So, rotate the in-process, can avoid the fire window to break away from with placing frame 3 and influence follow-up spraying paint.
Example 3
On the basis of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, the paint sprayer further comprises a shielding mechanism 8, the shielding mechanism 8 comprises a shielding frame 81 and fixing rods 82, please refer to fig. 1 and 7, the fixing rods 82 are symmetrically installed on the left side and the right side of the inner top of the connecting frame 44 in a front-back mode through welding connection, the shielding frame 81 is fixedly connected between the bottom ends of the two fixing rods 82 on the left side and between the bottom ends of the two fixing rods 82 on the right side, the spray pipe 2 penetrates through the middle of the top of the shielding frame 81, and when the shielding frame 81 moves downwards to cover the lower portion of the spray pipe 2, the shielding frame 81 can block floating paint.
Still including actuating mechanism 9, actuating mechanism 9 includes driving motor 91, second bevel gear 92 and lead screw 93, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 8, the middle rotary type in the middle of the left side of the outer top of left side mounting bracket 21 is connected with lead screw 93, the top of lead screw 93 runs through the middle part of left side spacing frame 42, lead screw 93 rotates with spacing frame 42 through the screw and is connected, driving motor 91 is installed in the middle of the outer top right side of left side mounting bracket 21, second bevel gear 92 is all fixed the cover with lead screw 93 lower part to the output shaft tip of driving motor 91, two second bevel gears 92 mesh.
When an operator pulls the connecting frame 44 to move downwards, the connecting frame 44 also drives the fixing rod 82 to move downwards, the fixing rod 82 moves downwards to drive the shielding frame 81 to move downwards, the shielding frame 81 moves downwards to cover the lower part of the spray pipe 2, the spray pipe 2 sprays paint on two sides of the fireproof window, and the shielding frame 81 blocks the flying paint in the paint spraying process. When the operator releases the connecting frame 44, the connecting frame 44 moves upwards to reset, the fixing rod 82 drives the shielding frame 81 to move upwards to reset, and the shielding frame 81 resets and does not block the lower part of the spray pipe 2. Therefore, the situation that the paint is blown out after paint spraying to affect the surrounding environment can be avoided.
After the fireproof window is placed well, a driving motor 91 is started, the driving motor 91 rotates reversely to drive an upper second bevel gear 92 to rotate reversely, the upper second bevel gear 92 rotates reversely to drive a lower second bevel gear 92 to rotate reversely, the lower second bevel gear 92 rotates reversely to drive a screw rod 93 to rotate reversely, the screw rod 93 rotates reversely to drive a left side limiting frame 42 to move downwards through threads, the left side limiting frame 42 drives a connecting frame 44 to move downwards, the connecting frame 44 moves downwards to drive a right side limiting frame 42 to move downwards, so that two spray pipes 2 spray paint on two sides of the fireproof window, after the paint is sprayed on two sides of the fireproof window, the driving motor 91 is started to rotate positively, the driving motor 91 rotates positively to drive the upper second bevel gear 92 to rotate positively, the upper second bevel gear 92 rotates positively, the lower second bevel gear 92 rotates to drive the screw rod 93 to rotate positively, the screw rod 93 rotates positively to drive the left side limiting frame 42 to move upwards through threads to reset, the left-side limiting frame 42 is reset, and the connecting frame 44 drives the right-side limiting frame 42 to move upwards for resetting, so that the driving motor 91 is turned off. Therefore, an operator does not need to pull the connecting frame 44 to move downwards by hands, and time and labor are saved.

The paint spraying device for the bridge-cut-off aluminum alloy fire window as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a rotating mechanism (6) for driving the vertical rod (22) to rotate reversely, wherein the rotating mechanism (6) comprises a transmission component (61), a rotating shaft (62), a one-way clutch (63), a missing bevel gear (64) and a first bevel gear (65), the first bevel gear (65) is fixedly sleeved on the lower portion of the vertical rod (22), the rotating shaft (62) is rotatably connected to the middle portion of the right side mounting frame (21) in a penetrating manner, the missing bevel gear (64) for driving the first bevel gear (65) to rotate reversely is fixedly sleeved on the left end of the rotating shaft (62), the missing bevel gear (64) is meshed with the first bevel gear (65), the one-way clutch (63) is fixedly sleeved on the right side of the rotating shaft (62), the transmission component (61) is connected between the outer side of the one-way clutch (63) and the right side of the rotating rod (52), the transmission component (61) is composed of two belt pulleys and a flat belt, wherein one belt pulley is fixedly sleeved on the right side of the rotating rod (52), the other belt pulley is fixedly sleeved on the outer side of the one-way clutch (63), and the flat belt is wound between the two belt pulleys.
