Abstract
The invention discloses a carbonization tower installation construction method, which belongs to the technical field of tower equipment installation, wherein a baffle and a knocking barrel for assisting in penetrating a titanium pipe are firstly processed, the titanium pipe is pre-penetrated in corresponding titanium pipe holes at two sides of a water tank, and the baffle is fixed at one side of the water tank; penetrating two O-shaped sealing rings on the other side of the water tank on a titanium pipe, then sleeving a cylinder on the titanium pipe, knocking the tail end of a knocking tube to seal, and then sleeving a thrust pad to finish the fastening of the titanium pipe of the side water tank; then the baffle plate is removed, the baffle plate is installed on one side of the water tank with the fastened titanium pipe again, and an O-shaped sealing ring and a thrust pad are continuously installed on the other side of the water tank with the unfastened titanium pipe; repeating the steps, and installing titanium pipes on all the water tanks; and finally hoisting the carbonization tower equipment in sections. Background
In the integrated project of metal magnesium, the core equipment of the carbonization workshop section of the soda device is a carbonization tower, and the number of the carbonization towers is usually dozens of, and all the carbonization towers are arranged in a carbonization plant. The carbonization tower mainly comprises 1 base, a plurality of sections of water tanks, a plurality of sections of tower rings and 1 top cover, wherein hundreds of titanium pipes need to be penetrated on the opposite side surface of one water tank, and the titanium pipes need to be penetrated in a construction site.
Because the titanium pipes penetrating into the water tank are large in number and need to be sealed, constructors have different using force when sealing the titanium pipes, and the titanium pipes are different in length after being fixed. Therefore, the progress and the tightness of the water tank for penetrating the titanium pipe are one of the key steps of construction.

Detailed Description

Firstly, a baffle and a knocking cylinder for assisting in penetrating the titanium pipe 8 are processed, and the structures of the baffle and the knocking cylinder refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2 respectively.
The baffle includes angle steel connecting piece 1, steel sheet 2 and steel pipe spliced pole 3, and two steel pipe spliced poles 3 vertical fixation are in angle steel connecting piece 1 side surface, and every steel pipe spliced pole 3 respectively is connected with a steel sheet 2. The two ends of the angle steel connecting piece 1 of the baffle are provided with bolt holes corresponding to the connecting holes on the water tank 7. Stud and baffle use together, can dismantle the connection with baffle and 7 sides of water tank.
The knocking barrel comprises a barrel 4 and a knocking barrel pipe 5 fixed at the rear end of the barrel 4, and the barrel 4 can enter a sealing groove 9. The end of the knocking bobbin 5 is connected with a bearing plate 6. When in use, the bearing plate 6 is beaten by an axe or a hammer.

The titanium pipes 8 are pre-arranged in the corresponding titanium pipe holes at two sides of the water tank 7 in a penetrating way, and the baffle is fixed at one side of the water tank 7, so that the titanium pipes 8 are prevented from being uneven in length when being knocked and fastened. Sequentially installing two O-shaped sealing rings 10 on the other side of the water tank 7, respectively penetrating the O-shaped sealing rings 10 on the titanium tube 8 during installation, then sleeving the cylinder 4 of the knocking cylinder on the titanium tube 8, and knocking the tail end of the knocking cylinder tube 5 to seal; then, sleeving the thrust pad 11 to finish fastening the titanium pipe 8 of the side water tank 7; then the baffle plate is removed, the baffle plate is installed on one side of the water tank 7 with the fastened titanium pipe 8 again, and the O-shaped sealing ring 10 and the thrust pad 11 are continuously installed on the other side of the water tank 7 with the unfastened titanium pipe 8.
If the O-ring 10 is found to be loose, a sharp thin iron needle is used to blow air between the two O-rings 10, and the O-rings are tapped again to confirm that the seal is complete and then the thrust pads 11 are inserted.
The above is repeated, and the titanium pipes 8 on all the water tanks 7 are installed.
Treatment of foundations
When the 350t crawler crane is used for hoisting equipment, the bearing capacity per square meter is 48.8KN, 1m thick sand inclusion stones need to be backfilled to the foundation on site to meet hoisting conditions, and a roadbed box needs to be laid below the 350t crawler crane.
And after the titanium pipe 8 is installed, hoisting the carbonization tower equipment in sections.
As the carbonization plant is of a civil structure, the equipment hoisting design determines the number of segments to be hoisted and the performance of the selected crane according to the elevation of each layer of the carbonization plant. Because the field is smaller, 350t crawler crane tower type working condition is selected for actual hoisting, and conflict with civil engineering construction is reduced.
The whole hoisting process is described by taking one section (hereinafter, referred to as hoisting section) of the carbonization tower as an example.
Hoisting in a trial manner: after the hoisting section is assembled at the designated position, the welding inspection of the lifting lug is completed; after the field is processed and the field is qualified through inspection, the 350t crawler crane stands according to the designated position; after the hoisting machine rigging is suspended, the hoisting machine hoists, the hoisting section is hoisted to 200mm away from the prefabricated platform, and after the equipment, the hoisting machine, the hoisting rigging and the lifting lug are checked to be free of abnormal conditions, hoisting is continued.
Formal hoisting: and continuously lifting the 350t crawler crane, continuously lifting the hook when the bottom of the lifting section is higher than surrounding obstacles until the bottom of the lifting section is higher than the in-position elevation by 300mm, stopping rotating the rod by 90 degrees clockwise for the 350t crawler crane until the lifting section is positioned right above the in-position, and finely adjusting the arm rod and the back hook to enable the lifting section to be stably in position.
