本发明公开了一种切削液调理剂用组合物及其在切削液中的应用,该组合物含有三羧甲基长链烷基季铵盐的金属盐、蓖麻油酸锌环糊精包合物、偏硼酸钠、吡啶硫酮钠、渗透剂。其中,所述三羧甲基烷基季铵盐的金属盐、蓖麻油酸锌环糊精包合物、偏硼酸钠、吡啶硫酮钠、渗透剂的重量比为1:0.1~0.5:1~5:0.1~0.5:0.005~0.01。本发明的调理剂能显著提高切削液的使用寿命,提高工作效率,降低成本,减少环保压力。本发明的切削液调理剂能有效减轻切削液的腐败及减少更换切削液对环境的污染问题,具有优良的抗腐败性能,加量少,处理过程简单且效果明显,易于推广应用。

技术领域
本发明属于精细化工技术领域,涉及一种切削液调理剂用组合物及其应用,具体地,涉及一种切削液调理剂及其在金属加工液中的应用。
背景技术
近年来水基切削液由于清洁、冷却效果好受到广泛欢迎。然而现有的水基切削液的润滑及防锈性能有待改善,且存在储存后容易发臭等问题,为此经常将其中加入各种辅助添加剂,导致了成本增加、切削液稳定性受到影响。水基金属加工液在使用一段时间后会混杂着油污、细菌、铁屑等杂质,直接排到外界时不仅会对环境的污染与破坏,还使得水基切削液不能得到充分与循环的利用。微生物繁殖会分解切削液的有效组分,同时产生酸性代谢产物侵蚀切削液,尤其厌氧菌还会产生硫化物等恶臭气体,影响工人健康和现场操作环境。机加工现场的那股腐臭味是机加工企业的一个痛点,现场的腐臭味导致漂亮的厂房环境污染严重甚至可能影响职工健康,员工因腐臭味导致离职率高企不下,无法留住熟练的技术骨干,严重影响产品加工质量,加工液的腐臭味、腐蚀、腐败已成为机加工用户最头疼问题,造成加工液不能循环利用,造成严重的环境问题,大大增加。
切削液腐败变质后一般通过添加杀菌剂进行杀菌,抑制腐败变质。然而当切削液变质时间较长,发生严重腐败后,切削液有效组分分解殆尽,仅添加杀菌也不能恢复切削液的正常使用性能。这种情况下终端用户一般都会进行清槽换液。对于单机供液的机床,清槽换液量成本尚可以接受,然而对于大型集中供液系统,整体清槽换液的成本高昂。此时可进行杀菌处理,同时提升碱值,形成抑菌环境,防止短时间内再次生菌,另外补充防锈剂等关键功能组分,弥补切削液的防锈性能,此时对于一般负荷的加工,切削液可基本恢复正常使用。
CN112375614A公开了一种恢复切削液加工性能的组合物、制备方法及其用途。该组合物组分组成:其中碱值保持剂30~50%、防锈剂20~30%、杀菌剂20~30%、软化水10~30%。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,现有技术中存在切削液变质后,丧失原本性能、其制备成本高、不能有效循环;且因对环境易产生污染,废弃时处理成本高的问题,提供一种切削液调理剂用的组合物,该组合物提供了一种为切削液的池边维护方案,终端仅需池边添加该组合物即可实现切削液的杀菌处理以及碱值和防锈性的整体提升,减少换液频次,延长切削液使用寿命,进而减少终端用液成本及废液处理成本的优点。本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种与解决技术问题之一相对应的恢复切削液加工性能的组合物制备方法。本发明所要解决的技术问题之三是提供一种与解决技术问题之一相对应的恢复切削液加工性能的组合物的用途。
为了实现上述目的,一方面,本发明提供了一种切削液调理剂用组合物,该组合物含有三羧甲基烷基季铵盐的金属盐、蓖麻油酸锌环糊精包合物、偏硼酸钠、吡啶硫酮钠、渗透剂;
其中,所述三羧甲基烷基季铵盐的金属盐、蓖麻油酸锌环糊精包合物、偏硼酸钠、吡啶硫酮钠、渗透剂的重量比为1:0.1~0.5:1~5:0.1~0.5:0.005~0.01。

