Description

Biopsy device and winding firing mechanism and winding method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a biopsy device for sampling living tissues, and particularly relates to a multifunctional full-automatic biopsy device, an upper chord firing mechanism and an upper chord method thereof.
Background
The biopsy device is a medical instrument and is suitable for sampling living tissues of various organs such as liver, kidney, lung, prostate, mammary gland, thyroid and the like, sucking cells and the like. Has the characteristics of simple and quick operation, convenient use, quick sampling and the like.
Since the American Padd company has been leading in the market since it develops and sells biopsy needle products earlier, the Japanese TSK company has also introduced fully automatic biopsy needle products after Batd, giving doctors more choices clinically. The full-automatic biopsy needle can be operated by a single hand, has small winding difficulty, has two holding modes of front and back 2 trigger triggers and transverse holding/straight holding, is convenient for a doctor to select according to actual conditions, is simple and convenient to operate, is rapid to sample, has low risk, and receives the favorable comment of numerous clinicians.
Patent document CN104797200 discloses a biopsy device comprising a cutting cannula mechanism having a cutting cannula and an inner stylet mechanism having an inner stylet coaxial with the cutting cannula. The cocking mechanism is configured to cock the cutting cannula mechanism and the inner stylet mechanism by retracting each of the cutting cannula and the inner stylet in a proximal direction to a cocked position. The trigger device is configured to fire at least one of the inner stylet mechanism and the cutting cannula mechanism to advance the respective at least one of the inner stylet and the cutting cannula in a distal direction from the cocked position. The selector assembly includes a selector switch having an external tab accessible by a user. The selector assembly is configured to select between at least two user-selectable operating modes and at least two user-selectable firing distances.
However, biopsy devices currently on the market also have certain drawbacks, such as: the reliability of the firing device is not high, and the situation that the firing cannot be carried out or the firing is difficult occurs; the firing device is not provided with a safety button, so that the situation of error firing is easy to occur; the inner needle and the outer needle are triggered in a linkage manner, so that the feedback sampling effect of a client is not ideal; moreover, the full-automatic needle can not be used for winding by one hand, and needs to be pulled by two hands to wind, so that the operation is complicated; the product only has one trigger position/trigger button, can not be held transversely, is inconvenient to use and the like. Moreover, there is only one sampling stroke (or full-stroke sampling or full-trough sampling), and when only a small amount of tissue needs to be sampled, the biopsy device with shorter sampling stroke needs to be replaced, which causes inconvenience and increased use cost.

In this embodiment, the front end of the firing link 13 is further provided with a limiting portion 137, when the pushing portion 138 on the firing link 13 pushes the free end of the first arm 152, the pushing portion 138 and the limiting portion 137 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the clamping hole 221, so that the deviation of the front end of the firing link 13 caused by pushing action force can be avoided, the motion stability of the firing link 13 is improved, successful firing is ensured, and the service life is prolonged.
In this embodiment, the elastic body 21, and the first and second arms 152 and 155 are respectively located on the left and right sides of the hooking boss 151 and the escape groove 154. The fixed ends of the first arm 152 and the second arm 155 extend to the position of the escape groove 154. Therefore, the structure is stable, the locking is reliable, the positioning structure formed by the first arm 152 and the second arm 155 has better elasticity, and the service life is longer.
Further preferably, the sampling stroke button 15 is provided with a limit boss for limiting the first slider 6 to move backwards continuously behind the hooking boss 151, and a space for accommodating the hooking protrusion of the first elastic barb 61 is left between the limit boss and the hooking boss 151. Therefore, when the sampling stroke button 15 is in a locked state, the situation that the first sliding block 6 moves backwards and locks the first firing block 16 to be wound to cause non-stroke sampling failure and operation failure can be avoided.
In other embodiments, multiple sampling stroke buttons 15 may also be provided to accommodate taking biopsy specimens of different lengths.
When the biopsy device is not used, as shown in fig. 10, the first slider 6 and the second slider 10 are in an ungrained state, the sampling slot of the needle core 1 is accommodated in the needle tube 2, the safety button 12 locks the firing link 13, and the rear firing button 131 and the side firing button 17 cannot be pressed.
