and heating the material to be cooked through the target variable pressure power adjusting ratio, and adjusting the cooking pressure of the cooking appliance to the target bumping pressure value until the material to be cooked is cooked.
3. The cooking control method of claim 2, wherein the step of determining a target variable pressure power ratio from a plurality of variable pressure power ratios according to the target pop pressure value comprises:
searching in a preset relation table through the target bumping pressure value, wherein the preset relation table comprises a plurality of bumping pressure values and variable pressure power regulation ratios respectively corresponding to the plurality of bumping pressure values;
and determining a variable pressure power regulation ratio corresponding to the bumping pressure value which is the same as the target bumping pressure value in the bumping pressure values as a target variable pressure power regulation ratio.

The cooking control method of claim 2, wherein the cooking appliance comprises an upper cover assembly, a sealing ring and a pressure relief hole are arranged in the upper cover assembly, and the step of adjusting the cooking pressure of the cooking appliance to the target bumping pressure value comprises:
and controlling a sealing ring of the upper cover assembly to seal or open the pressure relief hole, and controlling the cooking pressure of the cooking appliance to rise until the target bumping pressure value is reached.
5. The cooking control method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining a target bumping pressure value based on the zone information and the magnitude information comprises:
determining an ambient pressure value according to the region information;

6. The cooking control method of claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the area information of the cooking appliance and the magnitude information of the material to be cooked includes:
acquiring regional information of the cooking appliance based on a preset positioning mode;
