In a fifth aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the waterproof system, the method comprising: and coating the coating layer on the surface of the base layer, and coating one surface of the high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, which is coated with the lower cladding reinforcing layer, on the coating layer to obtain the waterproof system.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the lower cladding enhancement layer of the high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material provided by the invention is made of non-woven fabrics instead of polyethylene film isolation materials of conventional coiled materials, so that the tensile strength, the tearing strength and the perforation resistance of the coiled material can be greatly improved, the high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material structure can be applied and constructed in a composite way with a coating layer, non-cured coating can permeate the lower cladding enhancement layer and then be cured to form a waterproof system, and a novel 'one-roll-cloth-one-coating' waterproof system with high strength, tearing resistance and puncture resistance is manufactured.
(2) The waterproof system is simple, convenient and quick in the construction application process, high in construction efficiency, capable of realizing one-time construction forming, capable of meeting the I-level waterproof grade requirement, saving labor cost in construction, safe, environment-friendly and energy-saving in cold bonding construction.
(3) The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, which relates to the processes of uncoiling, drying and surface activation of a lower cladding reinforcing layer, ensures the bonding of a non-woven fabric of the lower cladding reinforcing layer and a lower surface modified asphalt coating layer, and is more beneficial to the hydrophilic bonding of the non-woven fabric fiber yarns of the lower cladding reinforcing layer in the composite application construction with a coating layer.
(4) The high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material has strong applicability to application and construction environments, can be applied to roof I-grade waterproof engineering and basement bottom plate pre-paving anti-sticking waterproof systems, and is more suitable for important waterproof engineering projects, in particular to railway, bridge and tunnel and other waterproof projects.

The invention provides a high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, which comprises an upper surface isolation material layer, an upper surface modified asphalt coating layer, a middle reinforcement layer, a lower surface modified asphalt coating layer and a lower surface reinforcement layer which are sequentially arranged;
the lower cladding reinforcing layer is non-woven fabric.
According to the present invention, preferably, the nonwoven fabric is a polypropylene nonwoven fabric, a polyester nonwoven fabric or a polypropylene nonwoven fabric; the diameter of the fiber filaments of the non-woven fabric is 1-10 mu m, and the fiber lapping amount is 50-250g by weight.
In the present invention, the lower clad reinforcement layer is prepared by a method comprising the steps of: and carrying out high-temperature melt-blowing, lapping and hot-rolling molding on the raw materials such as polypropylene, terylene or polypropylene and the like to obtain the lower cladding reinforcement layer.
According to the invention, preferably, the upper covering isolating material layer comprises an upper covering isolating film and a lap joint edge film arranged at one end of the upper covering isolating film.

The high polymer modified asphalt material can also be a high polymer modified asphalt material comprising the following components: 60-65 parts of petroleum asphalt, 8-14 parts of SBS, 3-5 parts of SIS, 3-5 parts of tackifying resin, 3-5 parts of cross-linking agent, 3-5 parts of anti-aging agent and 5-15 parts of inorganic filler; the high polymer modified asphalt material is prepared by the following steps: heating the petroleum asphalt to 160-165 ℃, then uniformly mixing the heated petroleum asphalt with the SBS and the SIS, wherein the swelling time of the SBS and the SIS in the petroleum asphalt is 10-15min, and then homogenizing for 1.5-2h at 185-195 ℃ to obtain a first mixture; mixing and stirring the first mixture, the tackifying resin and the crosslinking agent at 180-190 ℃ for 30-50min to obtain a second mixture; mixing and stirring the second mixture and the anti-aging agent for 10-20min to obtain a third mixture; mixing and stirring the third mixture and the inorganic filler for 50-60min to obtain the high polymer modified asphalt material;

