An intelligent power protection communication command system based on an aggregation gateway is characterized by comprising: the system comprises a convergence gateway, and an on-site safety operation management and control platform, a unified video monitoring platform, a power transmission visual monitoring platform, a power transformation intelligent operation and maintenance management and control platform and a tunnel pipe gallery comprehensive management and control platform which are all connected with the convergence gateway, wherein the on-site safety operation management and control platform, the unified video monitoring platform, the power transmission visual monitoring platform, the power transformation intelligent operation and maintenance management and control platform and the tunnel pipe gallery comprehensive management and control platform all upload videos and/or images acquired respectively to a panoramic power protection command system through the convergence gateway, and upload audio and video information to an emergency command system through an audio and video matrix in the panoramic power protection command system and display the audio and video information on a display screen of the emergency command system.
2. The intelligent power-conserving communication command system based on the aggregation gateway as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aggregation gateway employs an interface program developed by Web Service and/or an interface program developed by RPC.
3. The intelligent power-conserving communication command system based on aggregation gateway as claimed in claim 2, wherein real-time video information is transmitted using the interface program developed by RPC.
4. The intelligent power-conserving communication command system based on the aggregation gateway as claimed in claim 2, wherein the image information is transmitted by using an interface program developed by the Web Service.

The intelligent power-protection communication command system based on the aggregation gateway as claimed in claim 1, wherein terminal devices deployed in an external network in the field security operation management and control platform, the power transmission visual monitoring platform, the power transformation intelligent operation and maintenance management and control platform and the tunnel pipe gallery comprehensive management and control platform are connected to the aggregation gateway through a VPN channel.
6. The intelligent power-protection communication command system based on the aggregation gateway as claimed in claim 1, wherein the terminal devices deployed in the unified video monitoring platform are connected to the aggregation gateway by using a private optical fiber network.
7. The intelligent power-conserving communication command system based on the aggregation gateway as claimed in claim 1, wherein the display screen is configured to display a single video or multiple videos simultaneously.
8. The intelligent power-conserving communication command system based on the aggregation gateway as claimed in claim 1, wherein the display screen is further configured to display a map-based image display interface, an image carousel interface and an image wall display interface.

The intelligent power-guaranteeing communication command system based on the aggregation gateway as claimed in claim 1, wherein the audio/video matrix is implemented by converting analog actual goods input by multiple channels into digital signals, processing the digital signals, and outputting the analog signals by digital-to-analog conversion.