本发明提供的切削液调理剂用组合物,该组合物含有三羧甲基烷基季铵盐的金属盐、蓖麻油酸锌环糊精包合物、偏硼酸钠、吡啶硫酮钠、渗透剂;所述三羧甲基烷基季铵盐的金属盐、蓖麻油酸锌环糊精包合物、偏硼酸钠、吡啶硫酮钠、渗透剂的重量比为1:0.1~0.5:1~5:0.1~0.5:0.005~0.01。
其中,所述三羧甲基烷基季铵盐的金属盐为切削液调理剂用组合物的重要组成成分,发明人在意外之中发现,在处理长期运行的切削液工作,加入该成分,能迅速降低切削液难闻的气味。并有分散功能,提高切削液使用时间。
所述的切削液调理剂用组合物,其中,所述三羧甲基烷基季铵盐的金属盐为具有如下式(I)的化合物:

其中:M为1/2Zn2+;X为Cl、Br;R1选自C1~C18的饱和或不饱和直链烷基,R1可以选自如甲基,乙基,丙基,丁基,庚基,辛基,癸基十二烷基,十四烷基,十六烷基,十八烷基等中的至少一种。具体可以根据原料的来源的难易合理选择。
根据本发明,所使用的三羧甲基烷基季铵盐的金属盐,可以通过常用的化学反应了合成,首先使用氨基三乙酸(NTA)与氧化锌反应,制备中间产物氨基三乙酸锌,然后使用氯化长链烷基与中间产物进行季铵化反应,制备季铵盐的金属盐。或者先使用氯化长链烷基和氨基三乙酸进行季铵化反应,然后与氧化锌进行反应,制备季铵盐的金属盐。或者使用长链烷基胺和氯乙酸反应后,再与氧化锌反应制备。
根据本发明,所使用蓖麻油酸锌环糊精包合物,为蓖麻油酸锌β-环糊精包合物,不但可以提高蓖麻油酸锌在水中的溶解度,还可以显著消除切削液的异味,并在在切削液中可以起到润滑作用,降低切削液在切削高温条件下有效组分的分解,减少生成副产物的危害。蓖麻油酸锌β-环糊精包合物可以通过常用的方法制取。蓖麻油酸锌和β-环糊精形成物质量摩尔比1:1的包合物。
根据本发明,所述偏硼酸钠是组合物中的重要组成成分,通过其的pH缓冲作用,消除切削过程中高温分解的小分子有机酸,减小对工件的腐蚀造成的工件发黑,泛白,提高加工的质量。
根据本发明,所述吡啶硫酮钠为组合物的重要成分,能够对工作期间或间隙间,维持工作液不变质不腐败,减少微生物的繁殖。特别是在碱性条件下,能维持长久的抑制微生物生长的活性。
根据本发明,所述渗透剂能提高切削液调理剂的渗透性,降低相接触面的表面张力,优选选自HLB值为6-15的烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚和/或聚丙二醇聚乙二醇嵌段聚醚,2-乙基己基硫酸钠,N-甲基吡咯烷酮,N-十二烷基氮酮中的至少一种。
根据本发明,所述切削液调理剂用组合物可以通过现有的各种方法获得,例如可以将形成所述切削液调理剂的原料按照前述比例混合均匀而制得,因此本发明对所述混合的步骤和条件无特殊要求。为方便使用并促进各个组分混合均匀,将各个组分按照上述比例混合之后,还可以添加一定量的稀释用溶剂(优选水),将切削液调理剂配制成一定浓度的药剂备用。
本发明中,所述切削液调理剂用组合物的含量可以为本领域常规的量,优选地,以所述调理剂剂的总重量为基准,所述切削液调理剂的用量为0.5-30重量%,更优选为10~20重量%。需要说明的是,在未做相反说明的情况下,本发明中切削液调理剂的用量均仅涉及除溶剂外的组分(有效成分)的重量。
以下将通过实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
以下实施例中,合成例1用来说明三羧甲基烷基季铵盐的金属盐的合成,实施例1-4切削液调理剂及其制备方法。实施例中使用的“有效含量”是指除溶剂以外的组分的重量占溶液总重量的百分比;实施例和对比例中用到的试剂如下所示:
十二烷基氯、十四烷基氯、十八烷基氯、氨三乙酸、氧化锌、2-乙基己基硫酸钠、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N-十二烷基氮酮、偏硼酸钠(以上均为AR,国药集团化学试剂有限公司),HLB值为6-15的烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚(如商品名为MOA-7、MOA-9)、聚丙二醇聚乙二醇嵌段聚醚(如商品名为L61、L64)、吡啶硫酮钠(为工业品,佛山市丽源化工有限公司),蓖麻油酸锌β-环糊精包合物(自制)。
合成例1
三羧甲基十二烷基氯化铵的锌盐的合成
在配有电磁搅拌子,温度计,回流管的250ml的三口烧瓶中,加入0.01mol的氨三乙酸,0.015mol氧化锌,100ml蒸馏水,在95-105℃下反应0.5~1小时,反应液由固液两相,逐渐变为均匀的单一液相,然后加入0.01mol十二烷基氯,继续反应0.5~1小时,最后油相消失,反应液为均匀液体,减压蒸馏出水分,干燥得白色固体,简称为A-I。
合成例2按照合成例1步骤,除了用十四烷基氯代替十二烷基氯,产物简称为A-II。
合成例3按照合成例1步骤,除了用十八烷基氯代替十二烷基氯,产物简称为A-III。
实施例1
称取1.0g A-I,0.3g蓖麻油酸锌β-环糊精包合物,3.0g偏硼酸钠,0.3g吡啶硫酮钠,0.01g MOA-7最后用蒸馏水稀释成15%的溶液,搅拌均匀。
实施例2
称取1.0g A-II,0.1g蓖麻油酸锌β-环糊精包合物,1.0g偏硼酸钠,0.5g吡啶硫酮钠,0.005g N-甲基吡咯烷酮,最后用蒸馏水稀释成15%的溶液,搅拌均匀。
实施例3
称取1.0g A-III,0.5g蓖麻油酸锌β-环糊精包合物,5.0g偏硼酸钠,0.1g吡啶硫酮钠,0.01g 2-乙基己基硫酸钠,最后用蒸馏水稀释成15%的溶液,搅拌均匀。
实施例4
称取1.0g A-I,0.4g蓖麻油酸锌β-环糊精包合物,2.0g偏硼酸钠,0.4g吡啶硫酮钠,0.01g L64,最后用蒸馏水稀释成15%的溶液,搅拌均匀。
对比例1
按照CN112375614A实施例1制备,使用浓度0.5%。
对比例2
投加常用杀菌剂异噻唑啉酮14%,常规浓度10mg/L。
测试例1
分别对实施例1-4和对比例1-5所得的切削液调理剂的性能进行现场评价,共测试了某机械加工中心七台车床使用的切削液,试验情况见表1。