The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, which comprises the following steps:
s1: preparing the intermediate reinforcement layer;
s2: respectively coating the coating material of the upper surface modified asphalt coating layer and the coating material of the lower surface modified asphalt coating layer on the upper surface and the lower surface of the middle reinforcement body layer, and cooling to obtain a modified asphalt-coated reinforcement body layer;
s3: covering the upper surface of the modified asphalt reinforcement layer with the upper covering surface isolation film, and arranging the lapping edge film at one end of the upper covering surface isolation film; carrying out water absorption and blow-drying treatment on the lower surface of the modified asphalt-coated reinforcement layer, and adhering the lower cladding reinforcement layer which is sequentially subjected to unfolding, drying and surface activation treatment to the lower surface of the modified asphalt-coated reinforcement layer which is subjected to water absorption and blow-drying treatment to obtain a modified asphalt coiled material precursor;

the preparation method of the intermediate reinforcement layer comprises the following steps: sequentially carrying out unfolding, drying, presoaking and squeezing treatment on the tire base to obtain an intermediate reinforcement layer;
the drying treatment adopts an electromagnetic heating air conduction heating mode, and the drying temperature is 180-190 ℃;

In the invention, in the step S1 and the step S3, the damping driving frequency of the unfolding processing and the whole production line frequency of the preparation method of the high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material are kept synchronous.
The third aspect of the invention provides the application of the high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material in a waterproof system.
The invention provides a waterproof system, which comprises a coating layer and the high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.
According to the present invention, preferably, the coating layer is a high-strength rubber asphalt coating layer or a polyurethane layer, and the high-strength rubber asphalt coating layer is a high-strength rubber asphalt coating layer melted into a liquid state.
In the invention, the high-strength rubber asphalt coating layer which is melted into the liquid state refers to that the high-strength rubber asphalt coating is heated to 120 ℃ and melted into the liquid state.
In a fifth aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the waterproof system, the method comprising: and coating the coating layer on the surface of the base layer, and coating one surface of the high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, which is coated with the lower cladding reinforcing layer, on the coating layer to obtain the waterproof system.

Example 6
The embodiment provides a preparation method of the high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof roll, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
s1: preparation of the intermediate reinforcement layer 4: unfolding the base, drying the base by adopting an electromagnetic heating air conduction heating mode, immersing the dried base into a pre-soaking pool, soaking the dried base into pre-soaking asphalt, and squeezing the residual impregnated asphalt to obtain an intermediate reinforcement layer 4;
the drying temperature is 185 ℃;
the temperature of the pre-dipping treatment is 190 ℃, and the viscosity (180 ℃) of the pre-dipping asphalt is 10 dPa & S.
S2: respectively coating the coating material of the upper surface modified asphalt coating layer 3 and the coating material of the lower surface modified asphalt coating layer 5 on the upper surface and the lower surface of the middle reinforcement body layer 4, and then putting the middle reinforcement body layer into a cooling water bed for cooling to obtain a modified asphalt-coated reinforcement body layer;
the device used for coating comprises an oil coating pool, and the film coating temperature of the coating material of the upper surface modified asphalt coating layer 3 and the film coating temperature of the coating material of the lower surface modified asphalt coating layer 5 are both 170 ℃; the cooling mode is circulating water cooling, and the cooling temperature is 35 ℃.

