than an inner diameter of the lower section and less than an inner diameter of the upper section, and the spout seal (360) is disposed in the upper section when the spout (310) is ejected.
13. A cup comprising a cup body and a cap according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