从表1的评价试验结果可以看出,本发明的切削液调理剂具有很好的控制切削工作液的腐败性能,添加本发明的切削液调理剂后,从原来连续运行7天时间,提高到25天以上,提高了工作效率,减少故障发生,因此,本发明的的切削液调理剂能显著提高切削液的使用寿命的要求。

Claims (7)

1.一种切削液调理剂用组合物,其特征在于,该组合物含有三羧甲基烷基季铵盐的金属盐、蓖麻油酸锌环糊精包合物、偏硼酸钠、吡啶硫酮钠、渗透剂;
其中,所述三羧甲基烷基季铵盐的金属盐、蓖麻油酸锌环糊精包合物、偏硼酸钠、吡啶硫酮钠、渗透剂的重量比为1:0.1~0.5:1~5:0.1~0.5:0.005~0.01。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切削液调理剂用组合物,其特征在于,所述三羧甲基烷基季铵盐的金属盐为具有如下式(I)的化合物:

其中:M为1/2Zn2+;X为Cl;R1选自C8~C18的饱和或不饱和直链烷基,R1优选自十二烷基,十四烷基,十六烷基,十八烷基中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的切削液调理剂用组合物,其特征在于,所述蓖麻油酸锌环糊精包合物为蓖麻油酸锌与β-环糊精形成的包合物,主客体物质量摩尔比例为1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的切削液调理剂用组合物,其特征在于,所述渗透剂选自HLB值为6-15的烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚和/或聚丙二醇聚乙二醇嵌段聚醚,2-乙基己基硫酸钠,N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的至少一种。
5.一种切削液调理剂,所述切削液调理剂含有切削液调理剂用组合物和水,其特征在于,所述切削液调理剂用组合物为权利要求1-4中的任意一项所述的切削液调理剂用组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的切削液调理剂切削液调理剂,其特征在于,所述切削液调理剂用组合物的含量为5~30重量%,优选为10~20重量%。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的切削液调理剂在在切削工作液中的应用。
