本发明涉及外墙外保温用保温材料的生产技技术领域,具体为一种保温一体板及其成型工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高,人们对一些住房的要求也越来越高,为了使室内面积扩大,同时又能让墙体达到良好的保温效果,通常都会在墙体外层建造保温层,以满足人们的需求,但是在建造保温层的过程中发现,建造工序繁杂,费工费料,保温层建造质量不稳定,容易出现脱层,导致使用局限性较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保温一体板及其成型工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种保温一体板,包括装饰面板,所述装饰面板的背面通过胶粘剂固定粘接有保温层板,所述保温层板从上到下依次包括有聚合聚苯板、保温石墨聚苯板以及氨酯保温板,所述聚合聚苯板、保温石墨聚苯板以及氨酯保温板相互之间均通过胶粘剂固定粘接,所述保温层板的外表面包裹有耐碱网格布。
优选的,所述装饰面板采用无机硅钙面板。
优选的,所述胶粘剂采用阻燃聚氨酯胶粘剂。
优选的,所述聚合聚苯板3由包含以下重量份的原料制成:膨胀聚苯颗粒100-130份、硅藻土70-80份、发泡剂3-15份、改性剂2-10份、胶粘剂14-20份、重质碳酸钙80-90份、分散剂4-8份。
优选的,所述保温石墨烯聚苯板4由包含以下重量份的原料制成:聚苯乙烯120-150份、氧化石墨烯50-80份、苯乙烯二甲基硅氧烷醇醚共聚物6-16份、无机填充剂6-8份。
一种保温一体板成型工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、选择合适尺寸的装饰面板、聚合聚苯板、保温石墨聚苯板、氨酯保温板以及耐碱网格布;
S2、将聚合聚苯板、保温石墨聚苯板、氨酯保温板相互通过胶粘剂进行粘接,并通过层压机进行压合固定,层压机压力为0.8-1Mpa,压合时间为2-5h,得到保温层板;
S3、将耐碱网格布固定包裹在保温层板的外部;
S4、在装饰面板的背面涂设胶粘剂,将S3中的保温层板通过层压机再次压合固定,风干冷却后形成保温一体板。
优选的,所述步骤S4中的层压机压力为0.1-0.7Mpa,压合时间为1-1.5h。
优选的,所述步骤S4中风干冷却为自然晾晒。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本保温一体板及其成型工艺使用方便,结构简单,本保温一体板由装饰面板、保温层板以及耐碱网格布构成,保温层板由聚合聚苯板3、保温石墨聚苯板4以及氨酯保温板组成,通过三重保温可提高本保温一体板的保温能力,且在保温层板的外部固定包裹有耐碱网格布,通过耐碱网格布了减少保温层板出现开裂、空鼓、脱落、翘边的情况。

6.根据权利要求5所述的一种保温一体板成型工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、选择合适尺寸的装饰面板(1)、聚合聚苯板(3)、保温石墨聚苯板(4)、氨酯保温板(5)以及耐碱网格布(6);
S2、将聚合聚苯板(3)、保温石墨聚苯板(4)、氨酯保温板(5)相互通过胶粘剂(7)进行粘接,并通过层压机进行压合固定,层压机压力为0.8-1Mpa,压合时间为2-5h,得到保温层板(2);
S3、将耐碱网格布(6)固定包裹在保温层板(2)的外部;
S4、在装饰面板(1)的背面涂设胶粘剂(7),将S3中的保温层板(2)通过层压机再次压合固定,风干冷却后形成保温一体板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种保温一体板及其成型工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中的层压机压力为0.1-0.7Mpa,压合时间为1-1.5h。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种保温一体板及其成型工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中风干冷却为自然晾晒。
