Nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, fluorine rubber, chlorohydrin rubber, polyurethane rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber and the like are all objects selected from oil-resistant rubber materials in the rubber industry, wherein the nitrile rubber is still the first choice for various oil-resistant adhesive tape products. The adhesion problem of the nitrile butadiene rubber and the 9211 nylon silk is based on the adhesion interface theory, the adhesion interface state is extremely complex, and the adhesion interface state depends on the chemical property of the surface of the fabric besides the structure of the yarn. According to the chemical structure analysis of textiles, amide groups of the 9211 nylon silk can interact with resorcinol and formaldehyde condensation compounds to form chemical bonds, so that high bonding strength is obtained between rubber and the 9211 nylon silk, and the reaction is as follows:
therefore, according to the theory, in order to solve the problem of adhesion of the nitrile rubber and the 9211 silk, phenolic resin with good heat resistance is selected in the formula for experiments, and the tackifying effect of the phenolic resin 2123 is obvious through experimental screening and positioning.
2123 the phenolic resin is a thermoplastic resin obtained by condensation polymerization of phenol and formaldehyde in an acidic medium. Since the molecules do not contain hydroxymethyl groups and cannot be further condensed to form a body-shaped structure, formaldehyde or a formaldehyde donor such as trichloroformaldehyde, hexamethylenetetramine, paraformaldehyde and the like must be used as a curing agent. (2) Cutting: performing quality inspection on the surface of the calendered double-sided attached adhesive tape which is parked for 12 hours, wherein the adhesive tape is not allowed to have the phenomena of perforation, fabric fracture, air bubbles and cloth exposure, the inspection standard is executed according to (Q/TT.J3207.18-2018), and the adhesive tape which is qualified through inspection is cut according to the requirements of drawing specification and model to prepare for molding;
(3) Molding: the lapping width of the capsule main body adhesive tapes is 25 (+/-5) mm, the body-head lapping is 20mm, after the lapping area of the capsule main body adhesive tapes and the inner and outer sealing adhesive tapes are cleaned by a solvent (ethyl acetate), the central line of the capsule pasting part is simultaneously adjusted by a novel hot pressing machine station to align with the central lines of an upper heating plate and a lower heating plate, the distortion and dislocation are not allowed, no crease and air bubble are generated on the surface, after the capsules are placed, the hot pressing machine is immediately started, the hot pressing machine station is provided with the upper heating plate and the lower heating plate, and the adhesive tapes with certain compression deformation, excellent aging resistance and excellent high temperature resistance are paved on the upper heating plate and the lower heating plate, and the thickness of the adhesive tapes is 10mm; the hot pressing process conditions of the lap joint part of the adhesive tape of the capsule main body are 80-85 ℃ for 3 minutes, after hot pressing combination, the upper heating plate automatically rises to remove the heating surface, and the capsule is taken out. And (4) carrying out appearance quality inspection on the heated part, and transferring to the next procedure for vulcanization after defects are found and repaired in time to prepare the final rubber bag.

(3) Molding: the lapping width of the capsule main body rubberized fabric is 25mm, and the body-head lapping width is 20mm; after cleaning the lapping area of the capsule main body adhesive tape and the inner and outer sealing adhesive tapes by using a solvent (ethyl acetate), simultaneously adjusting the central line of the pasting part of the capsule to be aligned with the central lines of the upper heating plate and the lower heating plate at a station of a novel hot pressing machine, not allowing distortion and dislocation, not obtaining wrinkles and bubbles on the surface, immediately starting the hot pressing machine after the capsule is placed, wherein the station of the hot pressing machine is provided with an upper heating plate and a lower heating plate, and the upper heating plate and the lower heating plate are paved with adhesive tapes with certain compression deformation and excellent aging resistance and high temperature resistance, and the thickness of the adhesive tapes is 10mm; the hot pressing process conditions of the lap joint part of the capsule main body rubberized fabric are 80-85 ℃ for 3 minutes, after hot pressing combination, the upper heating plate automatically rises to remove the heating surface, and the capsule is taken out. And (4) performing appearance quality inspection on the heating part, and transferring to the next procedure for vulcanization after the defect is found and repaired in time to prepare the final rubber bag.
Example 2.

(3) Molding: the lapping width of the capsule main body adhesive tape is 25mm, the body-head lapping is 20mm, after the lapping area of the capsule main body adhesive tape and the inner and outer sealing adhesive tapes are cleaned up by a solvent (ethyl acetate), the central line of the capsule pasting position is simultaneously adjusted to align with the central lines of the upper and lower heating plates by the novel hot pressing machine, the distortion and dislocation are not allowed, no crease and air bubble are generated on the surface, after the capsule is placed, the hot pressing machine is opened at once, the station of the hot pressing machine is provided with an upper heating plate and a lower heating plate, certain compression deformation and excellent aging resistance are realized on the upper and lower heating plates, and the thickness of the rubber plate with high temperature resistance is 10mm. And (3) carrying out hot pressing process conditions of lap joint parts of the rubber fabric of the capsule main body at 80-85 ℃ for 3 minutes, after hot pressing combination, automatically lifting the upper heating plate to remove the heating surface, taking out the capsule, carrying out appearance quality inspection on the heating part, and turning to the next procedure for vulcanization after defects are found to be repaired in time to prepare the final rubber capsule.

(3) Molding: the lapping width of the capsule main body rubberized fabric is 25mm, and the body-head lapping width is 20mm; after a bonding surface of a lap joint area of a capsule main body adhesive tape and inner and outer sealing adhesive tapes is cleaned up by a solvent (ethyl acetate), a novel hot pressing machine station simultaneously adjusts the central line of a capsule bonding part to be aligned with the central lines of an upper heating plate and a lower heating plate, distortion and dislocation are not allowed, no crease and air bubbles are generated on the surface, after the capsule is placed, a hot pressing machine is immediately started, the hot pressing machine station is provided with an upper heating plate and a lower heating plate, and the thickness of the adhesive tape with certain compression deformation and excellent aging resistance and high temperature resistance is 10mm by paving the upper heating plate and the lower heating plate; hot pressing at the lap joint of the main body of the capsule and the adhesive tape for 3 minutes at 80-85 ℃, automatically lifting the upper heating plate to remove the heating surface after hot pressing and combination, and taking out the capsule; and (4) carrying out appearance quality inspection on the heated part, and transferring to the next procedure for vulcanization after defects are found and repaired in time to prepare the final rubber bag.

The process for integrally forming the rubber bag coating and tackifying layer of the transformer oil conservator according to claim 1, wherein the process parameters of the knife coater in the step 2 are the gap distance between the scraper and the textile fabric is an inclined edge with the width of 4-6mm, the temperature is 100-110 ℃, and the roller speed is 10-12 m/min.