the blow-drying treatment method is an air knife blowing process, the device of the air knife blowing process comprises a high-pressure air blower and an air knife, the width of the air knife is 1.1m, the seam width of the air knife is 2mm, the included angle between the air knife and the running direction of the lower surface of the modified asphalt-coated reinforcement layer is 25 degrees, and the surface distance between the air knife and the lower surface of the modified asphalt-coated reinforcement layer is 1 cm;
the drying treatment adopts an electromagnetic heating air conduction heating mode, and the drying temperature is 85 ℃;
the method for surface activation treatment comprises the following steps: spraying solvent-free single-component glue on the surface of the dried lower cladding surface reinforcing layer 6 facing the lower surface of the modified asphalt-coated reinforcing body layer; the solvent-free single-component glue is MDI-100(4, 4' -MDI) prepolymer;
the film coating temperature of the lower cladding surface enhancement layer 6 sequentially subjected to the unfolding, drying and surface activation treatment is 75 ℃.
In step S1 and step S3, the damping driving frequency of the unwinding process is synchronized with the entire production line frequency of the manufacturing method of the high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproof roll.
S4: and (3) sequentially carrying out roller cooling setting, rolling and cutting treatment on the modified asphalt coiled material precursor by a conveying packer to obtain the high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.
Example 7
The embodiment provides a preparation method of a waterproof system, which comprises the following steps: heating the HAC high-strength rubber asphalt coating to 120 ℃ to be melted into liquid, coating the liquid on the surface of a smooth, clean and dry base layer 9, pasting a surface roller of the high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material 7 covered with a lower covering reinforcing layer 6 on the HAC high-strength rubber asphalt coating, wherein the coating temperature is 100 ℃ due to heat dissipation of the HAC high-strength rubber asphalt coating, the high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material 7 is immediately paved and pasted in time along with continuous coating of the HAC high-strength rubber asphalt coating, the HAC high-strength rubber asphalt coating continuously permeates the lower covering reinforcing layer 6 of the high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material 7 and is filled with the lower covering reinforcing layer 6, after 24 hours, the HAC high-strength rubber asphalt coating is completely cooled to form a waterproof layer with the reinforcing layer with the lower covering reinforcing layer 6, and the waterproof coating layer and the covering modified asphalt reinforcing layer are tightly connected into a whole, obtaining the waterproof system.

The embodiment provides a preparation method of a waterproof system, which comprises the following steps: the two components of the SPU311 polyurethane are mixed in proportion, evenly stirred and then coated on the surface of a smooth, clean and dry base layer 9, one surface of the high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material 7, which is coated with a lower covering surface reinforcing layer 6, is adhered to the SPU311 polyurethane layer by a roller, therefore, the coating temperature is 25 ℃, and with the continuous coating of the SPU311 polyurethane, the high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material 7 is immediately paved in time, the SPU311 polyurethane continuously permeates the lower cladding surface reinforcing layer 6 of the high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material 7 and is filled with the lower cladding surface reinforcing layer 6, after 24 hours, the SPU311 polyurethane is completely cooled, and forming a waterproof coating layer with an enhancement layer with the lower cladding enhancement layer 6, and tightly connecting the waterproof coating layer and the modified asphalt-coated enhancement layer into a whole to obtain the waterproof system.
Comparative example 1
This comparative example provides a polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane, compares in example 1, the difference lies in:
the lower cladding enhancement layer 6 is a polyethylene film.
The preparation method of the high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is the same as that of the embodiment 6;
the waterproofing system constituted by this comparative example was prepared in the same manner as in example 8.
Test example
This test example was conducted on a physical and application performance test of the high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane 7 of examples 1, 2, 3 and the polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane of comparative example 1, in which: the tensile properties were evaluated according to GB/T328.8, the tear strength was evaluated according to TB/T2965-2018, the puncture resistance was evaluated according to appendix B of CJ/T234-2006, and the results are shown in Table 1; the adhesion strength between the waterproof system formed by compounding the high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproof rolls 7 of examples 1, 2 and 3 and the high-polymer modified asphalt waterproof roll of comparative example 1 with the high-strength rubber asphalt coating layer or the polyurethane layer and the base layer was evaluated according to the test method GB/T23457-2017, and the results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from the comparison of table 1, the tensile properties, tear strength and puncture strength of the high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproof roll 7 of examples 1, 2 and 3 are improved compared with the common polymer modified asphalt waterproof roll of comparative example 1; as can be seen from the comparison of table 2, the adhesion strength between the waterproof system formed by the high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproof rolls 7 of examples 1, 2 and 3 and the high-strength rubber asphalt coating layer or polyurethane layer and the base layer is better than that of the rolls with the lower reinforcing layer made of common polyethylene film. It can be known from tables 1 and 2 that the physical property of the modified asphalt waterproof roll can be improved by using the non-woven fabric as the lower cladding reinforcing layer 6, the applicability in construction is better, the risks that the modified asphalt waterproof roll is damaged by a hard object and is pierced and scratched by a steel bar in construction can be solved, and the waterproof system provided by the invention solves the problem that a waterproof system in the prior art cannot reach a first-level waterproof grade.

