Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the supporting guide mechanism 20 further includes a second supporting guide mechanism 2220 connected to the first lifting mechanism 60. The second material supporting guide mechanism 2220 is provided with a second material supporting guide plate 221, and the second material supporting guide plate 221 abuts against the middle part of the top edge of the folded box 50.
Specifically, the second supporting guide 221 has bent portions 2211 bent away from the conveying mechanism 10 at both ends in the conveying direction. Or, one end of the second material supporting guide plate 221, which is far away from the foremost folded box 50, is provided with a bending portion 2211, the other end of the second material supporting guide plate 221 is in a flat state, and the bending portion 2211 arranged on the second material supporting guide plate 221 plays a role in guiding, so that the folded box 50 can smoothly pass through the second material supporting guide mechanism 2220.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the feeding device for the folded box 50 further includes a second lifting mechanism 92. The second lifting mechanism 92 is disposed on the frame 70, the second lifting mechanism 92 is connected to the conveying mechanism 10, and the second lifting mechanism 92 is used for lifting the conveying mechanism 10. Thus, when the second lifting mechanism 92 drives the conveying mechanism 10 to lift, the conveying mechanism 10 correspondingly drives the folding boxes 50 placed thereon to lift and adjust the height position, so that the folding boxes 50 with different height dimensions can be supplied outwards, and the height position of the folding boxes 50 output outwards meets the requirements of subsequent equipment.
It should be noted that, the second lifting mechanism 92 is similar to the first lifting mechanism 60, and the specific structural forms are many, including but not limited to a motor screw driving form, a motor gear and rack driving form, a motor belt driving form, a hydraulic cylinder, an air cylinder, an electromagnetic driving form, and the like, and can be flexibly selected and adjusted according to actual requirements, which is not limited herein. In this embodiment, the second lifting mechanism 92 is provided with a second adjusting handle 921, and the second adjusting handle 921 is rotated to drive the related transmission gear to rotate, so as to adjust the two conveying mechanisms 10 to lift and move synchronously.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the feeding device for folding boxes 50 further includes a width adjusting mechanism 93 disposed between the conveying mechanism 10 and the second lifting mechanism 92. The number of the conveying mechanisms 10 is two, and the two conveying mechanisms 10 are arranged in parallel at intervals and used for supporting and conveying the folded boxes 50. The width adjusting mechanisms 93 are respectively connected to the two conveying mechanisms 10, and are used for adjusting the distance between the two conveying mechanisms 10 (as indicated by an arrow N shown in fig. 3). In this way, the width adjustment mechanism 93 drives the two conveying mechanisms 10 to move relative to each other, so that the distance between the two conveying mechanisms 10 can be adjusted, the folding box 50 with different width dimensions can be adapted, and the performance of the feeding device can be improved.
It should be noted that the specific structural form of the width adjusting mechanism 93 is many, including but not limited to a motor screw driving form, a motor gear and rack driving form, a motor belt driving form, a hydraulic cylinder, an air cylinder, an electromagnetic driving form, and the like, and can be flexibly selected and adjusted according to actual requirements, which is not limited herein. In one embodiment, the width adjusting mechanism 93 is provided with a third adjusting handle 931, and the adjustment of the spacing between the two conveying mechanisms 10 is achieved by rotating the third adjusting handle 931 to drive the associated transmission gears to rotate.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, a third material supporting guide 2320 is disposed on the conveying mechanism 10. The third material supporting guide mechanism 2320 is provided with a third material supporting guide plate, and the third material supporting guide plate is abutted against the side edge of the folding box 50. Specifically, the third material supporting guide 2320 is provided on each of the two conveying mechanisms 10.
It should be noted that the conveying mechanism 10 specifically includes a bracket, two driving wheels 11 disposed on the bracket, a transmission element connecting the two driving wheels 11, and a second driving member driving the driving wheels 11 to rotate. The drive elements include, but are not limited to, drive belts, drive chains, drive cords, and the like. The second driving member includes, but is not limited to, a pneumatic cylinder, a motor, etc., as long as it can drive the driving wheel 11 to rotate. In addition, the conveying mechanism 10 may be designed in other configurations as long as the folding box 50 can be driven to move forward.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 5 is a schematic view of a feeding device for folding boxes 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 6 shows an enlarged structural view at C of fig. 5. In one embodiment, the feeding apparatus of the folded box 50 further comprises a second nip mechanism 94. The second pressing mechanism 94 includes an elastic connecting member 941 and a second pressing member 942, the elastic connecting member 941 is connected to the conveying mechanism 10 and the second pressing member 942, and the second pressing member 942 presses on the rearmost foldable box 50. Thus, the elastic connecting member 941 can provide elastic force to press the second material pressing member 942 on the rearmost foldable box 50 with a certain pressure, so as to prevent the rearmost foldable box 50 from tilting to the rear side, and ensure that the foldable boxes 50 on the conveying mechanism 10 are regularly arranged and stably output forward one by one.
In one embodiment, the elastic coupling 941 includes, but is not limited to, a tension spring, a spring balancer, and the like.
In one embodiment, as the folded boxes 50 are gradually taken out from the conveying mechanism 10, the folded boxes 50 are gradually moved forward, and in order to allow the second pressing member 942 to synchronously and stably move forward along the conveying direction and press on the folded boxes 50, a guide rail 12 arranged along the conveying direction is provided on the conveying mechanism 10, and the second pressing member 942 is slidably arranged on the guide rail 12.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, a boxing apparatus includes a supply device for folding boxes 50 according to any one of the above embodiments.
The boxing apparatus comprises the feeding device for the folding box 50, so that technical effects are brought by the feeding device for the folding box 50, and beneficial effects of the feeding device for the folding box 50 include beneficial effects, which are not described herein again.
