The guide wire moving structure 3 is a roller type pushing structure and comprises a roller 31 and a rack 32, the roller 31 is exposed out of the upper shell 11 through a roller sliding hole 113, one side of the roller 31 is provided with a concentric gear 311 meshed with the rack 32, and the upper surface of the front end of the rack 32 is clamped with the lower slider 23; the concentric gear 311 is engaged with the rack gear 32 to drive the rack gear 32 forward or backward. The rack 32 is matched with the straight groove 121 through the lower rack projection 321 at the front end of the rack 32, so that the rack 32 slides in the straight groove 121.
The guide wire moving mechanism may be a roller type pushing mechanism, or may be another mechanism, such as a slider that is in contact with or separated from the guide wire, and moves forward or backward in the case of contact, thereby moving the guide wire by friction.
