The air flow enters the air filling pipe 142 to fill the floating capsule 141, so that the floating capsule 141 rises along with the water level. In order to avoid always inflating the floating capsule 141, a delay switch may be provided to control the air supply amount of the air pump 18, so as to prevent the floating capsule 141 from exploding due to excessive inflation.
