Thus, the sliding frame 21 does not need to be pulled by hands to move, and time and labor are saved.
When the roller brush 45 moves forward to homogenize the paint brush on the bottom of the circular tube, excess paint falls into the discharge hopper 10 and paint in the discharge hopper 10 falls into the collection tray 22.
