Abstract
The invention relates to a breast positioning needle with a roller type guide wire moving structure, which comprises: a handle assembly; the guide wire locking structure is used for realizing locking or unlocking between the guide wire and the sliding block; the guide wire moving structure adopts a roller type guide wire moving structure to push the slide block in the locking state, so that the guide wire can be driven to move forwards or backwards; the guide wire locking structure and the guide wire moving structure are disposed in the handle assembly. The guide wire is pushed through the roller, and the guide wire is more labor-saving when being sent out or retracted due to the labor-saving effect of the gear; the handle is difficult to shake during operation, improves the positioning accuracy of seal wire.

Detailed Description
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a breast positioning needle with a sliding mechanism is provided, as shown in fig. 1, the breast positioning needle includes a handle assembly 1, a guide wire locking structure 2 and a guide wire moving structure 3, the guide wire locking structure 2 and the guide wire moving structure 3 are both disposed in the handle assembly 1, in terms of the needle insertion direction, the guide wire locking structure 2 is located at the front end of the handle assembly 1, and the guide wire moving structure 3 is located at the rear end of the handle assembly 1.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the guide wire locking structure 2 includes a slide mechanism 21, an upper slider 22 on which the slide mechanism slides, a lower slider 23 which is engaged with the upper slider, and a guide wire 24 which is positioned between the upper slider and the lower slider. Specifically, the slide mechanism 21 includes a lock button 211 having at least one through-hole 213, and a pin 212, the pin 212 being located in the through-hole 213 and penetrating the lock button 211 and being exposed at one end on both sides of the lock button 211. The upper sliding block 22 is provided with a groove for the guide wire 24 to pass through, and the depth of the groove is smaller than the diameter of the guide wire 24; when the locking button 211 presses the upper slider 22, the guide wire 24 is locked with the upper slider 22 and the lower slider 23. The guidewire 24 may be a flexible, single hook guidewire.
The handle assembly 1 comprises an upper shell 11, a lower shell 12 and a coaxial needle 13; the upper housing 11 and the lower housing 12 can be closed by means of an insertion connection to form a handle body, which is provided with a detachable coaxial pin 13 at one end of the guide wire locking structure 2. The coaxial needle 13 includes a coaxial needle handle 131 and a coaxial needle tube 132, and the coaxial needle tube 132 is inserted into the coaxial needle handle 131 to form the coaxial needle 13. The upper surface of the front end (the end close to the guide wire locking structure 2) of the upper shell 11 is provided with a sliding hole 111 for installing a locking button 211, and two side surfaces are respectively provided with a chute 112; the locking button 211 is clamped on the upper shell 11 through the sliding hole 111 and can move in the sliding hole 111, correspondingly, the upper sliding block 22 is provided with an inclined surface 221 matched with the inclined groove 112, the pin rod 212 is clamped in the inclined grooves 112 on two side surfaces of the upper shell, under the guidance of the inclined grooves 112, the pin rod 212 can perform inclined surface movement on the upper sliding block 22, so that the locking button 211 is pressed or separated from the surface of the upper sliding block 22, the guide wire 24, the upper sliding block 22 and the lower sliding block 23 are in a pressing or loosening state, and the locking or unlocking function of the guide wire 24 and the handle assembly 1 is realized. The upper surface of the rear end of the upper shell 11 is provided with a roller sliding hole 113, and the bottom of the lower shell 12 is provided with a straight groove 121.
The guide wire moving structure 3 is a roller type guide wire moving structure and comprises a roller 31 and a rack 32, the roller 31 is exposed out of the upper shell 11 through a roller sliding hole 113, one side of the roller 31 is provided with a concentric gear 311 meshed with the rack 32, and the upper surface of the front end of the rack 32 is clamped with the lower slider 23; the concentric gear 311 is engaged with the rack gear 32 to drive the rack gear 32 forward or backward. The rack 32 is matched with the straight groove 121 through the lower rack projection 321 at the front end of the rack 32, so that the rack 32 slides in the straight groove 121.
When the breast positioning needle is used, the guide wire 24 and the sliding block are locked or unlocked through the locking button 211, and then the sliding block is driven by the roller 31 to move forwards and backwards, so that the guide wire 24 can move forwards and backwards. The guide wire 24 is kept in a linear state in the coaxial needle 13 before positioning, and after being pushed forward by the roller 31, the end of the guide wire 24 extends out of the coaxial needle 13 and is bent and spirally inserted into a tissue to realize positioning. If the positioning position is found to be wrong, the guide wire 24 can be pulled out backwards through the roller 31, and the guide wire 24 is straightened at the coaxial needle point position and can be withdrawn back into the coaxial needle 13.

a handle assembly;
the guide wire locking structure is used for realizing locking or unlocking between the guide wire and the sliding block;
the guide wire moving structure adopts a roller type guide wire moving structure to push the sliding block in a locking state and is used for driving the guide wire to move forwards or backwards;
the guide wire locking structure and the guide wire moving structure are disposed in the handle assembly.

The breast positioning needle with the roller type guide wire moving structure according to claim 1, wherein the guide wire locking structure comprises a sliding mechanism, an upper sliding block for the sliding mechanism to slide, a lower sliding block matched with the upper sliding block, and a guide wire positioned between the upper sliding block and the lower sliding block, wherein the sliding mechanism, the upper sliding block, the guide wire and the lower sliding block are arranged in the handle assembly from top to bottom in sequence; when the sliding mechanism is positioned on one side of the upper sliding block, the sliding mechanism and the upper sliding block are in a pressing state, so that the locking function between the guide wire and the sliding block is realized; when the sliding mechanism is positioned on the other side of the upper sliding block, the sliding mechanism and the upper sliding block are in a relaxed state, so that the unlocking function between the guide wire and the sliding block is realized.
