Abstract

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a perspective view of a negative pressure biopsy needle according to an embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a negative pressure biopsy needle according to an embodiment of the present invention (cross-sectional view perpendicular to the central axis of the button spring); the needle seat of the outer needle 1 of the negative pressure biopsy needle is connected with the front end of the needle cylinder 2, and the needle inserting direction of the biopsy needle points to the front end; the inner needle 3 is fixedly connected to the piston rod 4. The front end of the piston rod 4 is provided with a slide block 41, the middle part of the piston rod 4 is provided with a rod body 42, and the rear end of the piston rod 4 is provided with a pushing part 43; the slider 41 and the rod body 42 are positioned inside the cylinder 2, and the outer diameter of the slider 41 is equal to the inner diameter of the cylinder 2, so that the slider 41 can slide back and forth inside the cylinder 2 to function as a piston head. The locking connecting rod 6 is positioned on the outer surface of the needle cylinder 2 and is parallel to the needle cylinder 2, and the rear end of the locking connecting rod 6 is fixedly connected with the rear end of the piston rod 4. The outer surface of the cylinder 2 is provided with a guide groove 10 extending in the axial direction of the cylinder 2, and the lock link 6 is slidable in the guide groove 10.

An elastic support 11 is arranged between the trigger lever 7 and the outer surface of the needle cylinder 2, and the elastic support 11 comprises a support body 111 and a first elastic arm 112 and a second elastic arm 113 which extend from the support body 111 to the front side and form an included angle. The first elastic arm 112 is pressed against the outer surface of the needle cylinder 2, the end of the second elastic arm 113 is pressed against the trigger lever 7, and the first elastic arm 112 and the second elastic arm 113 have elastic forces which are far away from each other. The elastic support 11 can also be a spring, the two ends of which respectively abut against the outer surface of the needle cylinder 2 and the trigger lever 7. Before the push button 8 is pressed, the rear hook 72 is hooked with the front hook 61 due to the action of the elastic support 11.
A fulcrum 71 is arranged at one side of the middle part of the trigger lever 7 close to the needle cylinder 2; when the button 8 is pressed, the contact 81 presses the front end of the trigger lever 7, so that the trigger lever 7 approaches the needle cylinder 2, and the free end of the second elastic arm 113 adjacent to the trigger lever 7 is pressed toward the needle cylinder 2, the rear end of the trigger lever 7 is lifted (to the right in the view of fig. 4) due to the fulcrum 71, and the rear hook 72 at the rear end of the trigger lever 7 is unhooked from the front hook 61 of the lock link 6. The first elastic arm 112 and the second elastic arm 113 are provided to stably hook the rear hook 72 and the front hook 61 together, and the rear hook 72 and the front hook 61 can be unhooked only by specifically applying a certain force to press the button 8.
In order to improve the use safety, the needle seat of the outer needle 1 is preferably fixedly and non-detachably connected with the front end of the needle cylinder 2. The inner needle 3 is preferably a solid needle, and the solid needle is more convenient to push out the human tissue in the outer needle 1 through the inner needle 3.
The use method of the negative pressure biopsy needle of the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
1. winding: pressing the pushing portion 43 to compress the negative pressure spring 5 causes the lock link 6 to move forward, whereby the front hook 61 and the rear hook 72 of the trigger lever 7 are hooked together.

3. Triggering: when the doctor presses the button 8 with one hand, the rear hook 72 is unhooked from the front hook 61, the piston rod 4 is ejected under the thrust of the negative pressure spring 5, so that negative pressure is generated in the needle cylinder 2, and human tissues in the tubercles are sucked into the outer needle 1.
4. The negative pressure biopsy needle is pulled out, the piston rod 4 is pushed, the cells in the outer needle 1 are pushed out through the inner needle 3, and biopsy sampling is completed.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, when the negative pressure spring 5 is extended and released, the piston rod 4 is pushed to move in the reverse direction of the needle inserting direction, so that negative pressure is generated in the needle cylinder 2.