Claims (10)

1. The high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is characterized by comprising an upper covering surface isolation material layer, an upper surface modified asphalt coating layer, a middle reinforcement layer, a lower surface modified asphalt coating layer and a lower covering surface reinforcement layer which are sequentially arranged;
the lower cladding reinforcing layer is non-woven fabric.
2. A high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane according to claim 1,
the non-woven fabric is a polypropylene non-woven fabric, a polyester non-woven fabric or a polypropylene non-woven fabric; the diameter of the fiber filaments of the non-woven fabric is 1-10 mu m, and the fiber lapping amount is 50-250g by weight;
the upper covering isolating material layer comprises an upper covering isolating film and a lap joint edge film arranged at one end of the upper covering isolating film;
the upper surface isolating film is selected from a polyethylene film, fine sand or mineral granules, preferably the polyethylene film, and the softening point of the polyethylene film is 100-115 ℃; the overlap edge film is selected from polyethylene film;
the base of the middle reinforcement layer is a polyester tire, preferably a longitudinally reinforced polyester tire; the thickness of the middle reinforcement layer is 1.0-1.6mm, and the gram weight is 200-2
The coating material of the upper surface modified asphalt coating layer and/or the coating material of the lower surface modified asphalt coating layer is a high polymer modified asphalt material; the thickness of the upper surface modified asphalt coating layer is 0.4-1.2mm, and the thickness of the lower surface modified asphalt coating layer is 1.0-2.5 mm;
preferably, the high polymer modified asphalt material comprises: 60-65 parts of petroleum asphalt, 8-14 parts of SBS, 3-5 parts of SIS, 3-5 parts of tackifying resin, 3-5 parts of cross-linking agent, 3-5 parts of anti-aging agent and 5-15 parts of inorganic filler;
the high polymer modified asphalt material is prepared by the method comprising the following steps: heating the petroleum asphalt to 160-165 ℃, then uniformly mixing the heated petroleum asphalt with the SBS and the SIS, wherein the swelling time of the SBS and the SIS in the petroleum asphalt is 10-15min, and then homogenizing for 1.5-2h at 185-195 ℃ to obtain a first mixture; mixing and stirring the first mixture, the tackifying resin and the crosslinking agent at 180-190 ℃ for 30-50min to obtain a second mixture; mixing and stirring the second mixture and the anti-aging agent for 10-20min to obtain a third mixture; mixing and stirring the third mixture and the inorganic filler for 50-60min to obtain the high polymer modified asphalt material;
further, preferably, the petroleum asphalt is AH90 asphalt;
further, preferably, the tackifying resin is a C9 tackifying resin;
further, preferably, the crosslinking agent is ethylene glycol dimethacrylate;
further, preferably, the anti-aging agent is HMD;
further, preferably, the inorganic filler is gangue powder, and the mesh number of the inorganic filler is 200 meshes.
3. The method for preparing the high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
s1: preparing the intermediate reinforcement layer;
s2: respectively coating the coating material of the upper surface modified asphalt coating layer and the coating material of the lower surface modified asphalt coating layer on the upper surface and the lower surface of the middle reinforcement body layer, and cooling to obtain a modified asphalt-coated reinforcement body layer;
s3: covering the upper surface of the modified asphalt reinforcement layer with the upper covering surface isolation film, and arranging the lapping edge film at one end of the upper covering surface isolation film; carrying out water absorption and blow-drying treatment on the lower surface of the modified asphalt-coated reinforcement layer, and adhering the lower cladding reinforcement layer which is sequentially subjected to unfolding, drying and surface activation treatment to the lower surface of the modified asphalt-coated reinforcement layer which is subjected to water absorption and blow-drying treatment to obtain a modified asphalt coiled material precursor;
s4: and (3) sequentially carrying out roller cooling setting, rolling and cutting treatment on the modified asphalt coiled material precursor by a conveying packer to obtain the high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.