In one embodiment, the boxing apparatus further comprises unpacking means. The box opening device comprises a taking mechanism (not shown) for taking the frontmost folded box 50 on the conveying mechanism 10.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, a method for supplying a folded box 50, which uses the supply device for a folded box 50 of any one of the above embodiments, includes the following steps:
a box taking step, namely pressing the folded box 50 through the first pressing mechanism 30, driving the first material blocking part 41 to move and loosen the frontmost folded box 50 without pressing the frontmost folded box 50 by the first pressing mechanism 30, and taking away the frontmost folded box 50;
and (3) resetting, namely after the foremost folded box 50 is taken away, driving the first pressing mechanism 30 to release the folded box 50, driving the first material blocking piece 41 to move to the front of the running direction of the folded box 50, and driving the folded box 50 to run forwards by the conveying mechanism 10, so that the conveying mechanism 10 is stopped after the folded box 50 runs to the position abutting against the first material blocking piece 41.
The supply method of the folding box 50 can improve the automation degree, reduce the labor cost and improve the working efficiency.
In one embodiment, the method for feeding the folded boxes 50 further comprises a box storing step, which is performed before the box taking step, and at least two folded boxes 50 stacked in sequence along the conveying direction are stored on the conveying mechanism 10, and the folded box 50 positioned at the forefront on the conveying mechanism 10 is stopped by the first material blocking member 41 through the abutting engagement of the material holding guide mechanism 20 with the side edge of the folded box 50.
All possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments may not be described for the sake of brevity, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present disclosure as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (11)

1. A supply of folded boxes, characterized in that it comprises:
a conveying mechanism for conveying at least two folded boxes stacked together in sequence along a conveying direction thereof;
the material supporting guide mechanism is in abutting fit with the side edge of the folded box so as to guide the folded box running along the conveying direction;
the first pressing mechanism is used for pressing and loosening the folded box, and when the first pressing mechanism presses the folded box, the folded box pressed by the first pressing mechanism is positioned on the conveying mechanism; and
the first material blocking mechanism is provided with a first material blocking part capable of blocking the folding box at the forefront to move forwards along the conveying direction.
2. The apparatus for feeding a folded box according to claim 1, wherein the first pressing mechanism is provided with a first pressing member, the first pressing member and the first material blocking member are provided with a space along the conveying direction, the space is defined as s, the thickness of the folded box is defined as d, and d ≦ s <2d;
the first pressing mechanism further comprises a first driving piece, the first driving piece is connected with the first pressing piece, and the first driving piece is used for driving the first pressing piece to move towards and away from the direction of the folding box.
3. The supply of folded boxes of claim 1, wherein the first striker is for stopping at a top end of a forwardmost folded box; the feeding device of the folding box further comprises at least one second material stopping mechanism, and the second material stopping mechanism is provided with a second material stopping piece used for stopping the bottom end and/or the side part of the folding box at the forefront.
4. The supply of folded boxes of claim 1, further comprising a first lifting mechanism; the first lifting mechanism is respectively connected with the first material pressing mechanism and the first material blocking mechanism; the material supporting guide mechanism further comprises a first material supporting guide mechanism, and the first lifting mechanism is further connected with the first material supporting guide mechanism.
5. The apparatus for supplying folded boxes of claim 4, further comprising a frame and mounting beam; the first lifting mechanism is arranged on the rack and connected with the mounting cross beam and used for driving the mounting cross beam to lift, and the first material pressing mechanism, the first material blocking mechanism and the first material supporting guide mechanism are arranged on the mounting cross beam in a position-adjustable manner.
6. The apparatus for supplying folded boxes according to claim 5, wherein the first holding guide is provided with a first holding guide plate which interferes with the side edge and/or the top edge of the folded box;
the feeding device of the folding box further comprises a third material blocking mechanism, the third material blocking mechanism is arranged on the first material supporting guide mechanism, and the third material blocking mechanism is provided with a third material blocking part used for blocking the side part of the folding box at the forefront;
the material supporting and guiding mechanism further comprises a second material supporting and guiding mechanism connected with the first lifting mechanism, the second material supporting and guiding mechanism is provided with a second material supporting and guiding plate, and the second material supporting and guiding plate is abutted to the middle of the top edge of the folding box.
7. The supply of folded boxes of claim 5, further comprising a second lifting mechanism; the second lifting mechanism is arranged on the rack and connected with the conveying mechanism, and the second lifting mechanism is used for lifting the conveying mechanism.
8. The apparatus for supplying folded boxes of claim 7, further comprising a width adjustment mechanism disposed between the conveyor mechanism and the second elevator mechanism; the two conveying mechanisms are arranged in parallel at intervals and used for supporting and conveying the folding boxes; the width adjusting mechanism is respectively connected with the two conveying mechanisms and used for adjusting the distance between the two conveying mechanisms.
9. The apparatus for feeding a folded box of claim 1, further comprising a second tucker mechanism; the second pressing mechanism comprises an elastic connecting piece and a second pressing piece, the elastic connecting piece is respectively connected with the conveying mechanism and the second pressing piece, and the second pressing piece is pressed on the rearmost folding box.
10. A boxing apparatus comprising a supply of folded boxes as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
11. A method of feeding folded boxes, using a device for feeding folded boxes according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
a box taking step, pressing the folded box through a first pressing mechanism, driving a first material blocking piece to move and loosen the folded box at the forefront without being pressed by the first pressing mechanism, and taking the folded box at the forefront;
and resetting, after the folding box at the forefront is taken away, driving the first material pressing mechanism to loosen the folding box, driving the first material blocking piece to move to the front of the running direction of the folding box, and driving the folding box to run forwards by the conveying mechanism, so that the conveying mechanism is stopped after the folding box runs to a position abutted against the first material blocking piece.