4. The method for preparing a high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane according to claim 3, wherein in step S1,
the preparation method of the intermediate reinforcement layer comprises the following steps: sequentially carrying out unfolding, drying, presoaking and squeezing treatment on the tire base to obtain an intermediate reinforcement layer;
the drying treatment adopts an electromagnetic heating air conduction heating mode, and the drying temperature is 180-190 ℃;
the method of prepreg comprises: immersing the dried base into a pre-dipping pool to enable the dried base to be soaked with pre-dipped asphalt; the temperature of the pre-dipping treatment is 180-200 ℃, and the viscosity of the pre-dipping asphalt is 6-12dPa & S.
5. The method for preparing a high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane according to claim 3, wherein in step S2,
the device for respectively coating the coating material of the upper surface modified asphalt coating layer and the coating material of the lower surface modified asphalt coating layer on the upper surface and the lower surface of the middle reinforcement body layer comprises an oil coating pool;
the film coating temperature of the coating material of the upper surface modified asphalt coating layer and the film coating temperature of the coating material of the lower surface modified asphalt coating layer are respectively and independently 165-185 ℃;
the cooling mode is circulating water cooling, the cooling device comprises a cooling water bed, and the cooling temperature is 30-60 ℃.
6. The method for preparing a high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane according to claim 3, wherein in step S3,
the film coating temperature of the upper-surface isolating film is 90-100 ℃;
the water absorption treatment device is a PU sponge water absorption roller, the length of the PU sponge water absorption roller is 1-1.1m, and the diameter of the PU sponge water absorption roller is 5-15 cm;
the blow-drying treatment method is an air knife blowing process, the device of the air knife blowing process comprises a high-pressure air blower and an air knife, the width of the air knife is 1-1.1m, the seam width of the air knife is 1-5mm, the included angle between the air knife and the running direction of the lower surface of the modified asphalt-coated reinforced body layer is 20-40 degrees, and the surface distance between the air knife and the lower surface of the modified asphalt-coated reinforced body layer is 1-3 cm;
the drying treatment of the step S3 adopts an electromagnetic heating air conduction heating mode, and the drying temperature is 80-100 ℃;
the method for surface activation treatment comprises the following steps: spraying solvent-free single-component glue on the surface of the dried lower cladding surface reinforcing layer facing to the lower surface of the modified asphalt-coated reinforcing body layer; the solvent-free single-component glue is MDI-100(4, 4' -MDI) prepolymer;
the film coating temperature of the lower cladding surface enhancement layer sequentially subjected to unfolding, drying and surface activation treatment is 70-100 ℃.
7. The use of the high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane according to claim 1 or 2 in waterproofing systems.
8. A waterproof system, which is characterized in that the waterproof system comprises a coating layer and the high-strength high polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material of claim 1 or 2.
9. The waterproof system of claim 8, wherein the coating layer is a high-tensile rubberized asphalt coating layer or a polyurethane layer, the high-tensile rubberized asphalt coating layer being a high-tensile rubberized asphalt coating layer melted into a liquid state.

Method for preparing a waterproofing system according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that it comprises: coating the coating layer on the surface of a base layer, and covering one surface of the high-strength polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, which is covered with a lower covering surface reinforcing layer, on the coating layer to obtain the waterproof system;
preferably, the coating temperature of the coating layer is 25-100 ℃;
preferably, the thickness of the coating layer is 1.3-1.7 mm;
preferably, the base layer is a concrete layer.
